This was hands down the worst Burger King I've been to. The fries came out cold like they'd been sitting for half an hour, not even lukewarm. I asked for my sandwich with no pickles, and of course, it came loaded with pickles. They didn't care to fix it, either -- just shrugged it off like it wasn't their problem. We stop here frequently, as we use US90 between Lafayette and New Orleans. As fast food places go, this one is relatively nice. Recently remodeled, fairly clean, nice workers. One caveat: the milkshakes are good, but the plastic cups they use are terrible. I say: Go to the nearby WalMart or Rite Aid and get a good cup first. Fast food only deserves 3 stars unless they have some outstanding factor like a unique deal to a location. They deserve to lose a star if they have a disgusting factor like awful customer service or like in this case, a filthy restroom. How long will they allow urine to be all over the restroom? The last BK that I was this displeased about was in Virginia where I was told "this ain't f***ing Wendy's, and they didn't put the Oreos in my Oreo blast." This one was a 20 minute wait for the dive through, no receipt paper when I asked for a receipt, they where out of Hershey pie, and any machine was down as I sake for a frappe then a milkshake. I then went inside to wash up because my lid wasn't on my cup and it spilled in my lap. And yes the head was covered in piss like it hadn't been cleaned since the first day. Who ever owns this store should either give every one a raise or fire every one and start over. None of the employees looked happy or prideful to have a job. This store only gets one star because I had to pick a star to write this comment. US Navy for 17 yrs and I've eaten at BKs all over the world and greeted by people who hated America and this is still The second worst BK I've been to. Good job America! read more

The hash browns were DIVINE !!!! The scrumpticious potatos were ICONIC, 11/10 would recommend!!

Breakfast staff (at 5am) is nice and my order is always right. Lunch is a totally different story!!! My order is ALWAYS wrong and the staff has an attitude. If I pay for a Large drink, and you hand me a medium, don't get an attitude when I hand it back to you and ask you to give me a large. Or when I ask for ALL the veggies on my burger and when I open it there's only meat and bread... W.t.h.?! read more

There was no soap in the women's restroom (literally it was bone dry-so probably had been empty for awhile) and when the manager told them to put some in as he was leaving, the employees didn't comply (though maybe they did after we left 20ish minutes later.) I prefer not to be served food by people whose hands haven't been properly washed. The food was fine, I just prefer not to have the risk of getting Hep A when eating it. read more

Trying to order food for the second time tonight, once on my way somewheres and again on my way home, first time I was told hang on a second, which turned into me driving away tired of waiting. I was the only car in the parking lot so why couldn't they take my order?. Second time I get the same thing. So I'm now finally at the window where I pay and no one is at the window. Don't understand with minimum 3 employees working and me the only customer the service is so terrible. I regret that this is the only place open this time of night.
