Ordered the impossible burger. They gave me a REGULAR MEAT BURGER all wrapped up in the impossible wrapper. I haven't eaten meat in 3 years so I was not happy about that. They were very apologetic when I brought the mishap to their attention but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. FYI THIS is what your impossible burger should look like. Not like a regular burger.

No grill marks at ALL on the other side.

As other Yelpers have mentioned, they do the worst job at this location with the Impossible Burger. Apparently it was decided only one side of my burger needed to be cooked. I had to come home and cook the other side! This location is really trash!

Jr Whopper - cold, one onion ring and skimpy lettuce.

Only been here twice. Service was so-so. Recent (and probably last) time, drive thru was very slow even though not many cars in line, maybe 4 including mine. Two cars left the line and went inside. Just needed a quick bite before heading in the house. I live 5 min away, burger was cold but fries were still hot by the time I got home. Idk if they are worse than Wendy's but I doubt I'll be back.

Letter C representing 2021 was…read morein Madison, WI, and like the 2021 runner-up A is for Aldi, C is for Chick Fil-A is also in Corridor Marketplace. My last 3 of 5 reviews are in this huge shopping center as I reviewed Catherine's restaurant from my recent visit; see my Thursday, 4/9 3-star of them. I've been living in Russett for 5.5 years and have been going to this Chick Fil-A sometimes. In fact, I went yesterday for lunch! I had a free sandwich & free brownie and bought medium waffle fries. That's one of the positives of CFA in general is the company & even this specific location will try freebies my way. I generally buy something to be nice. They will throw a free breakfast sandwich. I'll add egg (& sometimes cheese too) to the free chicken biscuit to bulk it up a bit. Very rare I've taken the time to buy a chicken biscuit; almost always get on the freebie. Generally, I'm by far the most likely to go at lunch, much less common at dinner. In 2021 I used to go to CFA more frequently as I like the customer service & food. However, in more recent years I've shyed away from CFA due to health consideration. While the CFA sandwich is delicious, there are a lot of random ingredients, which is a bit unsettling. So, that is a consideration. It's tasty, but can be dry in the middle. I got the grilled chicken sandwich before, but it's pretty bland. I've gotten salads before, but they are kind of overpriced for what you get. If I'm getting a salad, I'm far more likely to go to the Panera here in Corridor Marketplace. I've gotten the nuggets but generally do if it's free. Unlike the grilled chicken sandwich, the grilled nuggets are decent, but still the fried nuggets are superior. Also, their new mac n' cheese is surprisingly good too. Even when they are busy, they are efficient getting orders through both in the restaurant & the drive-thru. A bit of a negative is that CFA drive-thru causes some extra traffic on the shopping center road, but it shows it's a popular option. I visited this location at least once prior to living in Russett. On December 31, 2019, I was at my office in Columbia and had work travel to DC that afternoon. Normally, I would never take 295 and just take 95 down to 495 to 295 into DC, but Starbucks was running a promotion for a free drink at select locations for last few days of 2019. I saw on 12/31/19, the Starbucks next door was on the list, and I was like I'll go 95 to 32 to 295 to get to DC with the stop off MD-198 to get the free Starbucks. That day I had Chick Fil-A for lunch getting the chicken sandwich & chicken noodle soup as I was recovering from a cold. Their soup isn't great but ok, I'd recommend Panera in the same center for soup. I went to my local CFA with my girlfriend a couple of times. It's an easy and cheap option, but I'm far more likely to have CFA for lunch on my own when working from home on a weekday. The couple of times with my girlfriend were on Memorial Day Monday 2025 and another Saturday in 2025. Never on a Sunday as everyone famously knows They're Closed!...so Don't even think about going there on a Sunday, or you will be sorely disappointed. A former coworker in 2012 commented how he never gets CFA because every time he's craving CFA, it's a Sunday. Another noteworthy time I went was in January 2023 on a 2nd date. I wanted to go cheap as she was kind of annoying on the 1st date but she seemed interested in me, and she was a nice person, and I wanted to invite her to my place for whatever picking a cheap restaurant close to my home. Ultimately, in baseball terms, it was a 2B situation, and I didn't have any heart to pursing a 3rd date after all as it wasn't going anywhere anyway. Also, their Peppermint Shake during the holiday season is great! I try to get once a year. Their sweet tea & lemonade is solid too. In summary, Chick Fil-A has a nice staff. The food is mostly good with their yummy chicken sandwiches, chicken biscuits, & waffle fries. Salads are good. Some items are a bit weaker but nothing is bad. Also, the mac n' cheese is pretty solid. I used to get the yogurt parfait which was good, but it was a ripoff at some point in 2020's, so I stopped. Early 2020's, I ate there more, but a big negative by 2022 was that I needed to lose weight, and Chick Fil-A is pretty unhealthy with all the random ingredients, but it's still more good than bad considering great tasting food & nice staff.

I became a Sip Club subscriber in June 2020, where you get upwards of 1 cup every 2 hours. I get a large iced coffee or iced tea typically. Before I moved to Russett, I had never gone to this Panera until August 2020 when I was looking to buy my place. Over the course of 4 years, I've been to this Panera many times. Vast majority of times I come in just for the drink & leave. But perhaps 5-10% Panera also gets a sale from me, typically I get one of their salads, but I've had sandwiches, soups, etc. Staff here is friendly for most part & usually if I'm just getting a drink, I tend to be in & out quickly even when line is long, they are pretty efficient getting people through. The manager sees me come in, & he will volunteer to get on a cash register to help out. A lot of managers out there won't do that. In MD City/Russett area, it's one of few healthy options (& only healthy if I get salad). So, this is often a go to place. A lot of the other places are fast food/ casual like Chick Fil-A, Chiptole, Burger King, etc. none of which are healthy. Chick Fil-A salads are small & similar price to Panera; Panera you get a good amount of salad with various fresh ingredients. If I'm going to Chick Fil-A, it means I want a chicken sandwich. If I want almost anything else, Panera would be the winner. Burger King is pretty weak, & occasionally like Chipotle & other places depending on what I'm in mood for (or if I have a deal). As for Panera salads, they do a good job at this one. I've been to some others where it wasn't so fresh or skimped on the food. Never had a problem except maybe once in 4 years where they didn't do the right substitution. I often got Green Goddess Cobb salad with 3 adjustments, no bacon (more chicken instead), no onions (cucumbers instead), & no green goddess dressing (Caeser instead). They do with no issue or upcharge for doing so. Also like Fuji apple salad. Over years, they've introduced new salads. I really like the Southwest chicken salad as an example. Besides salads, their sandwiches like Philly cheesesteak one is pretty good. It's almost as good as Charley's Steaks in same center. I've gotten turkey avocado & a few others out there. I feel sandwiches are often not enough meat to bread ratio, but still tasty. Soups are good here too, but I'm not a big soup person in general. My favorite they have is chicken & WILD rice; not sure what makes the rice so wild, but it's good. They also had the turkey chili, which is a bit more expensive, but often worth it if I want more meat & is good. I was upset they had taken away chili from their menu, but as of 12/4/24, it's Back! That might be my biggest complaint about Panera in general is that they have an item you really like & then discontinue it. I also like their chicken chipotle breakfast sandwich. It used to be a wrap, but they discontinued the wrap & was annoyed, but I like it better in Ciabatta bread it comes in. They also have bagels. On rare occasions, I've gotten bagel. One time in 2024, my girlfriend & I got bagel each & cream cheese each. It ended up being $7 for just 2 bagel/cream cheese. Panera charges more for cream cheese than for bagel itself, & what we realized is we should've split cream cheese as there is plenty in container, but considering I paid for my own, I loaded mine with all of the big container. This Panera is larger than the normal one going deep in back with lots of various seating 2 & 4 person booths, tables, etc. Other Panera can be pretty cramped especially in the afternoon because they are just a small location but still get a good amount of business. I'm thankful to have this one by my home. Because it's close to home, I've taken food to go a bit more than I've eaten in here, but as I said eating here is comfortable. With the ample size of the restaurant, it's kind of a community gathering place as I've seen people I know. Chipotle in this center & pretty much any location is pretty cramped. There were a few times I did my work in here like if my Xfinity service was out like today Wednesday, 12/4/24! My work wasn't too busy, so I had some time to write this. Also, my 2nd date with my girlfriend was here at Panera in February. Since then, we've been here together often at least for the drink & have eaten in here too. Our 2nd date we got &Pizza in the same center, & I said it'd be roomier if we ate our pizza here in Panera, which I justified as I was getting my Sip Club drink so technically a customer, and knew they wouldn't be that busy on a Thursday night. Overall, Panera is great especially this location.

They're located inside of the Kung Fu Tea. The TKK sign was small, so it's easy to miss. Customer service was good, and they made sure to inform us that the chicken would take about 15 minutes to prepare. I got the 3 piece spicy meal which came with a biscuit and fries. I was told the 3 pieces would be random, and you can't specify a preference of white or dark meat. I liked that the meal came in a bucket and thought it was a cute touch. The fries were pretty disappointing - they were a little soggy and very greasy. The chicken was good until I saw the huge 3rd piece of meat. I got a leg, thigh, and I have no idea what that 3rd piece of meat was. It was huge and unidentifiable. It scared me and turned me off from eating the rest of the meal. If they have an option for all wings, I may go back and give that a try since the flavor was good.

I usually would not out for something a little more healthy but I said, "hey why not." I considered it an option cause I don't mind the wings, thus my reasoning. It's more of the customer service, they are pretty fast but it's like a rush. I received my food to go so it wasn't a thing of me sitting there. But due to them rushing me they didn't accommodate or ask if I wanted condiments. I had no napkins in the bag and I received no ketchup or sauce for my wings. The entrance and appearance of this restaurant was not very welcoming so I opted to do the drive-through instead of going inside. Based on the service I got, I guess I Made a good call staying in my car. I received EXACTLY what I did NOT order. Let's discuss... I specifically asked for the fish sandwich combo. I asked for the Classic Flounder Combo. Instead, I received the Spicy Flounder Combo. I asked for 'extra tartar sauce' and when I tell you, there was no more than a quarter size of tartar sauce on that *Sahara dry* fillet, between two unseasoned buns, believe me. This sandwich was so dry that I had to go home and create a sauce just to eat this fillet. CRIME!!! In my combo, I also asked for a large fry. Success! That was executed perfectly. SCORE! Lastly, I asked for a half-and-half (1/2 iced tea ; 1/2 lemonade). It's really not that complicated. When she handed me a drink and I saw how dark it was I asked if this was an actual half-and-half with lemonade. She affirmed that it was and thanked me for coming. That drink was nothing more than a super sugary Sweet Tea. Not a disgusting drink, just not what I asked and paid for. CRIME! sweet sugary CRIME! Summary: The staff need to be trained exactly WHAT is what on their menu and it would help to listen to the customer's simple requests. The only way that I would be returning to this establishment is if someone that I'm with wanted to go there to grab a bite. Naturally, I would recommend anywhere else. But hey, who knows?
