The food was delicious. The service was phenomenal. The young lady that helped us with the colorful hair was very polite.

We had a really good experience ordering QDOBA off of DoorDash a few weeks ago. The portions were generous and their sauces were delicious. I can't speak much to their service since we ordered out, but everything was packaged nicely. If you're looking for a meal with a solid amount of protein QDOBA is a great option! read more

We have never been to a Qdoba before but man we will be back! What a wonderful experience. They are kinda like chipotle but better!! Their bowls are huge and they give you a side of chips free of charge! The staff were so friendly and helped me understand the menu, since I was a newbie. The restaurant was clean and organized. The washroom was well maintained and clean!! I have to say don't sleep on this place they are seriously so nice and give you way more bang for your buck!! read more

QDOBA Mexican Eats - Surf and turf bowl! Must try! - Fast Food Near Me - Lake Geneva, Wisconsin

another terrible experience. I know i said in my last review of this establishment that i was swearing it off so i suppose this time is my fault fool me once fool me twice type of situation. ordered at 7:50 online and stood in the restaurant until 8:40 when i had had enough and canceled my order all together. i finally decided to cancel once a man waiting next to me finally got his order after 1 hour and 10 minutes the worst part is it had been sitting on the rack for an amount of time i dont even want to guess. the excuse given to him was well we lost the receipt and also we were out of some stuff you wanted too which he did not even receive. wow that is just flat out awful. i have never seen a single establishment suck so consistently. again if you like qdoba and are in the geneva area, please go to the Delevan location as they are spot on every time. this one just simply sucks please avoid if you can!! read more

No tortilla bowl, ok hard shell taco dinner. we are out of shells he said.. this is a place to buy tacos ! He said he could make them so we say ok, five minutes he said. he starts to make.. oh I found three in a drawer. he starts making the taco, I ask for pinto beans. the dried up bin is empty I ask do you have more (I doubt it he answers). ok no beans, we go down the line do you have pickeled onions, we are out ! where is the management in this store, it's getting dirtier they were probably a little busy due to the holI day but not to have Taco shells in a Taco restaurant ! come do better read more

I will first start out by saying if I could leave 0 stars I would. I have never felt like I was bugging someone so bad... TO DO THERE JOB. a little after 3pm and this store is out of fajita, and sour cream which normally wouldn't be so bad but I have been to this store multiple time with the same story and this time Ive had enough. Everything we asked for in our bowls you felt like you were pulling teeth to get onto your bowl. we make it to the end of the line and I thought we had rude service before but nothing like this. we get checked out and we had two bowls and a cup of queso. we got two small white bags of the chips which we should have gotten three based off of what we got but it would have been fine if they were filled decent enough but they were not, then they were out of the bags to carry your food. we get to fill up our drinks and they have no lids for them at all. I have never had such terrible service or experience at one place along. needless to say I will drive an extra 45 mins to get a different Qdoba. BECAUSE NEVER AGAIN read more

We were in here today - food was fine, however the place was filthy and it just opened for the day. Booths were disgusting, there is soda sprayed all over the wall by the soda machine, plus it doesn't look like it's been cleaned in awhile. But to top it all off, one of the gentleman cooking sneezed multiple times (into his arm at least) but then just wiped it off with a paper towel. Then blew his nose several times, did not wash his hands or change gloves and started messing with the food again. The guy that served us was very helpful though and they were both nice. However with how gross this place is, we will not be coming back. read more

Not sure why Chipotle is still the more popular option that da Qube's. Some say Chipotle tastes better, but I don't know. I think they are comparable, but with Qdboba having far more options. I know, some people say more is not always better. At Qdoba, you get to choose not only burritos, burrito bowls, salads, or tacos, you can also pick quesadillas and nachos. The setup is similar to Chipotle: pick your format (nachos, burritos, bowl, etc), pick your protein, and then add stuff like rice, beans, lettuce, etc. Besides the different formats of the food, there's more toppings too! You can pick queso, guac (for free!) and various spices like cilantro and spanish onions. BATHROOM REVIEW: Located in the back, down a somewhat long hallway, the bathroom consists of one urinal, and an open toilet... no stall. So I assume you lock the door when you go in, or at least I did. The toilet was somewhat clean, and there were, for whatever reason, lockers in the bathroom. I didn't try to open em, so I can't say they were fully functional. Overall, bathroom was well-lit, and since it was down the hall, not a lot of foot traffic. Everything was in working condition and the bathroom itself was spacious. Sit or squat? Sit! read more

We don't have Qudoba close to where we live, so I'm happy to have it when we come to Lake Geneva. It's a lot like Chipotle but I think better. And they don't charge extra for guacamole! Good queso too. You have your choice of a bowl, salad, burrito or tacos, and they have quesadillas as well. As far as fast food Mexican goes, it's great. read more

There isn't one table clean. No one in restaurant but my fiancee and myself. 3 employees just standing at counter talking. I had to wipe table off for us to sit. Qdobas, in general, are good, but not great, IMO. I prefer the taste and price if Chipotle. But, I want to give a shout out to the manager of this location! She is on it, she can multitask and stay positive at the same time. It was a pleasure to interact with her as the cashier and to watch how she handled other customers. Also, this location seems to have a very smooth carry out system which is key in the days of Covid. Lastly, Qdoba added a mild blended salsa to their menu, it's a good add...now they just need to step up their guacamole recipe. read more

I was so surprised by how good the food was here. We stopped here for a quick bite to eat and I was delighted by just how good everything was. The advice I could offer was the heat of the food, it was just warm when I picked it up. The Cholula® Hot & Sweet Chicken is so delicious, it wasn't to spicy and had a great amount of flavor. The brisket birria was delicious too, it was very tender. They have a very good guac, which I think beats chipotle. read more

This was my first time ever eating at a Qdoba!! I love these types of taco places, they are my FAVORITE and I love to try different places when I'm driving through new areas to find the best. This place was probably the best place of its kind I've ever been to. I loved the vibes in the restaurant. It was extremely clean and very nice. The bathroom was very clean and very nice. I think having a nice atmosphere is very important so they did a great job here. As for the food, when I was there, it was cooked PERFECTLY. It was honestly so good I wish I got more to go. I had steak tacos and the steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly. My major issues with other places is that the meat is either impossible to chew or bland and flavorless. This food was amazing. Seriously better than Moes and Moes is my favorite. I will be stopping here every time I am driving down highway 12 read more

Farewell Chipotle and Hello Qdoba! I'm honored to be the first to review this location. It's also my first time ever trying Qdoba. I don't see many of them anymore. And I hate to keep comparing it to Chipotle, but it's just very similar, but just way better. I have a few points about this visit. Firstly, the options they have are great. They have the typical bowls and burritos. Then they have taco salad bowls with shells and like a loaded nachos. I can really go on about the place, but the main points are that they use a lot of fresh ingredients and herbs and that makes everything taste better. Now, concerning my visit. We come visit Grand Geneva almost every year. I have a big family. We chose this place for dinner. We usually go to Culver's. We were about 50 people. In all fairness, we called ahead to let them know. It was pretty hectic, but the staff handled it very well. Shoutout to the manager. The only problem was they ran out of a lot of items. (Again, in all fairness, it was also Father's Day and we came around 8 pm)They ran out of salad bowl shells and that upset a lot of people. My dad actually left because he got upset. Eventually they ran out of tortilla chips and diet soda too I didn't understand why their fryer was off, but the guy said something about that they only fry in the morning only. Anyway, I'm so impressed with Qdoba. I'm not sure why they're not more in the Chicago area. It is definitely now on my top favorite restaurants. read more

Good quality food, the menu items are *build your own* picking just what you like. Good selection of choices of meats ( or none for a vegetarian option ) Among choices are queso cheese and haberno salsa Also less spicy options too. There is a Coca-Cola freestyle machine to give plenty of soft drink options. Fresh, tasty and good !!! read more

This place is a health hazard. No, I'm not talking about Covid. You ever hear a restaurants kitchen is only as clean as their restrooms? Well, I find it absolutely disgusting when the restroom doesn't have a working toilet and the faucet doesn't turn on with toilet paper covering the ground. If you want to get sick, make sure to come to this location. Literally 4 guys and 1 girl working and the mens restroom was destroyed. The health department should be called. read more

Got a burrito today and was made dirty , burritos was hard, barely got any of the ingredients I asked for barely a scoop of each my burrito was horrible and lost my appetite after I saw the way the guy was handling it without gloves. I remember how good the place was before it went down hill. They were very rude and for what I spent I should enjoy the food not throw it away after a bite. Very disappointing and won't recommend wasting time or money going. read more

I stopped in for a burrito bowl during lunchtime. Instead of going to order my food in line like I typically do I decided to use the restroom and I'm glad I did. It was disgusting! Someone upper decked the toilet with feces, pubes in the sink, the sink was covered in slimy residue and the floor looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a week! All of these items alerted me to other things when I left the restroom. The floor of the whole restaurant was dirty. The drink dispenser had crust on it. The rugs were covered in dirt and dried out weeds. Needless to say I didn't order any food and walked out of this nasty establishment. Do not eat here!! Gross! read more

I don't usually review, but this is the last time I will be ordering online. Watch your online orders, I didn't receive my chips and salsa twice now. they really go light on the meat since you are not watching them assemble. I literally had like 3 pieces on my burrito, it was just filled with mainly rice. Didn't add the queso or corn salsa. Just a bad couple experiences. read more

I stopped in the Lake Geneva location on Monday and the place was in terrible condition. All of the garbage cans were full or overflowing, discarded food items on the floor, tables were not clean and the bathrooms were absolutely not useable. We are from out of town and we're looking for somewhere to eat on the Fourth of July. Most of the restaurants closed extremely early so about 8:00 we put in a rather larger order of about 9 meals. There were only two workers in the store and it was so busy (probably because everywhere else seemed to be closed). However, they were extremely kind and very hard workers. They offered us drinks since the wait may be a little longer than expected. They worked diligently and packaged our large order correctly and were extremely apologetic for the wait, even though they worked as hard and fast as they can. Unfortunately we forgot to catch their names, but they did a great job and made some fantastic bowls, burritos, and quesadillas!! Highly recommend! read more

Rude staff. I order a kid's size gumbo every time I go here but this location's staff couldn't understand what I was asking them. The refused to let me have a mini gumbo and started arguing with me right off the bat and wanted to call their general manager to prove me wrong. The staff was unprofessional and rude before we even ordered anything. We also had to ask for chips and queso three times before they remembered to grab it. While eating, we had another customer come up to us and say, "Just so you know, we heard the staff talking mad s*** about you. This place sucks anyways." After that happened, we left leaving some of our trash on the table. On the way to the car, one of the workers came outside and started yelling at us. We drove 30 minutes to go here and I'd rather drive over an hour to go to the one we usually go to. read more

As I walked into the restaurant, I was greeted promptly. They were very busy but both crew people were upbeat and had smiles on their faces. The food was very tasty and the prices are very good compared to most places. The dining room was very clean and the drink station was welled stocked. I will definitely be back. Thanks Lake Geneva Qdoba. read more

I usually like the authentic, small, family Mexican restaurant when I have a taco or a burrito craving. I thought I'd give Qdoba a try. I had the burrito bowl. All the ingredients are fresh and made right in front of you. I also enjoyed their queso and chips. This individual location was very busy, and a small line had formed. After tasting the food it was well worth the wait. Highly recommend this location. read more

First time here and I have to say that I'm not impressed. Food was ok, nothing special. They had around 6 people working but took a while to get three people served. Never asked for queso even with my entree which I guess they are supposed to ask. Honestly was a total of four people including my family of three. No music and I could hear people yelling from the back. I heard "stop it, stop it." No iced tea, either. You pay $3 for a soft drink only. Meanwhile, the place is dirty and service is slow. Tried it and sticking to chipotle for this type of food. Never coming here again. read more

Honored to be the first review on here! I was in Lake Geneva with my parents and craving some queso, so I stopped by for a chicken bowl. Nice way to avoid the burgers and fries 'fast food' cycle. Everything was fresh and hot. They had a problem with the Coke dispenser but they gave me a Coke bottle to cover the Coke being out! This is the worst Qdoba. Every time I come in they are out of something. Today it was quac. No sign stating they are out, nothing said until I asked for the quac and then a rude "were out" is all I got. No apology, nothing. Stay away. Go to the Mukwonago Qdoba. Way better service read more

I will not be returning to the Qdoba after giving it 2 (yes, 2) second chances. Twice I've gone 10-15 minutes after the time allotted for my online delivery, and my order had not even been started. Each time I've had to speak with rude and disrespectful staff, I've left with a bad taste in my mouth. The manager begins fighting with her customers practically before they begin speaking and blames any issues on them. Three times this has happened and I won't be returning to this location. The last time (last week), the manager wiped her nose on her sleeve while arguing with me about my order. I've seen enough eye rolls from staff there to last me a year. What gives, Qdoba? I have never written a bad review (in fact, this is my very first time using Yelp), but I felt so compelled to by my treatment at this location. Have a nice day. read more
