ZERO OUT OF 5 stars Got charged 3 times when I tried to return my food for being soggy, cold and falling apart. I acted calm, was respectful, blunt. The lady acted like I just disrespected her soul. Got a huge attitude told me pull up I said no I'd rather have a refund. then tried handing my card back with no receipt. Luckily my girlfriend works for the same parent company and knew what the lady was doing. she double charges me for the food then gives a receipt that just showed that she charged me again . Luckily we sent it to a friend who is higher up on the totem poll and she pointed out how wrong it was and knew what the woman TRIED to do. Left still hungry and down $16.59 multiplied by 3. avoid this place like the plague. None of their employees give a shit about how the food comes out. read more

The Customer Service at this Taco Bell location is awful and I don't even know where to start. Customer Service should be taking more seriously. If it wasn't for customers buying the food they wouldn't survive. Standing at the counter for 5 minutes just for staff to notice you is a huge issue, especially when the staff is less than 10ft away. Back when I worked in the fast food chain, Customer Service was everything. We were taught in orientation that with out customers, none of you would be here. Today, there is such a lack of respect and discipline for Customer Service. I used to eat at this particular Taco Bell back in high school. For the most part everyone was very nice and respectful. Loved going here in high school. They were my number one spot. It's crazy because I can think back and remember how much my friends and I would eat here. And now the Customer Service has changed so much and definitely now for the better. Ya'll need to hire employees that want to be there. Fast food industry isn't always easy to handle but your getting paid. At least act like you want to be there. One more thing it takes minutes to restock items that your customers have access too. There's was empty and just leads to more standing and waiting to be noticed by staff that can't even turn around to check to see if someone is waiting. read more

Do not ever come here, tried ordering food for the family after everything I said the response was " is that all" very rude like she didn't care at all. Got my order completely wrong, got to the window and asked to reread the order to me, gave us literslly a death stare right in our eyes, and the lady next to her reread the order for us very fast and "fixed it." But they still never have us a receipt so not sure what I paid for. She then said something in another language to the girl and proceeded to yell with the kitchen staff in another language. Drove off and realized they forgot to hand me my drink, so we came back through to get it and she said not a word, grabbed the drink was sitting on the counter looked at it and handed it out the window. Dinning room closed before 9:30 so when i walked over there from my job which is right next door they wouldn't let me order had to have someone drive me to the drive thru only for them to say online pick up only. So we parked to order online only for us to overhear the car that was right behind us got to order their food. What sense does that make. So we went back and she tried to make it seem like she said the system was down (which if it were wouldn't doordash be down too?) but all us in the car agreed she said online pick up only. Then she said i can only place a small order. So please explain to me how they can make their own rules. This Taco Bell continues to be notoriously slow and also inaccurate. Make sure you check your order before you leave. We've had missing Cinnabon Delights a couple times, and sauce and silverware are never in the bag, although sauce is requested through the mobile order. They're always slow and usually, usually, do not complete order accurate to the order i.e. missing items or incorrect substitutions. It's often dirty when we're actually able to go in too. Tonight me and my family decided to mobile order and to our surprise we got there and the drive thru was blocked off, the doors locked, and the employees inside cleaning ignoring us and another customer. I understand a labor shortage or whatever excuse could arise but communication especially with prepaid orders is a MUST. I would give this place 0 Stars if I could. My friend and I got to Taco Bell around 6:45 and ordered a crunch wrap and two sprites. At 7:10, we were still waiting in line for our food. The car in front of us has been at the order window for about 12 minutes. The cars behind us, and us as well started to honk. A young worker then leaned out the window and began to cuss us out. Absolutely disgusting and completely unprofessional experience. I will never attend this Taco Bell again, and hope the staff gets their act together. read more

They got my order of a Vegan 7 layer burrito, Crunchwrap and Cinnamon twist right on the first try. I give Taco Bell a hard time but the truth is, I go a few times a year. It's a lot closer than someplace good like Tacos Lupita and I don't care if it's authentic. It's something different (from most lunch places, from Mexican food, whatever) and it isn't any worse than other fast food. I won't give them less than 3 start because I know I'll be back eventually. Fast tacos in a pinch, they use too much lettuce and not enough meet in their tacos. For the money it's worth a stop for a snack or quick lunch. Nothing too amazing. The last two times I went the chips were stale. Avoid the nachos. read more
