I stopped at the Arby's on interstate 90 at richville at the Love truck stop I ordered a classic Arby's roast beef got my car started driving on the freeway there was no cheese no no barbecue sauce it was only about as big as a slider and he charged me full price I am very disappointed because we eat Arby's all the time in Spokane and I never got stuck with a crappiest dinner I ever had from Arby's and I'll never go to Arby's again read more

Stopped for a classic chicken sandwich today about 3:40, Added Swiss cheese to it. Got back on the road eating the sandwich it was kind of mushy texture. I thought it was the cheese then I split open the chicken breast. No it was raw inside. I hope I don't get sick. read more

Arby's - Raw chicken - Fast Food Near Me - Moses Lake, Washington

Stopped here on August 13 with my wife and son. The employees were all behind the counter conversing and didn't seem to be paying attention to conditions around them. We made our order and went to find a table. There was only one other couple in the restaurant but there was not a clean table to be had. My wife went up to the counter to ask for a cleaning rag with which to clean a table. A young lady came out with a rag in hand and a scowl on her face and started cleaning off tables -- directly onto the floor. The floor was filthy with crumbs and spilled liquids. The men's room restroom was filthy. The trash can was full with used paper towels on the dirty floor. Never going back. read more

I went here with my swim team. I was in the process of finishing saying my order for like 3 minutes when my coach had told me I was taking too long and needed to move out of the way. I started crying for a very long time because of how embarrassing it was and the fact that I just wanted food after a long swim meet. I'm not even sure how she saw I was crying, but a worker came over and gave me some of the things I was trying to order, but for free. Even before that, she and the other worker were so nice. When she gave it to me, I started crying even more because of how kind she was to me. This restaurant should have 5 stars instead of 2, thanks for making my day better. read more

Arby's - This is how much marinara you get for 6 mozzarella sticks - Fast Food Near Me - Moses Lake, Washington

This place is disgusting. Don't use or try to use the bathrooms. I had to correct my order. There is no sense of urgency. I felt like I needed a shower when we left. read more

Arby's - Fast Food Near Me - Moses Lake, Washington

CLEAN!!! Fresh Food!! Good Service!!! Thank You!!!! Fast Service whilst lots of customers ordering...

Back in the 7th century AD, traders travelled across the semi-arid landscape of central Washington. Weary from their journey, most stopped at the Arby's next to Moses Lake to dine on curly fries and roast beef. Many nomads, satisfied by tasty mozarella sticks and intrigued by the 5 for $7.95 specials, decided to settle here and establish the modern-day city of Moses Lake. Now I may not be the best person to learn American history from, but I did work at an Arby's as a summer job making me a quasi-expert. Probably in the same way that Larry King is a quasi-expert on marriage. I can say that the roast beef for the sandwiches are well-cooked and most of the toppings are edible even after watching them being made. This Arby's is on a little side street that appears to mostly service the I-90 crowd: there's a few hotels and other fast food restaurants all on this same street. I tend to prefer Arby's; maybe from growing up eating one of their sandwiches every day at work. Maybe as a nice change of pace from the typical burger. Hard to say. But they typically have reasonable specials and the service you'd expect from a fast food chain. As for this particular Arby's, they have my thanks for indulging me while my car exploded outside. Since I parked right in front of the doorway, the steam from the hood enveloped the door and simulated a scene from a 19th century London thriller. And thanks to the staff who indulged me making multiple trips to the soft drink bar; refilling water to feed my thirsty car. Not that it helped since the water pump was broken, as I learned about 5 miles later...... read more

Since I drove right on through Ellensburg without stopping at the Arby's there (a huge mistake on so many levels), I was in great need of a pit stop by the time I reached Moses Lake. To appease the Arby's gods, I pulled in beneath that beacon shaped like a giant cowboy hat. I didn't actually "eat" anything (also a huge mistake), but I did score an almost big-gulp sized Diet Pepsi. They had great fountain soda options. And, unlike the Ellensburg establishment, there was no grease fire in the kitchen, nor a line 100 people long. Yay! I definitely am a fan. read more

Well..the food was ok. However, drink and sauce area was dirty as was every table. It wasn't packed. It was 730 at night. Both bathrooms were disgusting. The manager came into the men's room when my husband was there and didn't seem bothered by the litter and filth. Crossing my fingers we don't get food poisoning.... read more

Poor food! Philly sandwich seemed like it was microwaved (meat was tough and chewy, bread had a mushy texture). Bathroom was disgusting, I've seen cleaner at an old truck stop. read more

We came in and it was dead. Service was a little slow and getting into the place sucks! Just make sure you turn before you see the sign or you havae to pass it and back track a few blocks. We did get service with a small! :-) read more

I had to go through the drive through 2 times and they got my order wrong both times. Also my chicken strips taste like cardboard dipped cardboard and my crinkle cut frys taste like salted cardboard. If I were to give this to a child they would choke because it is so stale. It also seemed like the guy working at the window was going to jump into my car. 10/10 don't recommend read more

My husband and I ordered one salad, two sandwiches, and onion rings. They gave us two entirely wrong sandwiches, and two salads. It took the gal at the register 30 minutes and two tries to get it right. Slowest fast food I've ever had. But, they were all polite and accommodating. We were appropriately compensated and the food tasted like it does at all the other Arby's we've been to. read more

The drive through here is absolutely trash we waited for several minutes while it was not busy at all. They also didn't give us any napkins and the employee was terrible communicating with to order read more

Filthy and slow. No customers and it took 15 minutes. Staff standing chitchatting when they sound be cleaning. Going to the restroom made me feel dirtier than when I went in. read more

Well I would simply never recommend this place to anyone. When I was asking about the menu the girl over the intercom was asking me the same question 20 times and more rudely as she asked until the manager took over. Also when I went up to the window to ask for my total and the girl or lady was rolling her eyes at me and was being a complete snob to say the least. As she told me my total I had decided to cancel my order because of the horrible customer service I received and then as I was about to leave and i said sorry for the inconvenience and thank you anyways the manager or whoever the guy was at the window went ahead and slammed the window in my face as he was rolling his eyes and was sighing. I would recommend saving your money and going to another fast food joint. read more

The food is, well the usual. The customer service was short, rude, and didn't listen very well. Go to some other place, or skip to the next town for food. read more

Very clean. They pack their roast beef on their sandwiches. Yum! Bit expensive though.

The man at the window was very nice and he also asked me if I wanted to have some sauce which some people don't even put in the bags asking if I would like to have condiments. His politeness made my day. read more

SLOW SERVICE! We came in with only 2 customers in front of us 2 and it took them 30mins to get us our to-go order. There is NO reason a FAST food restaurant should take 30 mins to get food to it's customers. So if you're looking for a quick bite to eat, there is McDonald's, Burger King, and Taco Bell right next door! read more

This is the dirtiest Arby's I've ever been to! I'm a huge fan of Arby's and I've been to many throughout the state. This facility gives Arby's a bad rep! It was so disgusting. Windows/walls/tables and chairs were full of filth and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in MONTHS. Bathrooms desperately need a remodel!!! Owners need to do a major overhaul on this one. Employees standing behind the counter twiddling thumbs when they can pick up a spray bottle and clean surfaces. Absolutely gross here!!! Will NOT return. read more

Very less than average customer service, slow, messed up my order in more than one way, and disrespectful attitude towards customers. Stop to eat in Ellensburg or Ritzville for food instead of wasting your time and energy at this one in Moses Lake. I had to repeat my order several times to the woman taking it, then drove away without checking to make sure it was right. When I looked in my bag, I was VERY disappointed. Several things with my very clearly given order were incorrect. I had to turn around and head back. Expecting lots of "sorry's" and "we'll make it right", I instead got annoyance from not only 2 of the workers there, but also the manager who wouldn't talk to me face to face. I requested several times some sort of reimbursement for my time and gas spent returning due to their mistake. In the end, the annoyed worker gave me a coupon any Washingtonian gets in the mail anyways. How does that make any of this ok?! I will NOT be returning to this Arby's restaurant and am shocked at the manager not addressing the situation. I have worked in the food industry as a teenager and know that customer service is NOT like this Arby's has shown. They are actually the perfect example of what NOT to do. read more

Cold meat in brisket sandwich... Asked for warm up and received back overdone tough chewy bun and dried out meat. Worst sandwich ever. Feel ripped off. Will not stop here ever again when traveling from Spokane to Seattle and back. Bathroom out of TP and dirty. Avoid! read more
