This probably Hass to be the worst Burger King I've ever been to the people are rude and disrespectful to the customers even the manager OK was not nice. I asked for a simple item that was the menu item of an order of french fries from the value menu with no salt young man went over to give them the order and look for us and bring the french fry machine said she was waving her hand back-and-forth, because what's wrong with these french fries there's nothing wrong with these. french fries is perfectly fine. What's her problem. so I then said I just don't like my french fries with salt on them. And then the manager comes over and she starts talking to them and stuff and she goes. I don't know what the fuck her problem is. So since he because he had an issue with me having french fries with no sauce, I said you know I just forget it I'll just take the onion rings cause I know most burger kings don't stop there onion rings, and I was like I left it that the kid at the register sold me the onion rings and it kept apologizing. I said no it's not a big deal. I just don't like salt on my french fries and you people when you do salt them you soften too much and I can't I can't eat them. I bought the onion rings as well as a cup of ice which he didn't charge me for. I then went over and got that the ice cubes and I left the restaurant after I walked over the parking lot to meet up with my honey at the table. There was a young man doing the trash and I went back to my truck for my coffee and he said because you know he goes you don't have to be that that nasty to my manager. I say excuse me some nasty about the for the salt and stuff and I said to him I said I don't like salt on my food and that's why I asked if that was your manager cut. Your manager could not accommodate me. He's well. What the fuck your problem was and I said to myself I'll get something to say to you young man that is if I were you, I would watch who you were talking to because you have no idea who I am. I said I could write you up now if you want. The young man in the parking lot shut his mouth, grabbed his trash bag and kept on walking to the other side of the parking lot. It was very nice to know that the manager is encouraging his staff or her staff to be as dirty mouth as they are. I also noticed that in the restaurant all the people behind the counter, only to smoke any kind of English at all that was the manager, and the young man that was waiting on the everyone else was being conversed with in another language. I also asked to clear up another clerk, a Burger King worker outs side in the parking lot about something else entirely and he said I know work I work yeah, I know work. In other words he couldn't speak English. I want to say what I was saying he was just telling me he only knows that he works there at the restaurant. I feel the people were very ill, equipped, and wrong staffing. They weren't actually able to do the job that they were supposed to have been able to do they need to at least be able to talk to the customers if there's an issue and stuff that wasn't happening at this Burger King in particularly. I definitely know one thing and that is that this Burger King needs a revamping of their employees staffing and their teachings at their store. Other than that things seem to be fine except they could use a little bit of a spruce up. It's too small of a store, and they are not being taken care of properly. I am sorry, but I definitely know that I will never be back into this Burger King ever again. As I said, in the beginning of the post, it is definitely a bit Burger King that needs to be closed. I don't wish to give it any stars, but it will not let me post my review. If I do not hit one star so in reality, this is a minus no stars not a one star. read more

It's fast food, expectations aren't high. Went here a night after volleyball with a friend of mine, we were there about 2 hours prior to their posted "closing time". The staff is incredibly rude and ignorant, the food was awful and after about 15 minutes my friend and I were just chatting after our meal and one of the workers kicked us out stating that they were "closed". They do not wear gloves and they drink and eat all throughout the kitchen!!!!!!! If that isn't enough to make you not want to go here, you have to say something at the drive through to let them know you're there or else they'll ignore you. For the past two days I have visited this locations drive-thru well before the closing of midnight. After over ten minutes of waiting at the screen I drove up to the window thinking maybe the machine was broken. I proceeded to see both of the workers inside completely ignoring me. I tried to go around a couple more times and called to try and get their attention with no result. I'm not someone to leave bad reviews and I love the new impossible whopper, but when your workers refuse to do their jobs and I can't order my food it warrants notice. I don't know why they have a phone number listed no one answers it. Guess if you really want to get a hold of them you'd have to know the employees cell phone numbers. Mmm stateline fast food. Its easy to get to, but a bitch to get out of unless you go out the side entrance/exit. Its the same food you will find anywhere else, no need to get into it. There is a small playground which is fun to bring kids to. Um.. yeah. Fun. read more

Crew is always miserable. The heat is on during the summer and AC in the winter! It's like they don't want people to eat inside. This Burger King is always soooo slow! It never matters on the time or day. But it's on the way home from a lot for me so I will get it every now and then. Today, not only did they take forever, but they got my sandwich wrong and didn't give me my whole order. When I told them my sandwich was wrong and was missing mozzarella sticks, they fixed my sandwich and ignored the missing mozz part. When they gave me my sandwich I told them I was still missing the mozz sticks and they told me I had to drive around to add to my order. I told them I ordered at the window and they still didn't care. They tried to blame it on me that I didn't check the screen, but it was still changing from fries to onion rings and adding cheese on my whopper, etc when they told me to drive around. I didn't want to hold up the line so I didn't wait for the slow system to show everything. The manager Tamara was completely rude and didn't want to help because she had other orders. If they had listened when I ordered or told them my sandwich was wrong, they could have fixed the missing mozz sticks at the same time. I tried to get Tamara's manager's name and she just kept telling me she was the manager. After 3 or 4 times saying no who is YOUR manager she gave me the name Angie. I tried calling the store and the phone just rang forever until it hung up. I will never go back and will make sure I post this on every review site. I worked in hospitality for about 15 yrs so it takes a lot for me to complain never mind write a review but the way they treated me for their mistake will never be forgotten. read more

Yet another Burger King. I've never been surprised here. The food isn't particularly impressive, but it doesn't taste all that bad. I mean, what can you really say about a Whopper? Nice location for a busy and congested RTE 125 on the Haverhill/Plaistow Line. Tables and chairs under the trees. The employees are nice and friendly and do a good job. The food is tasty from the breakfast burritos to the burgers, onion rings and ice cream. :) read more

Probably one of the better Burger Kings i've visited- It tastes fresh atleast. Was a little disappointed they mixed up my order.
