Got the Steakhouse Burger meal and the burger and fries were hot and fresh the soda fountains were clean and flavored/carbonated perfectly. Service was friendly and fast. Google and apple maps says it opens at 7. I get there at 7:10 and don't hear anything at the drive through so I call. They answer and I ask them what does it open because nobody was answering me. Nobody "knew what time they open". They stay messing up the order to. You have to explain the whole entire meal to them like they're babies. Just go to dover's location. read more

we came in 4/11/20...and we ordered 3 whopper js...we paid and when we got to the second window they gave us our food...we noticed that there were only 2 burgers not 3. We looked at our receipt to see that they did not charge us for 3 burgers but only 2 even though we ordered at the speaker 3 burgers, they even read our order back to us at the speaker saying 3 whopper jr so not sure why they didn't ring up 3. We politely explained that we ordered 3 whopper jrs but they only rang us up for 2...is can we pls get another burger. the manger says i cant help you. you have to get back in the drive through if you want to order another burger. we were like umm...there is a register right there or you could run our card back at the other register to give us our one other burger...but instead he kept saying. no i can't help you. when we asked for a mgt he said he was the mgt, when we asked for his name he refused to give it to us. My fiance works for the hospital and she was tired and was just looking for a couple burgers to hold her over.. what she got was bad service over a simple mistake. My family ate here recently and all of us got food poisoning. Up for days vomiting and constant diarrhea. Even when they aren't making you sick, their service sucks and I've had nightmare experiences waiting an hour from the drive through before having my order refunded. These were not one-off issues, but continually bad experiences every single time I come here. I hope the health department shuts them down so nobody else gets sick. read more

This Burger King appears to be very poorly run. It is understaffed so that the employees are having difficulty both taking and filling orders. The employees indicated that, although the menu board includes "plain" iced coffee, that is not something that is available, I gather, ever. read more

Bathroom was not very clean but expected...soda machine was being refreshed by one of the workers, but I still seem to get the syrup all over the sleeve of my sweater since No one wiped the machine down, before or after filling it. First they don't have someone to plow there parking lot. Restaurant was clean, food was good hot n fresh. Went to the bathroom which hasn't been cleaned properly. Door handle wasn't wiped down at all. The stall and urinal were clean. A male worker came in used the urinal and walked out without washing his hands. I told a worker and they just shrugged it off. they just redid the interior and it is very modern now. I just think they repainted the play land though and cleaned it. The kids love coming here to play while I get a few minutes to just rest. Now onto the food. This is the best burger king food in Delaware and let me tell you why. It is always made fresh. Yes that means you have to wait a few more minutes but it is always piping hot. The fries are hot, the onion rings are crisp and the burgers are fantastic. I mean my husband said he hated burger king would never eat there. until one day we stopped here and I forced him to get something. he wouldn't stop raving about how it was the best BK he has ever had in his life. He will only go to this BK not the one in Dover or by Target either. If you go through the drive thru you will have to wait, but again it is going to be worth it. read more

King everything I go there I have to go inside because I have to check the order and may boyfriend and family all know that at very least there is something messed up.
