I work down the street from this location. I regret every time I give this place a chance. The food is fine for the most part, but the service is slow as hell. Plan to wait in the drive-thru for half an hour. It's one of those drive-thrus with no way to exit once you enter so be ready to commit to it if you enter. Horrible service. I asked for a frozen coke with my order and when I got to the window they handed me my bag and no drink. I said I had a frozen coke and they said it wasn't on the order. I looked at my receipt and she forgot to add it on. I waited forever for the person to come back to the window so I could add it on and when they came back told me I had to pull around and wait in line again. That is not fair. The lady probably forgot to add it on because she was too busy on her phone making a personal call. This place is ridiculous. Every time I go here the service sucks but this was the worst. Customer service is the worst thing I have ever experienced in my life. The lady taking my order was rude as hell. She was rude to the customers in front of me and forgot to add things to their order and forgot their cups. Once she got to us, she did not greet us and waited for us to say something first. We presented our code to receive points for the BK app and she shut us down, stating that we needed to order the food first then provide the code. After ordering our food, she did NOT take our code and didn't give direction at the end of the order. While waiting for our food, the employee kept giving us dirty looks. I get off work late and stop here on my way home occasionally. They say they are open until 12 but the last 4 times I have stopped there around 11 they say they don't have anything but fried food. No burgers because the grill is off. Why are you turning the grill off when you are open another hour? Took my grandson for a burger, chicken nuggets, fries and an icee drink. Had a challenge communicating with the guy over the order kiosk. Got to window paid and got the icee. They asked if I had ordered an iced tea. No!! After a few minutes they returned to the window and they asked me if I could wait in the parking lot. After a few more minutes the server came out and said she forgot the BBQ sauce for the chicken nuggets. This gave me a chance to check the order. Burger yes. Chicken nuggets yes. Wait no fries. TORI has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! How is she a manager? This is the B.K. on Emerson in Beech Grove The incident took place today 6.17.22 at 820 am. I called there because I didn't get everything and she told me to call doordash and hung up on me. I called back 5xs b4 she answered. I asked for the Store Manager name.....she said Sandy and I asked her if she was there and she said nope. I said well I will be calling back to report you then I hung up. She is very rude, I didn't get all of my stuff nor napkins or fork for pancakes and although it may sound like nothing to some ppl.....I still paid for items I didn't get and service I shouldn't have gotten to be a loyal customer. I will not return to this location. Half of the time the food is cold and the fries are too salty anyway.....this location is trash. Food is not quality and TORI Definitely is not a quality manager.......I will make sure she is reported. I did report the drink to doordash....this is beyond a credit. We have gone on several occasions, and each time was a very bad experience, bugs in food, and we have gotten sick recently on a trip there, food is never made the way you ask, and Service is terrible, Management is rude, and when I called to Complain, was told they are short staffed, and They cannot take returns, and would have to call number on receipt, then go to website to request a refund.?
