Literally the worst. We tolerate the terrible service because it's the only place in Leander we can get a veggie burger. The drive thru is constantly slow so we did a mobile order but when I got there they couldn't find my order. It still hasn't been made (ordered 15 minutes prior). read more

Lights off at 9 pm .. Employees just goofing off.. How can you run out of burgers at 9 pm worst excuse ever ... Always the same stories were out of this our machines or down ... This has to be the worst Burger King in Texas drove to the drive thru window at 855 pm waiting to tell me there close at 9pm... Other times they tell me there's no Meat or only doing fries and drinks. read more

I love Burger King and it's my favorite fast food restaurant. However this particular BK is absolutely awful. Tonight we attempted to get food and they were open but decided to pretend they weren't by keeping all their lights off. They blocked off their drive through for zero reason forcing people to walk inside which isn't safe just yet. None of the employees were wearing masks or gloves. My husband stood there for almost 10 min and nobody walked up to the register. Some girl walks in behind him and they walk up to serve her completely ignoring him. We ended up just leaving and having to get food somewhere else. We love BK but won't ever come back to this one. read more

Every time I go to this location the fries/onion rings/ hash browns are OLD and Cold! At this point I won't be going back to this place. I suggest that management fix this issue when a lot of customers want to enjoy the food they get without it sitting for a long time and made fresh. read more

To be completely honest this Burger King doesn't even deserve this one star rating this Burger King will serve you undercooked meat with weeks old burger meet and smile in your face about it I wouldn't recommend anyone coming or working at this location if I were the owner I would fire everyone in that place and hire a completely new crew someone who cared about the shoe that they were cooking just because you don't care about your job doesn't mean you shouldn't care about peoples health and safety and just because you hate your job does not give you the right to take it out on the public look at what I found at the bottom of my French fries read more

DO NOT GO HERE AND EXPECT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! 10/19/19 5pm, myself and my husband visited the Burger King in Leander Tx. The reason for the visit was, my husband is a diabetic and his sugar was a little bit low and he needed to eat something. We are in the drive-thru order our food. We get our food and the fries are cold and hard as a rock and so are the chicken fries. We drive back around and tell them at the window, the "manager" Roger opens window I hand him my dr. pepper and tell him its flat can I please have another drink. He snatched my drink from my hand and close the window. He returns to give me my food with an attitude and slams the drive thru window in my face (again) with out giving me ketch up or napkins. And he didn't apologize for my order being screwed up. I drove off not thinking I have to check my food again. We get home and the burger that I order is so cold it was like the bread came straight from the freezer, and again the chicken fries were dry and hard, so I know they just threw them in the microwave. So I drive back to the store and return the food and just want my money back at this point. The lady who says she was a manager didn't know how to refund me my money she had to call the corporate office to get help. Her name was Nicole and I asked her why she didn't have a name tag on and she said she just hasn't printed one out yet. So I then tell her if I can speak to a manager and she states that she is a manager and there was 3 there at the time, including Roger the guy at the window that slammed the window in my face. I stated to him how rude that was and that he being a manager he should apologize, he shrugged his shoulders and walked off. I have never seen so much horrible customer service in my life. I too work in the food industry, that's why I am shocked that they can treat people like this. You can see the video on my facebook (Patricia J. Thomas)live if you care to view it. Just darn right rude, and didn't care. THE 3 MANAGERS THAT WERE ON DUTY, DEFININTLEY NEED TRAINING ON HOW TO TREAT THE CUSTOMERS. ESPECIALLY ROGER! I was excited when they built this store in my neighborhood, but now I would NOT stop here if someone paid me too!!!! BURGER KING IN LEANDER HWY 183/HERO WAY Patricia J. Customer Service at its worst! I am putting this review up to save EVERYONE some time along with removing more difficulty into your life, DO NOT EAT AT THIS STORE! Here is my story. My most recent order, this afternoon 5/24/22, I submitted an order through the BK App. Everything went well with that but this is where the problems start. I pull up to the drive thru (the only way that this store allows ordering) and the employee through the speaker starts by laughing and saying that they can't make any burgers right but in a completely unprofessional way. I am not an uptight person by any means but her lack of explanation, empathy and overall demeanor is truly appalling for someone that is in a customer centric job. She then just stops talking when I ask her how do I cancel my order. Once at the window the employee has no idea what I am talking about with my order and just walks off while I am in mid sentence, mind you I am not being rude at all, just trying to find out how to get this resolved. A manager comes over and asks what's going on, I tell her and without any empathy, customer service nor care in the world states she can't do anything and I will have to figure it out online or in the app and that she isn't sure. At that point I had to leave or I was going to say many things that I should not say. 2 times I have ordered from this location and both terrible experiences in different ways. Shame on me for thinking that the first time was a fluke. This Burger King is just a terrible managed location it seems. **CHOOSE ANY OTHER RESTAURANT THAN THIS** read more

Place is crap. Found flies in my burger, gum ( yes chewing gum) in my sons chicken nuggets, and thier onion rings were spoiled. When brought to the managers attention she was the biggest b**** about it. I refuse to go here. I rather drive the extra few miles up the road to Walton way or bell ave. read more

I pulled into the drive through 15 minutes before closing time and no one came on the intercom. There were 2 other cars at the window, so it appeared they were open. After several minutes of silence, a figure stepped out of the shadows near the back door and said "we are closed." I asked what time they closed and was sarcastically told "whatever time it is right now...that is when we close." Another car had pulled up behind me, so I couldn't back out and was trapped in the drive through for 20 minutes behind the other cars. I took the opportunity to call BK customer service to complain, but corporate must not care because it appears from the reviews that this location has only gotten worse. read more

Indescribably slow. Plan on 15 minutes if you're going throw the drive-thru. It's maddening.

All that was given to me in the your way deal was 4 nuggets thrown into the bag, and a burger with the sauce that I specifically asked for it not to be on there. Why are there nuggets literally thrown into the bag? Why did you ask what I wanted if you're just going to give me what I asked not to be on the burger? read more

Don't usually get Burger King but wanted a milk shake. Ordered a Twix milkshake and they didn't have it anymore even though it was on the menu. Ordered an Oreo milk shake and wait until I got home to drink it. First sip and the milk the spoiled. Returned it for a refund because I didn't want a milkshake after getting a mouth full of spoiled milk. Also noticed the whole place was messy. There were a couple wrappers on the floor in the lobby and bags/wrappers on the floor behind the counter. read more

This location just needs to be shut down by corporate because it's always something wrong here! Went here today for lunch around 2pm and it was pretty dead, 1st car in drive-thru and place my order for a spicy chicken sandwich! Told to pull to 2nd window and I pay with cash, change given back and again no receipt given! They have not given me a receipt my last 4/5 visits. App doesn't work either so no discounts and they won't help! I get my food within 30 seconds but I knew it was old and not fresh! I should have check it right there because I get back to work and I've burned 15 minutes of my lunch time, go to eat and it's not the spicy chicken sandwich at all, it's a regular chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon! I'm allergic to cheese and bacon! I'm not happy but I drive back to store and go inside, they had like 8 people working but no customers and still screwed this up! I ask for a refund because I can't trust them now and the lady was like you ordered spicy chicken and I'm like I did but it's not correct, she refuses to look in the bag to see for herself, after the 3rd time she looks and they all look at each other like who did this! No apology and took forever to give my money back! I'm done with this place! Hopefully when DQ and Panda, Chipotle opens this place with get it together or go under! Such a nice location but run by incompetent people! read more

Give Kirsten a raise and promotion! Amazing service and work ethic and clearly keeping this place open

New location, grabbing a quick lunch before doing some yard work. Location still had a lot to develop on their ability to do quick serve. Young staff loses track of customer focus. I'm sure in the up coming months service will improve. 15 minutes for a drive thru burger and a taco. Food was great! read more

I love Burger King and was very happy when this location opened, but it has gone down hill so far I will not even go there again. Last night was the final straw. I downloaded the app so that I could get my 37 cent anniversary Whopper. The grandkids and I arrived at the drive through at 7:20 PM. They close at 8:00. At 7:30 I was about to pull up to the order station and an employee put a chair in front of my car in the drive through line, telling me they were closing, a full 30 minutes before their actual closing time. This was the fourth or fifth time I tried to make a purchase at this location and was not able to because they closed early. I am done. read more

How can a place be so horrible. Unfortunately, I had to give at least one star. Every time we go here they mess up our order. This time we never received our onion rings and they didn't even give us fries in place of it. No straws, and didn't mark our drinks. I DO NOT recommend this Burger King at all. read more

I'm not sure how customer service could get any worse here. When they opened it was a terrible wait so I left. Fast forward a few months and I returned hoping things had improved. Nope. It is still the worst customer experience imaginable. They had both drive through lanes closed and only three employees inside were working. They were slow and irritated about irritated customers. Bottom line: avoid this place. Even as a national chain they will be out of business in less than a year. read more

Came in on a Saturday morning around 9:30A and dining room was relatively dead and dt wasn't very busy. Order two #1 combos. Sausage, Egg and Cheese Croisanwich with hashbrowns and small drinks. The guy asks if we want the breakfast or lunch meals (???). After a 20 minute wait our food is ready. I notice that the croissant was cold like it had just been defrosted and my husband's sandwich is missing the egg. He goes up to the counter and explains his sandwich is incorrect. They bring a new sandwich that now has egg, but is missing the sausage(???) In the time we have been there, more people have come in and their orders have been messed up as well. The breakfast sandwich names have the ingredients listed. so it shouldn't be that hard to figure out how to make them. When we were leaving, we noticed that they had customers standing by the DT window trying to get orders corrected as well. read more

This was the worst Burger King I have ever had hands down. Burnt big fish that I wouldn't feed my dog, old dry ass fries with no salt and cold, onion rings all stuck together and also over fried. Not to mention they are out of 3/4 of the menu. What a disgusting disgrace. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!! We love BK but this is CRAP.... Period. They need a visit from corporate or just close the doors. They are horrible. I can even comment on the food. Every time I try to go there either they are out of a major food item that maked them BK or they simply aren't taking orders. Something is seriously wrong at this restaurant. Two employees were sitting out behind the store. No one in the drive thru. Took forever for someone to finally answer at the drive thru. We were told they were unable to take orders at this time. What? We have had substandard service here before. We were told they had no salads because no one ever bought them. What? Either corporate or the health department needs to get involved here.... maybe both. Looking really bad for a major fast food chain. read more

Can't get the order right == even when you go back inside and repeat what you want on your burger :( ... Still wrong !! Not worth the hassle

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is just filthy from the customer service to the dine in area to the food . First we place our order ask for fresh fries bc who doesn't want fresh fries ?? Upon looking for seating all of the tables are dirty so I asked if someone could wipe the table down the cashier rolls off some brown paper towel and handed it to me . Okay cool no problem smh . Get the food fries aren't fresh and half full . Ask for fresh fries again and they get made one of the cooks is like what , who ?? I'm standing there like me that's who I'm paying for my food it's not free so I want it fresh period. While the cashier is pull the fries she thought it was funny to overly salt them while they laughed about it . Look people just don't waste your time going here this place is a joke, piss poor customer service. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS BK! This place has been a problem since it opened and that has nothing to do with the pandemic. I had given it a try a few months after it opened and was disappointed (and got sick later in the day from the hamburger). The service was not only slow, it was bad. The staff are rude, the music is offensive. I vowed never to return. But since I was shopping at HEB+, I thought I'd give them another try. No improvement in service or politeness or speed, I was given a straw that was bent - no big deal, but when I tried to unbend it, I discovered it had a WIRE in it (maybe an opened paper clip) that was creating the bend. The drive-thru was too long to get back on, so I went to the front door. It was locked. I pounded on it until I got someone's attention (who called out from behind the counter, "We're closed.") I continued pounding and yelled that I wanted a new straw. Two employees behind the inside counter spoke to each other, then one came to the door, opened it a crack and handed me a straw. I showed him the wire that was in the first one they'd given me. He took it, didn't say a word, then locked the door. I threw the meal away. A few days after this incident, I saw this news article https://www.klkntv.com/we-all-quit-local-burger-king-sign-goes-viral/ It seems Leander is not alone in BK issues! read more

This is the worst customer service I ever experienced. My wife and I walked in just after 9 PM Friday June 7. While a manager and employee worked on admin task just in front of us, no one too our order for about ten minutes. We finally made our order. Two items a burger and chicken strips. After waiting an additional fifteen minutes, I asked about the status of our order which had already been paid. I was only then told that there there would be no chicken strips. Then the cashier/order-taker just looked at me blankly. Like, YOU have a problem. No apology, no offer to make this right. OK, it was getting too late and we did not want to wait to order something else. I asked for the burger. They evidently gave it away as the could no give it to me. By now 25 minutes have gone by and we did not get food, no apology, and I had to ask for a refund. This is a recently opened BurgerKing. It was opened too soon. Training was well below substandard. I was really looking forward to a BK nearby, but now am terribly disappointed. read more
