Walked in to eat inside with our kids and smelled like straight weed in the whole place! Was gonna eat inside but decided to eat in truck and the cashier was very high we stood behind her for two minutes while she drew on her arm and a coworker had to come up to her to let her know she had customers. Fries aren't cooked, my sandwich was not made properly by not removing what I had asked. I ordered onion rings and didn't receive them.

Nice location off the freeway. Clean and neat as I got here around 1010 so wasn't busy. I wanted a whopper but was informed like menu usually doesn't become available until 1030. The drive-through informed me I could still order it just might take a minute so I ordered my food and it came out very promptly and was put together very nicely. read more

If I could give this establishment 0 stars, I would. We waited 45 minutes for our food only to find out they messed up our ticket. Although we ordered two whopper juniors, we only got one. Which after the long wait and the cashier repeating the correct order to us, we were told that we would not be receiving the second as we didn't pay for it. After this mess up I expected to get fresh food, the food was soggy and cold. Would not recommend to anyone on the road who doesn't have time to wait hours for cold food. That was by far one of the freshest hottest frys and burger I have ever got from BK. I asked for heavy heavy pickle and got 2 Pickle is my favorite part and damn if I can't ever get it all lol. FYI- they are not set up for mobile app coupon codes so it was a pain in the ass for them to do it. Hope they fix it because I changed jobs and will be flying by here a lot. Mobile app has some awesome deals and I always use it. Sad to report how disgusting their food was on this last visit. Look at the pics lol. Traveling from Texas to Florida for my birthday vacay. Getting hungry of course, we stopped at the nearest Burger King. Let me tell you, although we just went through the drive thru, customer service was great. D Beauty, which was on her name tag, had such a refreshing attitude and was SO nice to my mom and I. Just ordered 4 breakfast croissant sandwiches. 3 of them had molded bread. My girlfriend and I unfortunately found out by tasting the sandwiches at the same time and realizing there was something wrong. Omg!! I've never seen kids in charge of an establishment and I'm assuming my experience Saturday night is why!!! My daughter was in the ER with a bad headache Saturday night and after we got out of there she wanted Burger King so I took her by there. It was only 8:30pm so I pulled into the drive thru. I waited at the speaker thing to make my order but no one ever came on. I drove around thru each window but there was NO ONE in the store at all! I thought they must've closed early due to covid so when I began to drive off I heard a bunch of laughing, singing and carrying on in front of the store. I saw that they all had Burger King uniforms on so I asked "are y'all closed?"- they all responded sarcastically "NO we're not closed". So again I drove thru drive thru. No one answered the speaker yet again! I drove around to the second window to find a worker standing over by the window on her phone!! I made my order and she handed it to me- NO mask, NO gloves...NO sense in that at all!! But after she gives me my food I turn to give it to my daughter and when I turn back to the employee at the window- she's already shut the window and returned to her phone. I had not even paid yet, people! I should've just drove off. I deserved free service after that but I yelled her back to window and told her I hadn't paid and she finally took my card payment! This was awful!! They were all teenagers that were working. This is unacceptable. Burger King needs to do better!! I normally love going to Burger King but I won't be back at this store!! I Stopped at this restaurant today at 3:30pm, there were two other customers in the place, one had been served and the other was waiting for her order. There were three people behind the counter, one working at the drive up window, one preparing orders and one putting the orders together for the customers, this is the person that took my order, put it in a bag for me. She gave me a drink cup and I proceeded to fill it and return to the counter to get my order, as I was standing there, the person putting my order in the paper bag repeatedly coughed into the bag and then her hands before she picked up my fries, she did not know I was standing behind her, the guy preparing the orders was looking at her and smiling, as was she, and then she turned to see me standing there, she stopped smiling and gave me the bag and I left and threw away the food and kept the drink, I spent $9.00 and some change, this woman did not greet me when I walked in, she only spoke to tell me how much I owed her, she never said thank you or smile when she handed me my order, she actually looked angry, I eat often at Chick-Filet, I'm always greeted with a smile and told thank you when I get my order, the difference between this Burger King and Chick-Fliet is like Night and Day, literally. read more
