I mainly use the drive thru. Customer service from the drive thru over the years has been pretty good. But it's a hit or miss on getting a hot food, temperature wise. The last two visits, we were served room temp food. Oddly on the last weekend drive thru experience, we got our food super quick. But all the food (whoppers and cheesy tots) were not hot. More like room temperature. Made me wonder if it sat about for a bit and for how long. Hmm?!? read more

I like coming to this location because they're usually spot on with their service and their food. I love a good whopper. I ordered their new special-- Jr whopper duo. I ordered the regular Jr. Whopper and their new bacon and Swiss Jr whopper. I drove away eating the first he whopper which was the original. It was delicious. I couldn't wait to try the bacon and Swiss. I was totally disappointed when I looked at my burger and it has bacon and American cheese. Needless to say I still ate it and it was good as well. I just would have liked to try the Swiss cheese part of the burger. Side note: for whatever reason the employees seemed to be in a hurry because the girl at the window almost handed me the order WITHOUT me paying for it. I can't believe I waited over 45 minutes and still ended up just leaving without my order taken , after about 5 others left in front of me. This place HAS to be closing soon out of business in this location. I have no idea how this place stays in business. For the last year, this restaurant has been understaffed. The owner of this restaurant must be the worst business owner in the history of fast-food restaurants. If fast-food restaurants could have slum lords this person would be it. Every time I go I have a silent battle with myself about whether I should bother. I usually only get a few small items with the app and it often takes 45 minutes to get my food. The staff is always rude and overworked. I think they are starting to have even more problems hiring because word is getting around to how bad it is. They must have multiple health violations and most of the time my food is wrong and badly made. Instead of thanking us for coming, it's always an apology about how badly they f'd everything up. I went into the store and watched as the general manager Carmalita yells at the employees in front of customers, she has shorted me my change on many occasions. This place has been there forever. I go in there every once in a while. I've never had bad service there. I had forgotten to order something so when I got to the window and I asked for a sandwich to be added on and the manager who was working said no problem it happens. The cracks & Holes can potentially catch fingers and clothes leading to permanent damage and debilitating injury (particularly in children's small hands & fingers). I went threw the drive thru. And I honestly don't think they were that bad. They were really busy. Although I did over hear the customer in front of me complaining that he had been waiting for too long....I pulled in right after he did and did not feel it was that long. Couple minutes at most. Employee at the speaker remained calm and polite stating they were short staffed and apologized for the wait. Customer drove off without ordering. I went to the drive thru window and the girl rudely says "I'll be right with you" (it was 7:30am not busy at all) I waited a few minutes and she came back on the speaker and said " what do you want" super rude. So I said I actually need 2 sandwiches and she said "next time you need to tell me that" as if I didn't already say it. Then I paid and got my food. The drive through here is always way too slow. That could be a good thing maybe either cook their food fresh? Went through the drive through recently to get my 2 year old daughter some food. I got her meal and she asked for water. I asked the man working the drive through for a cup of water and he flipped out. Threw his hands in the air and said "okay!... I guess!". Pretty much yelling.
