I have never been to this particular location, so when I walked in and saw three workers behind the counter not even acknowledging that we walked in. Then a girl comes to the counter still doesn't acknowledge us and proceeds to put on a pair of gloves. She finally acknowledges us and we place an order. We wanted to know what flavors the two trays of rice were because neither were labeled so I asked what the two flavors were. The girl shrugged and said I don't know. WHAT? then I asked her to find somebody that knows so she turned around and said something in Spanish to another worker. And she said "people that want to lose weight get one of those rices." Again, WHAT? Needless to say that did not answer the question and I asked her to find somebody that could tell us what they were but then realized there was no one to ask. Does chipotle ever question that it's the managers that own these franchises should maybe step up to the plate. To start off, the portions of the food are always good because i make it a POINT to go in person, don't ever order online or for pickup because they will definitely screw it up. Now my main issue is with the tall white man who works at the register. the last time I came in and he was on the register he was rude, did not say hello, and when I wanted to use my coupon on free chips he refused to allow me because I "didnt show him the coupon before I ordered the chips" which is not at all how it works and refused to re enter the order so I could get them; which was annoying but I let it go. But today when I visited was just disgusting he had dandruff or some sort of bodily flakes ALL OVER the front of his shirt. IS THIS NOT FOOD SERVICE?!?! It was literally revolting and I was so glad my bowl was prepared & closed by whoever was working on the line because god forbid some flakes get in my food. He was again was aloof, rude and looked half asleep. But I couldn't take my eyes off the flakes. Theres always a problem at this chipotle but the fact that the restaurant AND the employees are dirty seems like a case for the health inspector. No one speaks English except one girl and she is the rudest girl I've met working in fast food retail. They had no steak so I asked how long would it be until it is done because I had no problem waiting. This women stares at me blankly and looks done and look back up pointing at the chicken and I go do you have any steak. SHE ROLLS HER EYES, and screams across the restaurant in Spanish. Stopped hear the other day to get a bowl they were out of lettuce so I just asked for steak and rice the woman gave me a small scoop so I asked for double did not want to charge more but I did anyway last time I went to a chipotle for a steak bowl chips and a drink it was 17.50 when I got to the counter here it was 18.7 I asked the person I think you charged me a little too much he said no and I knew it was not right because my friend had also got a steak bowl with a drink it's was around 15. My first time in a Chipotle, probably my last. The countertop where they are preparing food is disgusting. It is covered with cheese, sour cream, and who the hell knows what else. It takes one second to quickly wipe your work area down. This location is definitely not health inspection worthy. As I watched them making food and scooping it out of bins I saw chunks fall from the back containers into the front ones. As a vegetarian it is hugely concerning that they clearly know nothing about cross contamination. If I get cheese sauce that has meat in it I'll end up in the hospital. They were out of veggies anyway, and apparently not making more at half an hour before close. We left, disgusted, and went to the Indian place down the street. read more

I will say that fortune enough to be able to eat my burrito. What I don't understand is how managers and especially everyone on the line don't get to seem that there is something wrong with a guacamole looking this shown in the pictures I have along. The guac is absolutely not good it even has all the oily / watery substance from the guacamole just sitting all togeather for a long long period a time that all the oil/water has risen up . And as you can see it's just black / dark brown visibly through the container. And to be paying almost 6$ for some guacamole and chips to not even get the main ingredient which is the guacamole correct is unacceptable, I guess chipotle should just stick with some pre packed guac like the chips so there isn't any F *** ups like always with some simple guacamole. read more

I come here often during lunch when I forget to bring a homemade lunch. I think this is one of the better locations when they are in stock. I would say the portions are a little more generous than other chipotle's I have been. Like previous reviews sometimes they aren't in stock and ended up being closed for the day. I went to chipotle in plaistow nh today and was serviced by an employee who couldn't understand English at all. Making this very difficult to explain my order which in the end I got wrong, and even the cashier couldn't understand or speak English very well making me have to repeat myself multiple times just to pay for my meal. Wow this place has gone down hill all the way to the bottom. My order was over 30 minutes late, the rice was not cooked, hard and crunchy. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I'm not one to complain or speak up but this was horrifying. The guy taking my order didn't welcome me in or even ask what I wanted. He give me little to no rice and then splashed every topping all messy on top and even flung food everywhere. The guy was clearly not ok and was high on something. Ordered on line. Arrived early and had to wait. No problem. Prep person was talking on the cell phone with her food prep gloves on and then retuning to prep orders. One kitchen worker had his pants around his butt with undies hanging out. It seemed that no one was in charge. They ran out of white rice. Opted for brown. Got home and everything was cold. Brown rice was undercooked/crunchy. I thought we would give them another try but we have been disappointed too many times with all locations. read more
