This is based on service (food was 5). I'm rating this location a 2 as service isn't that good. I waited at the register for a while for someone to come. There was no one else in line. Then a person picked up her order and started talking to the worker who still stayed totally oblivious to me. We were dining in and just ordered on the kiosk & took a placard. I had to interrupt him while he was just talking with the lady. I asked for water cups to which he said - here I have your order- no napkins and not delivered to my table??? Zero stars is too good for them. Thing is Tony everyone complains about the wait time, but obviously the restaurant doesn't care about their customers or respect their customers time. I ordered through the McDonald's app two sausage McMuffins this morning at 5:50 in the a.m. there were no cars in the Drive-Thru except mine. I waited over 10 minutes for them to come on to the microphone to take the order. I placed the order and I was specific about customizing one of the sausage McMuffins to not have any cheese on it. My friend is lactose intolerant and he cannot handle cheese. When I got to the Williams Bay here, and gave him his sandwich, written on the wrapper was no cheese, and the sandwich had extra cheese on it. Worst damn service ever. We asked for waters and the lady got mad and said "you have two options, either you fucking leave right now or I'm calling the cops right fucking now". She said that we couldn't stand in the building and couldn't give us a reason why. Our food was soggy and the fries were undercooked. We ordered shamrock shakes at the kiosk, and they claimed that they didn't have any left, but minutes later they gave out shamrocks to other people. The orders took, at minimum, 10 minutes each to come out, there was no line. The workers seemed to have no hustle and care for their customers. Wish I could give this a ZERO! We ordered breakfast from the mobile app at 10:16am. We waited in the drive through line for a while. We told them our mobile order number, got to the first window for the receipt, and then got to the second window at 10:41. They canceled they the order because it was after 10:30, even though the order was placed and should have been ready before 10:30. They didn't comp us anything, didn't apologize, or offer anything to make up for it. They just canceled as we waited for about 30 min in line and received nothing. They could have told us at the order screen or the first window, instead of us making us wait an extra 15 minutes. Do not go to this location. It is HORRIBLE!!!! read more

The ordering process is amazing on the eclectic computer 10/10. Environment is beautiful the lighting is great, and chairs are comfy. But they didn't deliver our order how shameful. I don't know what happened at this location but something is terribly wrong. All attention is paid to the drive thru, dine in customers are totally neglected. To make matters worse they've built a wall between the counter and the kitchen so a walk in customer most times has to wait till they're seen or yell for someone to help them. The incident occurred at the McDonald's on Wells St., Lake Geneva, WI on Saturday, Nov. 24, 2018 at 7:25pm. I was using the drive-thru and after handing over my drinks, the girl working at the second window proceeded to collect, bag and tie up the garbage while waiting for the remainder of my order to be prepared. She was not wearing gloves. She pushed all of the trash (barehanded) into the can, wiped her hands on the legs of her pants and finished bagging and handing me my order. I complained and she seemed completely oblivious to the health hazard. My foot is in a cast currently, which is why I was using the drive-thru, so I pulled forward into the parking lot and called the store. When I asked to speak to a manager, a woman named Ashley said she was the manager on duty. I told her what happened and she didn't seem upset nor did she offer a replacement. I can only assume someone who thought it was acceptable to touch garbage and food without washing her hands in between must have such nasty personal hygiene that it would also not occur to her to wash her hands after using the toilet. I believe it's a safe assumption that there was a great deal of contaminated food served during that shift. At the very least, the restaurant needs to have a required refresher course on basic personal hygiene and food safety. read more

I went into the McDonalds in lake Geneva Saturday. It was not busy. 3 other tables were full I ordered a fountain drink. And a pumpkin pie. It took 9 minutes for me to get the pie. The better McDonalds in this area! The drive thru is much faster than Delavan's or Elkhorn's Matt who works the drive thru during the day, is very friendly and proffesional. Food is average as it is a fast food place. Average for being a clean store inside as like most McDonalds, when they are real busy, it takes a while to get tables vleaned of and floors swept.
