Worst experience ever in a fast food restaurant. My niece and nephew wanted Burger King. Restaurant was completely empty of customers. Stood at the window and discussed what everyone wanted. There were three people working: person who takes drive thru orders, someone assembling food, and someone putting placemats on trays. We waited several minutes but were ignored. I finally asked if they were open, they said yes. Then just kept ignoring us. No explanation was given. No wonder they have no customers. We left. read more

Hash browns were just plain cold when I got them. Not slightly warm. Cold. And the one thing BK has on Mickey's breakfast, the cinnamon buns, were MIA. This BK was out of the buns. Total fail. read more

This place is horrible place , I order 3 impossible whopper and the young girl was very rude and in bad mode she give me coke cup wet ai asked for tissues and she was very mad . Then I asked for ketchup she ignore me and close the window , then I wait more than 5 minutes she looking behind the window and there is old man looking behind the window as no one come to take to me I called over the phone asking them I waiting for the ketchup because the kids can't eat French fries without it she answer the phone and told me we don't have ketchup and hung up the phone then she came to the window and ask me to leave or will call the police . My kids in back set scared and the 3 years old boy start crying at this point I leave just because my kids get very scared once she threaten me with police . I forget to tell you once she open the window I asked her to call the supervisor and she said no you cannot and said ok I will call the police and close the window . I call the company to complain and they give complain number and waiting no body call me back , then I called back for follow up with them .they answer me that it is documented her in our system that somebody talk to you .i said no body call me . The told me will let somebody to contact you soon and now it is more than 2 weeks no body call . What I want just some body review the camera on the window and told me what I did wrong to deserve this treatment . Why she did that , why all this hate and racist. May be she is manger daughter or girlfriend to answer , no you can't talk to my manger . The worst thing is how the complain department deal with this . Amazing epic off the broiler whoppers at your finger tips. Great customer service too! I didn't eat the food but the people I bought the whopper for were in heaven. The drive thru was also appropriately sized for my friends HRV that I almost crashed in the hotel parking lot. Was there on December 26th , 2019 at 2:30pm . We received our food and when we went to sit down , all the tables were dirty, as well as the floors (and the washrooms). There were 3 people behind the counter, and they were not busy at all, so who knows how long those tables sat dirty, We cleaned our own table and when we were leaving, I went up to the counter and told all 3 girls that all the tables and floor were dirty and that they should clean them for their customers, and their own good. The one looked at me and in a snotty tone and said 'Yeah right, for my own good' and proceeded to walk away from me. If this is how they operate, it makes sense no other customers were there. I've only been here twice. First time I went in, I used a coupon and they forgot to subtract from my receipt, then refused to when I confronted them about it. Also, took twenty minutes to make my whopper and even got the order wrong. While waiting for said whopper, the manager and a co-worker (they must have been friends outside of work) were joking around, throwing food at each other (probably my order), swearing at each other right in front of me and other customers, including children. Then, when they finally gave me my food I said thank you and got silence in return. No apology for the long wait, nothing. Terrible. read more

So I just left Burger King unsatisfied and upset. I've never written a negative review like this before. I read online that the location was open till midnight, so I went through the drive through, but no one answered. So I drove around and saw someone in the store, so I drove through the drive through again thinking they were in the bathroom or something. Still no answer from the speaker. So I park in the parking lot and go up to the door to go into the lobby (the door says it closes at 11, online it says midnight, but it doesn't matter either way because it was only 10pm). As I'm walking up someone locks the door. So I figure maybe the lobby closes earlier than the drive through, so for the third time, I go through the drive through. This time, I hear something through the speaker for a moment, I hear a door shut a moment after, and the only remaining car in the parking lot drove off. They snuck out while I was still waiting in the drive through. I just got off of a very long shift and just wanted a convenient meal after work. I drove to Taco Bell after, but I wasted my time trying to patron am establishment who's employees literally ignored me and snuck away from their duties. I wish I could give this location no stars because I received no service. read more

My Wife and I went there on a weekday evening in July of 2018. We were the only customers in the place around 6:00 PM. The floor was dirty, the soda station was a mess and needed stocking, and there were plenty of young people working but not doing anything. There needs to be someone there to manage these young people and tell them what needs to be done and when. It seems like it is a hangout for some of the employees friends. read more

This is by far, the worst fast food restaurant in all Lake Geneva. Here is a rundown of my last three visits, beginning with the most recent. 1. I ordered my kids a four piece chicken nugget kid meal and a plain double cheeseburger meal. What we got, was two plain hamburgers and an order of fries. It took twenty minutes for them to sort out, even with the receipt showing the correct order. 2. I ordered one of their salads, and had asked for the grilled chicken. I got a plain salad, and was told "Oh, we can't put chicken on this salad". I pointed to the huge advertisement banner that showed my salad, WITH CHICKEN, he replied "Oh, well that banner is incorrect." I then ordered a grilled chicken sandwhich instead, and I was given a fried chicken sandwhich, I walked out. 3. I ordered a whopper with cheese, and onion rings. I received a Junior whopper with extra pickles, no cheese, and the ketchup was obviously put on with an ice cream scoop. The Onion rings looked like they were taken out of the freezer, run under a hair dryer for 5 seconds and put in a serving bag. I took the food back up to the register, asked them if they would eat this, got credited and walked out. Long story short, I, and many other people, will never enter this establishment ever again, save yourself the hassle and walk 25 yards up the road and go to McDonalds or Culvers. read more

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I honestly don't know how this place stays in business. The kids working there have always been polite, but not exactly on-top of things, and they always seem understaffed. Today I had to repeat my order twice and still had to correct what showed up on the screen...it's not the first time I've experienced this, and it's not because I wasn't clear and polite, they just didn't seem like they were really listening. I had to wait ten minutes for food, which, except the onion rings, was lukewarm at best. I should have gotten one large and one medium drink, but I was given two mediums and both were only a little more than half-full. I ordered one of the Whoppers with just cheese and onions, and was only given cheese. I don't mean to be hard on the kids working there- clearly management and possibly training are lacking. I guess I'll be trying the Twin Lakes location, next time. read more
