Not that I'm holding Wendy's to any high standard or anything but when it takes 15 mins for a #8 and when you drive off with it and it's a #2, there's a problem. When you go back in and now they realize they don't have the spicy chicken like you asked, well that's problem #2. Just needed a quick bite before work and this was great. I went inside and ordered and they have a mirror screen for customers to see to make sure their order will be correct, I love that! Food was nice and warm and my wrap was fresh (not usually the case), all in all happy. Wendys in my shit. Fuck these bad reviews. 4 for 4 is the greatest invention since the blunt. Wendys is, hands down, the most cost-effective, hunger-efficient meal to fulfill any cravings brought upon by a fat sesh with the homies. We rolled up at precisely 10am to the drive thru and Ahmed did a great job of making the first couple 4 for 4s of the day. It's a Tuesday night, or a Wednesday morning if you will. 12:00 midnight. I'm about to go to bed, but my stomach does a rumblie. I know what needs to be done. I used to work at this location so i know the phone number by heart. I dial the number and make the phone call to make sure they're open, as i know hours have fluctuated due to covid-19. An enthusiastic man answers the phone and I go on to say "hi, I was just calling to make sure that you're open." "Yes," he responds, "we're open until 1 o clock." "Thank you so much," I say, before I hang up the phone and tell my boyfriend the good news. "I guess I don't have to settle for a crusty McDonald's burger because Wendy's is open!" It's not even 12:30 as he pulls up to the drive through. The screens are black, and no one greets him. He drives off but as he does, he sees another car pull into the drive through. He watches to see what will happen next. The car waits at the speaker for a minute or so, then realizes that no is going to take his order and makes his way to the McDonald's next door. My boyfriend follows behind him. All I wanted was a juicy Dave's single burger to end my day, but because of you, I had to settle for a dry, crusty McDouble. I'm sure the other man who resorted to McDonald's was just as disappointed as I was and still am. You should be ashamed of yourselves. It's one thing to close early, but it's another thing to assure a valued customer (and ex employee) that you will be open until 1 and then not live up to that promise. I'm still going to eat at Wendy's, but I figured I'd take the time and add my 1 star review to your seemingly vast collection of 1 star reviews. This location is probably one of the best ones in the area. They are fairly accurate and pretty quick compared to the other one down the road. One time I went there though and the drive thru attendant was, like, dumping the fry pan or whatever onto the driveway through the drive thru window... maybe it was the salt or something... so that was weird. Always seem to be disappointed when I come here. Good is supposedly fresh yet when we get our food it's already cold. Burgers and fries are cold. Not happy with my experience here tonight and I just called and complained. I ordered a large #8 home style wit a large chocolate frosty. It was confirmed. What I got was a large lemonade and a chicken sandwich and a chocolate frosty. No fries and it wasn't a chicken asiago that I wanted. Have no idea where the lemonade came from but they told me I paid for it when I got to the window. To make matters worse I asked the girl st the window if it was asiago chicken and she said yes.
