A fast stop for a late lunch. "Junior Cheeseburger Biggie Bag" which is a good deal as I was hungry and looking for quick. I was able to place my order on the Wendy's app from the parking lot and a few minutes later, there it was. While I waited, I could see that the dining room was clean with no dirty tables. The condiments/soda station was stocked and tidy. There was no trash in the parking lot. Burger was assembled properly and fresh with nicely melted cheese. My four chicken nuggets were warm and not hot. The fries were done properly and were actually hot. I was able to fill my cup from the Coke Freestyle machine and got the lemonade I wanted. The customer service here is absolutely pure trash! The lady taking orders was so blatantly rude and then when we drove to the window she was laughing and cutting up with her coworkers. But when she took our payment she started being rude again! She even made her coworker hand food out to us instead of doing it herself. The fries were cold to add on top of that. I've learned that this whole exit needs a facelift/bulldoze just from staying at the hotel here as well as eating at these restaurants. They all should be ashamed at their "don't care" attitudes. read more

I went to Wendys by the interstate today and went through the drive through. The young man was very friendly to me that took my order. I paid him at the first window and he was all smiles. I pulled forward and got my food. A large chili a large fry and a large coke. I asked the lady for some hot sauce she said she already put two in the bag and thanked me! This was a surprise usually I didn't get thanked when I go to fast food. But these folks were different! So the next time I am through there I'll stop by again! read more

Probably the best Wendy's I've ever eaten at. Perfect drive thru order on Sunday 4/7/24. Ice cold drink, perfectly mixed coke, hot crispy fries, so hot could barely hold them. If you don't want to work, then don't. Just ordered food at this Wendy's. The African American cashier lady, didn't catch her name, should not work there. I felt like an inconvenience. She had no pep to her step. A sour puss look on her face. I couldn't hear or understand her repeating my order as it was a muffled, don't bother me, tone. Completely uninterested shoulder drooping walk to the food to bag it. Lack of professionalism and courtesy. So yes, this review is about the employee, their cashier; their face of the company. Fire her and hire someone who actually wants and needs and job. I'd never go back there if that's what they accept from their employees. Amazing restaurant- workers greeted us when we walked in, hot and crispy food (which was delicious by the way) and a friendly atmosphere.

Horrible. Burger was literally ice cold, like it had been refrigerated.. I go back inside to get a new one and the old guy basically doesn't look me in the eyes at all while I tell him my issue, goes and tells the kitchen "I need a remake cause this guy thinks his burger is cold" nah man , It's a popsicle.. finally get a new burger, still barely warm and now by this time my fries are cold.. whole meal got thrown in trash .. do better. read more

HORRIBLE! Dining area was VERY nasty! Service was just awful! We ordered 6piece spicy nuggets and 6 piece regular nuggets only to receive both orders as spicy...the fries were luke warm...only good thing was the TEA! Cashier couldn't count change back when my husband paid cash for a frosty...she them told him she couldn't reopen drawer until someone else pd with cash...all the while the frosty sat on counter melting!!! This Wendy's restaurant was very clean on a Sunday around noontime. There were a few people ahead of us, but the orders were taken quickly and very professionally. The food was served pretty quick and really was hot and juicy. It's refreshing to experience young people who seem to care about their jobs and their customers in fast food these days. I like the monitor that's facing the dining room for the waiting customers to see where their order is in the queue. read more

All I can say is don't go there if your in any kind of rush. This is slow food. Ungodly slow! As I write this review I have been in the drive through for 30 minutes. Started 7 cars back from the order box. During my 30 minute wait I went in and used the restroom. I had plenty of time. While in there saw that not one employee was in a hurry to reduce the crowd. They would take one order and complete that order before taking the next. They need a manager. Bad. At this point I am 2nd in line to the oder box. Walked in and didnt notice anything wrong except a weird smell almost like dog pee and then we ordered noticed that there was just so much stickiness to the seats and there were bugs flying everywhere we saw that they were teramites they shouldnt be open like this! i just came to get chicken nuggets and a coke. food came fast which is good, but the person working the drive through window was horribly rude. she opened the window expecting my payment and didn't say a word. when i got my change back, i said thank you, and she still didn't say a word and shut the window. gave me my food, i said thank you. not a word. i wasn't given a straw so i sat and waited for her to come back. when she opened the window, she looked at me and i told her i needed a straw. she said "a straw?" in quite a rude tone of voice like i didn't literally just order a drink. i have worked in the food industry. i know it sucks, but like at least do the bare minimum??? not that hard. read more

I have a new job that brings me by here all the time and every visit so far has been hot and fresh. What a refreshing change compared to all my Gulfport fast food joints lol. Yesterday I got my order and it was wrong so of course I'm super disappointed thinking it's just typical Mississippi. I did call and spoke to Adriana and she was super nice and said come back tomorrow and she would make my order over and to ask for Ron because she wouldn't be there. So I'm my way to work yesterday afternoon I stopped by and the staff was so nice and apologetic I almost felt bad lol. Ron did come out and he was awesome and took care of my order. Got it right this time and it was pretty frickin good! Being on a cheeseburger kick lately is not a real good thing but I definitely will be a regular as long as my job keeps me busy. I think my visit was more of a fluke than the norm. It was 9PM and I did the drive thru. The girl got on the speaker fast so no waiting there. She was very friendly and asked if I wanted single, double or triple meat. She understood my order and repeated it back to me perfectly. When I got to the window she took my payment and again was very friendly, addressed me as Sir every time she spoke to me, even when I was back a the speaker. She told me she was dropping hot fries for me in the frier and asked me to pull forward. I waited maybe two minutes and bam, there she was with my order. Got back to my hotel room and enjoyed the pretzel burger and fries. Oh yeah, she was not stingy with the ketchup either. This was the best visit I ever had at a Wendy's read more
