During our camping trip, we decided to stop at Burger King for breakfast. The restaurant looked very clean overall, although some of the seats were in need of repair. The staff was friendly and provided good service. While we were eating, I did notice a couple of cleanliness issues. There seemed to be a small fly problem, and there was either barbecue sauce or ketchup on the light fixture above the area where we were sitting. My wife and I both ordered the #6, the Egg-Normous Burrito. Everything was cooked well, and the food tasted great. Overall, we had a good experience, but I hope the restaurant addresses the fly issue and pays a little more attention to the dining area's cleanliness. read more

If I could give zero star, I would. We experienced not so subtle racism. Our white friend ordered, and everything's ok. When it was our turn, you can tell the some bitterness or rudeness coming from the cashier. As others stated this Burger King was a little slow during our visit to Lexington, but unfortunately the people in the surrounding area don't want to work and they appeared to be understaff. When we received our order which was Take Out due too needing to use the bathrooms, everything we ordered was make fresh and was complete. Even though we ate in our RV the dining room and bathrooms were clean. If we ever drive through Lexington again in the future we will definitely stop again. read more

Terrible online ordering experience. I waited for about thirty minutes; workers never told me my food was ready until I asked about it. To preface, once I ordered on the app, it explicitly stated that they would call once the food was ready, as is true of most if not all, fast food places, so I definitely had my reasons for not being assertive about it. Of course, in hindsight, I should've asked much sooner, but initially, they were very busy, and I was attempting to be understanding. With that being said, once I asked about my order, I did not deserve to be met with a rude attitude (from the bald, short guy) and an incomplete order. I just went through the drive-thru at the Lexington Virginia Burger King and I ordered a number one with extra tomatoes extra onions the first person said tomato and onion only on the screen and I said no that's incorrect and then another person got on and took my order and rudely said drive to the window real hateful then when I got to the window she opened it and was rude about my payment I handed her my card she shoved it back at me this lady is an older lady with bleach blonde hair and a very nasty attitude when she handed me my bag of food I said can I please have some onion ring dipping sauce she said it's in there and shut the window well no it's not in there and I was having a pretty good day until that happened. the worker or manager was very rude, as soon as we walked in I thought I heard they were closing to which I asked if they were. they told me no so we proceeded to order. but when someone else was trying to come in, the doors wouldn't open. my thirteen year old brother let the family in thinking something was wrong with the doors. the blonde worker with glasses proceeded to yell at him, and make snarky comments. this place needs better customer service. yelling at a kid for being nice is unacceptable. if I could rate lower I would just for her treating him that way. read more

I want to give No Stars! Where do I even begin...literally waited 20 minutes in the drive thru after we ordered and there was 2 cars in front of us. When it was our turn at the window, they opened the window, she never even looked at me and yelled to another employee about needing a card. The window closed without her even acknowledging me at all. 5 minutes later she is back wanting money...I'm like, It has been 20 MINUTES. She says "sorry we are short...." I'm like short what? Short on help? Short on brains? All the above? We get our food....we ordered mediums, we got smalls. Burger was COLD. Our drinks were wrong and we got 1 straw for 3 drinks and no dipping sauce for the nuggets. Sat there for another 30 seconds and waited for her to open the window to ask for more straws. Last week our groups' charter bus broke down while leaving a school trip to VA Tech. 28 middle and high school students and 3 chaperones were left stranded on the side of the Highway 4 hrs from home. Luckily (so we thought) a passing coach bus took us to this Burger King for the long wait for a new bus. Upon arriving, I told the cashier what happened and informed her that we would be buying dinner for all the students but needed a place to sit for the estimated 3 hrs for our bus to arrive. She immediately became agitated and said "NO I don't think that's going to work! I need to talk to the manager because you all will take up space for our customers. You'll need to talk to the manager." We sat for nearly 30 minutes waiting for the manager to basically tell us if we could eat/wait. The manager peeked out the door, but never approached us so we left. Luckily the kind staff of Naples Pizza just across the way were beyond helpful and we ate there! This Burger King's poor customer service is an understatement. Completely rude and devoid of common courtesy. Do yourself a favor don't eat here! read more

Once again, the award for dirtiest dining room goes to ... Burger King of Lexington. Sticky floors, messy tables, and the flies are especially thick today. The ice machine in the dining room is still broken, and has been i think since i graduated high scjool 15 years ago. S L O W. Not the definition for fast food under any circumstances. And it's been the same for at least 2 years. Going through drive through you usually have to wait at least 5 minutes before they are ready to take your order. And this is not because of more cars in line. They are either under staffed or poorly managed. If it weren't for their convenient location I think the would have been out of business years ago. So any entrepreneurs want to start a fast food franchise restaurant in the same area? You'd have lots of people to serve from the horse center activities and the bar for customer satisfaction is pretty low based on these reviews. read more
