Wasn't great, the fish sandwich was lacking fish :( I guess it changed since the last time or I just got a lame one. The assistant manager took our order and she was polite but not overly friendly and that's okay. Dining area was mostly clean. Many of the drink choices were empty. Only ketchup available to self serve and we were not asked if we wanted any dipping sauces when we ordered. I didn't think to ask either. So we ate the onion rings with nothing. read more

Had a Big Fish Sandwich and let the person in charge know the Bun was cold and they remade it with no Pickle and they said to throw it away or whatever Opps I guess I opened a can of worms OMG read more

they suck booty dick at listening when you are ordering , the team is full of fucken crackheads

Ordered the Big Fish Combo to go. When I got it home I took a bite. The texture was more like chicken than fish. Opened the sandwich to look. It was chicken. Put it back with the fries in the bag and headed to BK. Handed the whole order to the girl at the counter and told her the problem. She said she could not tell by looking in the bag. But she did have another Big Fish made. This time it was fish. But no fries. I guess they want you to eat your fries cold. I thought the combo meals came with a drink. Did not get that either. read more

This Burger King was right off the freeway, the fries were hot & fish sandwiches also hot. The service was also very good. Definitely stop at this one again!! read more

Bk hs changed the formula of their soda dispenser to give mostly carbonated water with a splash of flavor. Every soda I tried was like water. Wtf? You charg us more and give us less. I'll do McDonald's from now on if I want real soda. read more

Only four stars because parking is a little iffy--not a lot of room. This is a typical Burger King. If you are driving through Moses Lake on I-90, this is convenient as it is only about 300 yards off the freeway. Most of the tables were clean but, if the table was left a mess, clean up was a little slow. Clerks are mostly very polite. Some are bilingual. The food is typical and you will get the same flavor wherever you order it, from Moses Lake to Lake Tahoe to Miami Beach. read more

I was here twice within three days due to traveling. Both times my order was not correct. The person taking orders would interrupt me before I could finish ordering how we wanted the order. Incorrect or missing items. Fast food is not hard guys I even use to do it! read more

This Burger King really takes advantage of the passing through traffic. It's in a desolate part of Washington where there's no restaurants on either side of them for 20 to 40 miles in either direction. So they hiked up the prices :-( it's not that clean, I didn't see any staff wearing gloves or masks and it looks as if basic precautions were barely being followed. If I didn't have two very young and hungry children with me I would have pressed on to find something different for myself. Yuck. Do better people. read more

Absolutely disgusting! Room temperature bun and meat on burgers! They don't get it! Hot food or never go back!

How hypocritical can you be? Let me count the ways. 1. You say you will not serve customers that don't wear masks. That must be a WEDNESDAY thing. Because I visited this same restaurant on Tuesday, the day before, and absolutely NOTHING was said to me. 2. There was a man in the dining room, eating, and I didn't see a mask. What that tells me, is that this virus only affects people who are standing up. Maybe I should have just sat down in the dining room while waiting for my mobile app order (you know... The procedure people use to promote "social distancing") instead of agreeing to wait outside. I mean, the dining room is evidently a safe zone, where the virus is ineffective. Right? 3. After sitting outside while they made my food, the very same "manager" (I know it was the manager, because she made a point of telling me that when she was borderline YELLING at me to wait outside) brought me my food and personally handed it to me. She got MUCH closer to me by doing that, than if she had simply set it on the counter and stepped back, and allowed me to pick it up off of the counter. Not sure if I will bother coming back to this location, but if I do, I will avoid Wednesdays. That must be "Power Trip Day". read more

Would give zero if could. I saw workers wearing no gloves, This burger King sent us 9n a goose chase to a different burger king to find our order that wasn't there, was hung up on when trying to call to complain twice, then had them threaton to call the police after pointing out a MANAGER who wasn't wearing gloves holding the food. This second time not seeing gloves was on a different day. I reported to corporate and the franchise owner called what she was supposed to do was resolve the issue. Instead I got yelled at not to step foot in her restaurant again. I had an online order. They never give receipts and refused to accept my digital receipt from an ONLINE ORDER. read more

I can only eat French Toast sticks and Sausage patties from BK. The rest of their food is inextricably associated with tectonic grade stomach rumblings and nausea. So imagine my joy and wonder when stopping here this morning on a business trip to have my favorites and the hillbilly in a BK uniform woman TOSSED MY PATTY IN THE SACK. Naked. Exposed except for the lovely use of the paper receipt as a food wrap or possibly an insulating material, the R value of a paper BK receipt is not capable of being measured by carbon-based lifeforms, it will ever await the arrival of extra-terrestrials who may, quite possibly, have more burning tasks to accomplish first. She didn't even ask if I was eating in or out. Tossed the food in a sack and handed it to me. When I returned to the counter and asked this yokelette for something to you know PUT MY PATTY IN TO EAT, she wandered around in the back for awhile before bringing me a BLACK PLASTIC LID TO SOMETHING. I'm like wth. smh. omg. And here's the thing, the thing I wanted to shout out in my ANGRY INSIDE FOOD THROWN IN A DISGUSTING BAG voice: HEY ELLY MAE YOU AIN'T A'GRABBING SQUIRRELS AND THROWIN' EM IN A BAG WANDERING UP THE HOLLER TO TAKE BACK TO THE CABIN FER JETHRO AND CLETUS TO FRY UP WIF A MESS OF CATLLINBLACKEYECORNPIE GREENS!. No, Elly, you are not doing that anymore. You are now a BK employee with a little hat, a BK shirt and a minimum wage paycheck to make yourself a better, more civilized life with, a life, Elly Mae, where meats are packaged for transport and ingestion, and by "packaged" i mean NOT THROWN IN A DIRTY OLD BROWN BAG WITH A RECEIPT ON TOP. So, please, Elly, prove the bastards wrong when they say YOU CAN TAKE ELLY OUT OF OKANOGAN COUNTY BUT YOU CAIN'T TAKE THE OKANOGAN COUNTY OUT OF NO ELLY MAE!! Because it doesn't have to be this way. You can watch the BK training videos. Watch how the city and scabland kids do it. Listen to your customers. Pay attention. Finally, when you hooted "y'all come back again, now, y'hear?" and I ignored you and did not look back, it wasn't because I'm deaf nor because I hated you or BK (although I will never go back to another one EVER) it was because if I had turned around to acknowledge your hill country patois and invite I would have fu***ng thrown something at you, like my coffee. And neither one of us wanted that. read more

Burger King - naked sausage in a BROWN BAG with a receipt on top. - Burgers Near Me - Moses Lake, Washington

We went through the drive through and got a few items off of the value menu. Service was quick and everything tasted great.

I don't usually leave bad reviews, because I've worked fast food and I understand how it can be sometimes. I ordered just a simple jbc with only mayo and ketchup. I got my order, with no receipt, and made the mistake of driving away before I checked my burger. It was made incorrectly. Normally I would just eat it but I'm pregnant and very particular about my food. I tried to call multiple times and the line just kept hanging up on me, so I went back. When I pulled up to order again, I explained what had happened and they just pulled me up to the window. I then explained again and was asked to pull around for my one hamburger. They brought it out and then gave me the wrong burger again. They didnt even apologize. I know it was an honest mistake, but they just seemed annoyed with me. After getting the order made wrong twice, I just left. Hopefully this isnt a recurring issue. read more

So I came to this Burger King many times and they just never seem to get the order done right even though it's closer I'm now going to go to the one across town because I'm tired of not getting what I ordered specially yesterday me and my husband went late at night so we would of understand if they told us hey we ran out of things but instead we got 2 whoppers one with barely any ingredients inside and one with nothing!! Just cheese we didn't realize till we got home nothing is more disappointing then having to add your own stuff into a burger you paid for read more

Customer service was more distasteful than the so-called California Whopper with a coin-sized slice of tomato, messy application of mayonnaise and guacamole, and unheated cheese. Even before we noticed the horrible product, the drive-thru girl, all of 15 years of her, had an attitude with her rushy hand motions of "want ketchup or fry sauce?" We peep open and the "Whopper" was so bad that we parked after the drive thru and unstrapped our sleeping baby to venture in to speak with a manager. My husband pointed out the lameness of a Whopper to her and she made excuses that it never looks like the picture. Duh, we know and don't expect food artists but do expect, as a manager, for her to keep tabs on quality and sufficient-looking food. They get a star for making us another California Whopper, still unimpressed, and another star because they put out delicious fries and got the fountain drink thing down. read more

Apparently this is the hangout for bored high school kids on a sunday night! On this particular night, we went for a chicken sandwich and a fish sandwich. In my experience, you can count on the chicken sandwich to be the same everywhere you go. The fish, however, is a different story. On this trip, the fish felt overcooked and the batter was crunchy.....no good! In my opinion, there are better options next door. I'm usually a fan of BK, but this one drops the ball a bit. read more

I hardly ever give a review of a fast food joint, but this Burger King was extra clean and the people were friendly as well.

Unbelievable. Your service is absolutely horrid. I don't know who was working your drive thru, but she was rude rude rude. A family of 4 travelling and she gives us attitude instead of friendliness, napkins, or a have a nice day. I will be finding out who your district manager is and notifying them. I was a manager at a burger king for years and my crew never acted like this. read more

Cheesy tots are on point and make it hard to stay away. The amount of times they got our order wrong on the other hand makes it quite easy. My brother in law repeated the order six times and when he arrived home he realized it was still not what he ordered. 3 stars because tots and because I've had good service in the past when rolling through with my homies( a.k.a. My mom). read more

Employees have no idea what's going on here. The place is covered in bugs and flies everywhere.

I'm amazed that when you buy a 10 piece chicken nugget you only get 8. So I bought two of them. Both bags contained eight nuggets. And they only wanted to give me one barbecue sauce for all of them. Either the manager of this franchise is trying to cheat me out of food, or he's hiring people who are too stupid to count. That's more than just a coincidence. read more

We'd been to every other fast food place while on vacation so we decided to go to the BK while stopping for gas in ML. The three of us weren't terribly hungry so we just ordered two Whopper Jr's and a bacon cheeseburger. The meat was about 2 inches wide on a 4 inch bun and it wasn't a uniform shape. It looked like they were taking one normal patty and making it two. Reading the other reviews about missing food and other cost cutting measures, I'm pretty sure I'm right. I guess they think since many of their customers are like us just driving through that they can get away with it. ON THE OTHER HAND, the staff was very nice. I was supposed to order onion rings instead of fries(I think all BK's have stopped asking when I order anymore). When our order came I realized my mistake and they cooked some up fresh and let us just keep the large fries they'd already given us, no extra charge. read more
