We stopped here on our drive from Maine to Connecticut and had a great experience. The restaurant was very clean, the staff was friendly, and our food was ready in under 10 minutes. As vegetarians, we were pleasantly surprised by how many menu options Taco Bell offers now. It made for a quick, easy, and satisfying stop on our trip. read more

Why would you throw chicken into a veggie cantina pizza? This location continues to be slow and inaccurate.

Terrible service, stood for 25min waiting for food in lobby, was cars drove through drive-thru. Ignored by all staff

New cantina chicken soft taco came little to no chicken. A couple small pieces of chicken that were probably rubber. Filled with everything but chicken. Go to Las Olas people. Worth every bit of the drive. Don't go to Taco Bell unless you just want a salad. Because that's what they're selling read more

Taco Bell - Cantina chicken soft taco. Without chicken - Fast Food Near Me - Haverhill, Massachusetts

ZERO OUT OF 5 stars Got charged 3 times when I tried to return my food for being soggy, cold and falling apart. I acted calm, was respectful, blunt. The lady acted like I just disrespected her soul. Got a huge attitude told me pull up I said no I'd rather have a refund. then tried handing my card back with no receipt. Luckily my girlfriend works for the same parent company and knew what the lady was doing. she double charges me for the food then gives a receipt that just showed that she charged me again . Luckily we sent it to a friend who is higher up on the totem poll and she pointed out how wrong it was and knew what the woman TRIED to do. Left still hungry and down $16.59 multiplied by 3. avoid this place like the plague. None of their employees give a shit about how the food comes out. read more

Taco Bell - There where 3 receipts the one that proves I was charged a 3rd time she RIPPED out of my girlfriends hand. - Fast Food Near Me - Haverhill, Massachusetts

The Customer Service at this Taco Bell location is awful and I don't even know where to start. Customer Service should be taking more seriously. If it wasn't for customers buying the food they wouldn't survive. Standing at the counter for 5 minutes just for staff to notice you is a huge issue, especially when the staff is less than 10ft away. Back when I worked in the fast food chain, Customer Service was everything. We were taught in orientation that with out customers, none of you would be here. Today, there is such a lack of respect and discipline for Customer Service. I used to eat at this particular Taco Bell back in high school. For the most part everyone was very nice and respectful. Loved going here in high school. They were my number one spot. It's crazy because I can think back and remember how much my friends and I would eat here. And now the Customer Service has changed so much and definitely now for the better. Ya'll need to hire employees that want to be there. Fast food industry isn't always easy to handle but your getting paid. At least act like you want to be there. One more thing it takes minutes to restock items that your customers have access too. There's was empty and just leads to more standing and waiting to be noticed by staff that can't even turn around to check to see if someone is waiting. read more

My preferred Taco Bell. I live in Andover and I will drive up to this location if I have a craving for Taco Bell. Great service and consistency every time. Thank you!! read more

no one was at the register and employees continuously ignored people standing at the register. Food was ready for mobile order and it was not put out to be picked up or announced so we had to wait for an employee to stop ignoring us at the register to give us our food. read more

Do not ever come here, tried ordering food for the family after everything I said the response was " is that all" very rude like she didn't care at all. Got my order completely wrong, got to the window and asked to reread the order to me, gave us literslly a death stare right in our eyes, and the lady next to her reread the order for us very fast and "fixed it." But they still never have us a receipt so not sure what I paid for. She then said something in another language to the girl and proceeded to yell with the kitchen staff in another language. Drove off and realized they forgot to hand me my drink, so we came back through to get it and she said not a word, grabbed the drink was sitting on the counter looked at it and handed it out the window. This is my 3rd horrible experience with customer service, sad because I love Taco Bell, but fuck this place. read more

Dinning room closed before 9:30 so when i walked over there from my job which is right next door they wouldn't let me order had to have someone drive me to the drive thru only for them to say online pick up only. So we parked to order online only for us to overhear the car that was right behind us got to order their food. What sense does that make. So we went back and she tried to make it seem like she said the system was down (which if it were wouldn't doordash be down too?) but all us in the car agreed she said online pick up only. Then she said i can only place a small order. So please explain to me how they can make their own rules. There are plenty of restaurants on that same street they can work at if they hate taco bell so much. Id never treat a guest at the restaurant i work next door to taco bell. read more

They messed up our order so when I tried to talk to the employee about getting it fixed he caught a huge attitude. I was being very polite and he rolled his eyes at me, was disrespectful, and mumbled under his breath. The lady manager was very nice though and helped. read more

They're always slow and usually, usually, do not complete order accurate to the order i.e. missing items or incorrect substitutions. It's often dirty when we're actually able to go in too. Tonight me and my family decided to mobile order and to our surprise we got there and the drive thru was blocked off, the doors locked, and the employees inside cleaning ignoring us and another customer. I understand a labor shortage or whatever excuse could arise but communication especially with prepaid orders is a MUST. If I could give a 0/5 star I would, this was the final straw with this establishment. read more

I would give this place 0 Stars if I could. My friend and I got to Taco Bell around 6:45 and ordered a crunch wrap and two sprites. At 7:10, we were still waiting in line for our food. The car in front of us has been at the order window for about 12 minutes. The cars behind us, and us as well started to honk. A young worker then leaned out the window and began to cuss us out. Absolutely disgusting and completely unprofessional experience. I will never attend this Taco Bell again, and hope the staff gets their act together. read more

I've been to this location several times, first with a friend (my first time ever visiting a Taco Bell) and now several times alone and with friend since. Good food - my "go to" snack is the bean and rice burrito without the cheese - good prices, and very nice people, great service. Thank you! read more

On my way from Connecticut to Maine, I stopped at this Taco Bell. I'm a vegan, so I ordered a small feast for myself. A 7-layer burrito without cheese and sour cream, a fresco spicy potato soft taco, black beans & rice w/chips & salsa. The service was friendly, my order was 100% correct, hot and served up fast! Very pleased! Thank-you!! read more

I like Taco Bell food. This location is no different. Service and food are both good. Restaurant is clean. Pretty good Taco Bell location. The staff is very nice and the food always comes out right.

I give Taco Bell a hard time but the truth is, I go a few times a year. It's a lot closer than someplace good like Tacos Lupita and I don't care if it's authentic. It's something different (from most lunch places, from Mexican food, whatever) and it isn't any worse than other fast food. I won't give them less than 3 start because I know I'll be back eventually. To repeat, it's not Mexican, it's not going to make you sick, and it's quick. In other words, it's lunch. read more
