As a former chef, I know good food doesn't always have to come from a fine dining restaurant. While I don't eat fast food very often, sometimes after a long day it's exactly what hits the spot. After working all day, then coming home to cut the grass and spend a few hours working on our new planting bed, I wasn't in the mood to cook. We had just received Burger King coupons in the mail, so I figured, "Why not?" The deal was two Whoppers, two medium fries, and two medium drinks for $14.99. My wife ordered her Whopper without onions, and I ordered mine with heavy pickles and heavy onions (that's Burger King's term for extra toppings). The manager took our order and was friendly and courteous, although I didn't catch his name. Their ice machine wasn't producing ice, so I asked if he could grab some from the back, and he happily did. Since they weren't very busy, we had to wait a few minutes while fresh fries were cooked. Honestly, that was a bonus! The gentleman working the drive-thru handed us our food once the fries were ready, and he was just as friendly and polite. The fries were probably the hottest, freshest fries I've ever had from Burger King. They were excellent. My Whopper was made exactly the way I ordered it and was full of flavor. The only downside--and this seems true of just about every fast-food chain these days--is that the Whopper has definitely gotten smaller. It feels more like what a Whopper Jr. used to be, while prices continue to climb. One thing that really stood out was how clean the restaurant was. The dining room floor was actually still slightly damp because it had just been mopped, which tells me the staff takes pride in keeping the restaurant looking its best. A big thank you to the team at the Burger King on London-Groveport Road. Great customer service, hot fresh food, and a clean restaurant made for a much better experience than I expected. I hate all fast food so when my husband said let's get dinner at Burger King, I have a coupon after we had worked in the yard all day, I was not too excited about it. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the place was. Especially since last time we were here it was dirty and we said we would not come back. The floors were freshly mopped and the tables were clean. The assistant manger waited on us and was friendly. We had fresh hot fries right out of the fryer. The burger was actually good as well as the fries. The only negative is that the Whopper is now the size of the Whopper Junior. I suspect the actual Whopper Junior and regular burger are now the size of a white castle. read more

There was hair in our food. Not one - multiple in the onion rings and on a burger. That was disgusting.

Not a good experience. We pulled up to place an order at the drive thru, and the worker acknowledged us but then had us wait over 5 minutes. No other customers were there, but apparently she couldn't take our order while training someone. When we finally ordered our big fish sandwiches, she had us again wait while they made our food and brought it out to the parking lot. The whole experience took about 15 minutes, and again they weren't busy. Our order was correct at least but way too slow. read more

Staff walks around with zero urgency. Plenty of people working yet they move at a snails pace. Cashier takes 20 orders then fills one at a time with no one to help. Food was then lukewarm. Pitiful. read more

Placed simple order tonight 1 whopper NO CHEESE 2 double cheeseburgers PLAIN and 2 orders of something Burger King is passing off as onion rings that looked liked and tasted like they had been sitting all day..Nothing we ordered was correct. The whopper had cheese and the double cheeseburgers had mustard ketchup pickles and anything else they could throw on it. Tried to call Burger King 2xs and neither time did they answer phone. Customer service is poor in the evenings, 45 plus minute wait on an order, and when you drive up to the speaker no one takes your order for at least 10 or more minutes. Food was dry and bland. read more

Thought I'd give BK a try again after reading about the Whopper being good again. The toppings were fresh and generous but the meat itself was the same colorless, flavorless mush that put me off BK years ago, the patty had zero color on it, like it was nuked, not fried. Onion rings were also colorless and tasteless. What a waste of ten bucks. read more

Went to the drive through 7pm on a Thursday night. They were only taking one order and fulfilling it before beginning to take the next car , we waiting in line for 25 minutes before we finally left since no one ever came on the speaker. No please wait or anything just pure silence. Seemingly not busy at all just completely wasted our time. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes, then got told to pull up to the front of the store for our order. waited another 10min outside, came into the store to establish what was going on, then waited another 10min inside for them to find our order, make it, and then give it to us. the chicken fries were freezing, as if they had never touched the fryer, the whopper was incorrect, only thing that was right was the drinks. and inside the store was dirty. they just seem to need more hands on the job, but serving freezing cold food that hasn't been cooked after waiting almost an hour is ridiculous. will not be back to this location read more

9:30 Wednesday Night Donna waited on us @ Drive Thru and did an outstanding job. Our nuggets French fries onion rings whopper and 2 cheeseburgers were hot and fresh with all the sauces requested and napkins. Outstanding! I told her we travel everywhere and eat at a lot of restaurants and by far she was top Notch. We ate in the car then I can inside to go to the restroom and Donna was mopping the lobby. We go to Scioto Downs often and we will definitely stop by again!!!!! Thank you DONNA!!!! read more

I just had my second and last visit to this location. My first visit consisted of going inside for a take out order of a crispy onion whopper and medium fry. Twenty five minutes later I was good to go. Any establishment can have a bad day, so I was willing to give them another try. My mistake. Again I went inside for a take out order. I was informed they no longer offer the crispy onion whopper. I instead ordered a regular whopper, medium fry, and eight piece jalapeno cheddar bites. Twenty minutes later I finally received my order. As I was waiting on my order, I was able to observe the conditions behind the counter. Napkins and food were scattered across the floor, and one employee was stating how she had just been locked inside the bathroom unable to get out. If you value your time and the sanitary conditions of which your food is prepared, I would avoid this location. read more

i get a whopper with only extra pickles no mustard. just about everytime I get a whopper with everything on it. usually I am not mad im patient. yesterday before work (I work at Meijer) I got my order only it was wrong. I was running late so I couldn't go back. I called they said they'd remake it. I call a day after and they dont have my name or number written down. just about every manager there knows that My order is wrong all of the time. so I try to explain my order and maybe it'll light a bulb in the persons head and then she hangs up... and agian I am NEVERRR angry or anything when I come through my food is wrong. called Today at 8:30 the manager answered the phone. read more

I pull in the drive thru and the drive thru attendant kept skipping me and taking orders from the other lane even though she was aware I was there (she spoke to me at one point and told me to wait, and then skipped me). I pulled out of the line and parked so I could go inside and speak to the manager. The staff ignored me and kept walking past. I finally left - 20 minutes and it was a complete waste of my time. Decided to not make dinner tonight and instead check out the brand new Burger King on London grove port road. Today is the grand opening, we went around 6pm and the drive through had about 10 cars in it, and inside was almost full except a couple tables. We went to order and the cashier was very new and wasn't sure what to do, couple mistakes later, we got our order placed. They asked for our name and said they would call us. Waited a few minutes and they started calling numbers not names? Why did they ask for my name? Food came out , fries were hot but my whopper was barely warm! And my wife order the small meal and I ordered the large. Only difference was the drink size... fries were almost same size. Burger exactly the same. The burger tasted ok wasn't what I was expecting. The food staff was busy making orders, but not once while we were there did anyone wipe off tables, collect trays or empty trash. I might come back after they work out the bugs. read more

Oh BK on 665, please get better. We're tired of Wendy's, Arby's and KFC. I was excited for another quick, drive thru option, but this BK is far from quick...even when you're the only car in the drive thru. 2 cars the last time I went through and they gave me the other cars order - poor other guy had already pulled off with my chicken fries. read more

They close at midnight but at 1120 there is no one to answer the drive thru, although the car in front of us was served. My car and the 4 cars behind us went to taco bell next door and received stellar service. read more

I am so overly impressed with the young man who works here!!! I came through the drive-thru just a little bit ago , when i pulled up to the window he was being "proactive" by making drinks ahead of time knowing how busy they were. Other than a little wait for my order, there were no issues!! And my food was delicious. The young man seemed overwhelmed and i could tell he was trying to remain calm through the rush , he did a great job along with the other 2 workers he said he had alongside.
