By far, one of the worst run BK I've been to. Either the computers are down, they've run out of burgers or they're in the process of transitioning from breakfast to lunch. First, how does Burger King run out of burgers??? Who does your ordering?? Second, if you're transitioning from breakfast to lunch menus one would assume that you'd start the process with ample time so that's its a smooth transition not have a time lag in between. I was told there would be a 10 min wait to get a whopper at 1030am. I understand there are circumstances that can't avoided,but at least offer me a croissant or something! It's no wonder this place is usually empty when you go by. Chik fil a is making a killing and when they open Whataburger I foresee this place closing down. This place is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Went to drive thru and placed order. Drove around to pay/pick up...no one at first window or the 2nd for that matter. Finally a girl appears at the second window and tells us to back up and go to the first window so we did and we paid and she told us do not drive up to the second window until we call you up there you need to stay here at this first window....huh??? After waiting over 15 minutes they called us up to the first window to pick up our order and she has us the bag and the drink before we could even ask for ketchup she shut the window! so we pulled into the parking spot to check our order and all we ordered was a number two which is a double whopper with cheese no onion, large fry large drink. I've been to this Burger King at least 20 different times and have gotten actual food one time. The people working here have to be some of the laziest people of all time. Every time I drive by the window, they are in the lobby talking or playing around. Save your time and just go somewhere else. read more

Waited in a line of 10 cars at the drive thru. No one talked at the speaker or responded, though I sat there for 5 minutes. Made it to the window after waiting 15 mins. They told me I had to go wait in the line again to order at the speaker cause they can't take orders at the window. 10 new cars behind me I would have to wait behind because they don't know how to operate a drive thru. Person taking my order was rude , after i ordered they snapped ' pull around ' ......... it was such a rude tone and way of dealing with a customer we just left. So I have had a few times where things were forgotten on my order, which can be an inconvenience if I'm in a hurry and what not...Hit or miss. Lately they have been pretty good with my orders. The service is pretty good but the food is always cold. I try different thing to ensure my burger being kinda warm. I tried ordering a whopper with no cheese. Just a theory, I was thinking if it has cheese on it, then maybe it's been sitting in the "warmer" and will be cold by the time I get it but nope. Still cold without cheese. Also very little mayo. I asked for extra to which the staff graciously obliged. It just makes me sad that it's never as good as it used to be. Not to mention the poor little meat is engulfed in that big ol' bun. Oh sure, it's the same "size" but totally lacks in width but that's probably due to corporate. I just think if you're going to shrink the portions, at least keep charging the same amount instead of jacking up the prices. So stupid. This is why I never go anymore. :/ read more

This Burger King is horrible. They tried to charge me 2.74 for a cup of ice. Then wanted to tell me they were charging me for a cup. Nowhere in the universe is a fast food cup 2.74. I then explained to the manager that their greed cost them $60.00 in sales as I had my six hungry children and wife with That's how I am now when people post about their dads.
