Fast food restaurants tend to get a variety of scores. Incorrect orders, food not prepared right, items missing. I don't frequent this BK often, but when I do, they get it right. 1. Always a cheerful greeting before I order. An apology if I may have to wait a min or two. 2. My order is confirmed. 3. I'm directed which window to pull up to for payment. (How many times have we sat the first window only to find out it's closed) 4. My food is prepared as I asked. Terrific drive thru service. The employee was patient with a big order in front of me. Assisted her in getting the best deal with her order. My Whopper Junior was made the way I wanted, and was freshly hot. My only complaint is the frozen Coke. It was more air than Coke. The food tends to be on the colder side and when it is slow, it still takes a while. On my most recent visit, I placed an order ahead of time for pick up. The person advised me his manager needed to see my order confirmation to give me my food (okay not a big deal) but then they continued to share that people have been stealing orders and it gets taken out of their paychecks! How is that even legal? Don't businesses, especially ones like Burger King, have insurance to cover that sort of thing? I just am shocked. read more

Not bad for an opening day crew! Food served fast and service was friendly. Still a little bit clumsy as to order taking and the hand off. Fries were perfectly crispy, burger was made as orders...but like a lot of fast food places today, it's not served hot, just lukewarm like it's been made and binned for a while. Also, the need to work on drive thru speed as there's some backup into the lot that blocks some of their limited parking. Absolutely terrible location. I was doing an Uber Eats delivery for 2 customers. Their hours say they are open until 11PM, I got there a little before 10PM. When I got there, I showed the employees the Uber orders I got, but they all ignored me and just went to their cars, when they could have either figured something out, or well, not close before 11PM? The time it says they will close and not any earlier? I'll even give proof they close at 11PM down below. Uber Eats allows orders to come in until the scheduled closing time. So what happens in the end? Angry and disappointed customers when I have to tell them they can't get their food because they want to go home earlier. Uber is my only source of income right now, and to not even acknowledge the importance of my job or to even figure something out, really frustrated me. Thanks for costing me money, really, that I needed. I'll even post below what time I got off the phone with Uber support because I at least needed compensation for my time getting wasted here. Also, I have been here multiple times in the past, and you all have been closed earlier and earlier. Stop closing whenever you want. It's your job, you signed up for it. read more

Very reliable. Great toys for the kids and you have to love the $1 tacos. However, it was not crowded at all with no line and took more than 15 minutes to be served. In addition the play area has a single slide with nothing else. The Free WiFi carries it to 3 stars from 2. This place is straight garbage. I have been here a total of 5 times, and the first time was solid - every subsequent visit has been another story entirely. They'll randomly shut down & lock the doors, seems like a regular occurrence too. One time we sat at the drive through for a couple minutes, a couple of their employees were out smoking in the parking lot. I eventually yelled hello into the talk box and only AFTER I started yelling did the girl come through and say "we're closed". Alright, closed at 6:30pm on a Tuesday afternoon with a bunch of employees just chilling, seems legit. What pissed us off the most is that we sat there for like 5 minutes and they were just going to try and ignore us away. Wasn't the only time they were closed at some ridiculous hour either. We went back another time around 6pm and they locked up the doors weren't serving customers. This time they just straight ignored us even though there were cars in the lot and the lights in the kitchen were on. Then the final time we went there, they were out of almost EVERYTHING. No chicken, no shakes, no onion rings, they didn't have pickles. It was crazy. They also took forever to even get orders underway. I felt bad for the girl taking orders, because she sounded like she was about to burst into tears, it was just a really shitty experience overall. Plus they're taking like 20 minutes to get orders ready, but there's also one of their employees just lumbering around the parking lot grabbing trash super slowly. Seems like a great time to have somebody grabbing trash in the middle of a rush (I say rush, but in reality it was like 6 cars total) that you're obviously incredibly underprepared for. They also are slow as hell in general, they mess up orders (when you can even order of course), and a bunch of their employees are rude on top of all that. I've never report any food place for being total crap to their corporate before in my life before this Burger King. I can't stress it enough- this place is the pinnacle of piss poor management & service quality. It makes a below average McDonald's look like a 5 star restaurant in terms of quality of service. This is the first time we have been in this new Burger King and we went on a Saturday afternoon around 2pm. The place was dirty trash on the floor trash can needed emptying and the men's restroom was so nasty I wouldn't use it. The food order was ok but it seemed that the girl working the front counter also was preparing the orders. Causing service to be slow. The dirty dining room area and play area is inexcusable for a restaurant. Wyatt (I believe was his name) was friendly and helpful, when taking our order. I meant to order a tap water & value meal drink at $1.29 but accidentally ended up with a small at $1.59. Not a big deal, but that's twice the cost of a large $.79 fountain drink at the corner store up the road, where they have crushed ice. When I got to the fountain drink station, I found out that they had crushed ice (yay!) but no tap water (boo). I got my drink and went to the playscape room to drop off our stuff, let my kiddo start playing and wait for our 4pc. nuggets. At 11AM, our table was dirty and had crumbs/salt on it, although there was a full staff and 3 customers present in the building. I returned to the counter, to inquire about some water, and lady behind the counter pointed to our nuggets that had apparently been sitting up there for us. Why did they take my name down on my ticket if they just toss my stuff onto the counter? Because this place is so new (no fault of their own), there weren't many kids available for mine to play with, so we left shortly after eating. Our first visit resulted in throwing away a Double Meat Whopper that was ordered plain with cheese only because they put a mass amount of Jalapeños on it. We called the store immediately but they have their fax machine on and we could not contact them. We returned two weeks later and told the manager what happened and she compensated the meal. At this time we also ordered a "Crispy" Chicken Sandwich with an extra Chicken patty. (A double meat Crispy Chicken sandwich) Opened it when we got home and took a bite and it was the Spicy Chicken sandwich $4.39 + $2.99 for the extra chicken patty = $7.38. Had to throw it away. Tried to call the store and of course the fax machine is on. More training needs to be done or hire someone that can read the order correctly. Very disappointed. read more

Went there a few days after opening. Got the double whopper with bacon and jalapenos. Best tasting burger - juicy, seasoned, fresh toppings. Told The Wife and we went back a couple weeks later. She ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and I ordered the same as before (from the drive thru). We pulled up behind the queue of cars, stopping at the first window. And, it had a bunch of flies trying to get out. WTF, right? We have mosquitoes in abundance. Not flies. You know how bad something must be to attract a bunch of flies? And only at the third week open? Had to pull forward before completing my fly census. Paid, got our order and drove home. Got home, started to eat and, blech! The Wife's chicken was grilled to death. Dry, jerky like... Mine was also dry, brown lettuce, but it did have a cup of jalapenos. I guess that was their way of saying, sorry, we know this is gonna suck, here's a cup of jalapenos to make up for it. We both also ordered onion rings. Been open just a few days. First of all, it is after all, a Burger King. So I don't expect any more or less than that. The food quality is what you'd expect. So not much to say in that regard. But for a brand new crew, the line keeps moving, our order is correct, and service is cordial. It is a little of a pleasant difference having flame broiled burgers (compared with McDonalds).
