Night time workers suck, It's only 9:30 PM, why is one burger taking 15 minutes, and my drink is wrong. I went to go back in and get a new drink, (it was frozen or else i would've gotten it myself), and there was a gentlemen in front of me who wanted to put in a code to order, sat there for 10 minutes, he finally gets to his order, the worker is just nasty. This location is awful. I ordered on the mobile app a few times and my order is always wrong and I have to wait in the front for my order. That's point of ordering on the mobile app ahead of time the drive through always ask to to wait in the front. Very disorganized. I'm one time I went and they were swamped which was unusual. They gave me someone's giant order of food and I just took it and drove home didn't want to go back and wait in line again. This places is probably losing a lot of money. I would give this locations Negative stars. Easily the worst drive thru experience I have ever had. Ordered 2 whopper jrs with cheese minus onions. 4 times thru the drive thru with no Joy! Bags presented weren't even close. Ordered burgers. 1st pass got fries. Second time got chicken nuggets. Third pass got me 1 onion coverd burger and a few French fries. Tried to buy me off with some cookies. I just wanted what I ordered! 4th time through I requested a refund and got a threat to call the police. Excellent customer serviceNot!!!! Normally, when I go to this BK everything goes pretty smooth, last night I went in with an egift card. The incompetent manager tried putting the number in 4 times and couldn't manage to get it right. I went home 5 minutes later, went online, tried once and low and behold it showed me my balance instantaneously. Was there today with spouse. Both bathrooms had raw sewage all over the floors without being g closed. So disgusting and they just put a cone over it. If I could select zero stars, I would. After a long and tedious day of work, the only thing I wanted was an Oreo milkshake. As I drove down McKinley Parkway, I passed a Burger King. Praise be to God, I thought. I quickly remembered that this Burger King location closes at 11pm. At this time, it was 10:49pm. Being the gracious gentleman I am, I decided not to pull into this Burger King's drive-through, but instead decided to pull into the location closer to my ranch style home in Hamburg, NY, knowing this particular one closes at midnight (due to my frequent nightly travels to my favorite fast food restaurant). As I grew closer, my anticipation and hunger grew. I pulled into the drive-through... there were three cars ahead of my red Pontiac. Oh geez, I thought to myself. I hope the delicious secret of an Oreo milkshake didn't escape into the mainstream world!! I rolled down my window in anticipation to speak to the BK employee who I could always count on to take my order. My window dropped, and as if in slow motion in a film, the pungent smell of burning rubber seeped into my Pontiac. This foul smell alerted me and triggered my fight or flight response. I immediately looked for word. The same three cars were still in front of my Pontiac waiting to place their own order. However, there were no cars waiting to pick up their food at the windows. In the corner of my eye, I saw the faint orangish-red flicker of a lighter. Bic, I thought... As I focused in on the shadowy figures lurking behind the establishment, I noticed that they were wearing Burger King uniforms. Perhaps these two workers were on break, I thought to myself, palms beginning to sweat. Two workers on break, an hour before close.. how peculiar... One of the figures took a long hit from what seemed to be a GLASS PIPE. Could this explain the smell? I'll never know for sure... But then suddenly, a third creature emerged from a car parked feet away from nearby these two pale bodies. As he emerged from his automobile, a thick cloud polluted the surrounding air and kamikazed itself into my Pontiac. I felt a pellet of sweat fall onto my lightly wrinkled khaki pants. I noticed the third figure also donning a BK visor. Fear started to rush through my veins, quicker than before. Three workers off duty this late at night, one hour before close? It couldn't be. There were three cars still in front of my Pontiac, and I had been in line for nearly 7 minutes. But nay, I rely on this location and this location specifically to always provide me with the utmost respect and diligence as well as the greatest customer service you would ever see. One of the figures now begins to emerge from the shadows in the bushes. Almost zombielike, she stares into the three cars and my Pontiac. My heart is now racing. My FitBit tells me to take it easy. In a flash, the car first in line, who could have been waiting there for hours, escapes the vicinity, seeming to know something is wrong. The aforementioned pale figure moves closer to the cars. She's speaking... almost in tongues... her skin translucent, her hair like hay... and those fingernails... My God... those talons... I'd rather not type it out. The ghostly figure begins to pour out the most shocking words I have ever heard come from a "human" in all of my 46 years. "We're closed," she growled, yes, literally. I am frozen. Paralyzed. Could she be lying? Is something wrong? Why would the most trustworthy fast food restaurant I've ever been to be closed 54 minutes before its true closing time? The two cars ahead of my Pontiac slowly leave the area, annoyed, fearful, and HANGRY... I, however, stay frozen in place, not knowing what to do. This has to be a prank, I keep telling myself. The smell of an unknown yet obviously illegal substance grew more definite. Suddenly, at this very moment, the two other creatures drew from the shadowy depths of the BK haunted bushes. They stood looking at me blankly with glassy eyes and wobbled stances. Pipe in hand, the ringleader takes a long hit, exhales, and with gapped yellow teeth, a monstrous roar exits her mouth. "We are CLOSED," she screams, as her vocal chords shatter, along with my heart. Petrified, I drive my Pontiac forward slowly, careful to not make any sudden movements, but also careful to still comply with the group's demands. As I drive towards the window where I would have received my scrumptious frozen Oreo treat, I look inside. It is completely empty. Lights on, but abandoned. From first glance. one would assume the store is still open, as it should be given the time. But in further investigation, an outsider would quickly realize something truly petrifying is occurring in the depths of Camp Road's Burger King. I would like to note for some solace that my new favorite Oreo treat has been replaced with an Oreo McFlurry from McDonald's, which has better service than expected and is placed conveniently closer to my ranch style home. Sitting outside with 3 other cars waiting for drive thru food. Every car is being pulled up. Restaurant left TWO PEOPLE working here. Kids. Great management. Then they bring the wrong food to each car. I ordered on the mobile app which told me that the camp road BK was open till 12am. So I placed my order and got off the highway and went to pickup my order. I pulled up to the drive threw and the guy at the tells me right way that they are closed and that they closed at 10pm. I said to he well I placed an o line order and it says u are open till 12am. He said no sorry but be closed at 10pm tonight. I said well what about my money I paid with a credit card. He said hold on let me get my manager. So the manager said sorry but u will have to come back tomorrow and we will give u a refund. I told him no I want my money back now I'm not from around here. He gave me back my money in cash. I then went online to see what Yelp, Google and there website says about what time they close. Everyone that I pulled up stated that they didn't close till 12am. I give them 0 stars! I pull up and order 2 sm Whopper meals, one with cheese, 1 diet Coke and 1 Dr. Pepper. I pull up to the window. I had a digital coupon on my phone, I handed the phone to her. She mumbled something about letting us know next time, something about making the food over, asking if my coupon wouldn't load before hand while I was ordering. It didn't make sense to me,but I said, "no problem, I'll tell you next time I have a coupon!" She hands me my drinks and the top wasn't on all the way and it spilled a little on me, and I said in a slightly disgruntled tone, "ugh the top wasn't on this one all the way, and I just spilled it." The girl at the drive thru window giggles about it. Then asks me to pull up to wait for my food, in which case I do, only to find 3 other cars waiting for their food as well. I walked in and was immediately impressed by how better looking this establishment was compared to many others in the food chain. The service was great and I was impressed by the breakfast they served. While Burger King continues to serve fast at a reasonable price, the standards at which they do is impressive. read more
