Was craving some Arby's so we decided to stop in for lunch. Service was great, restaurant was clean, and food was fresh. Arby's is always good and consistent (for the most part) across the chain. I got the Beef and Cheddar (love the onion bun) with Curley pries and added some cheese sticks I got free with the app promotion. Although the inside is closed, we were very grateful that these fast food restaurants are trying to stay open to serve customers. The drive -thru served us double Arby's beef sandwiches with horsey sauce -they were perfect for this lovely breezy day when we could eat outdoors in the shade of a nearby tree while on a 12-hour trip. read more

The worst Arby's I have ever been to. I wanted to past some time before an appointment and I am disappointed I chose this place. It is run by unorganized teenagers who were making fun of Jesus and screaming out all sorts of obscenities. The place looks like it hasn't been updated since the 80s. The tables and floors were dirty. I had to go to the bathroom, but I opted to hold it until I got home. One of the workers went to sweep as I was eating and went right past one of the dirtiest sections.The food was decent, but the experience was terrible. I will never be back! went through the drive thru, they are so slow. got a greek gyro & crinkle fries. the fries were dried out, i don't know if they were old or fried more than once, but they were terrible & not salted enough. the gyro had a funny taste, like it was bad meat, i took 3 bites & threw it away. & the shake machine was broken. read more

Ok, so........ yeah... where to start? I should start by saying, I guess this is what I get for ordering a fish sandwich at a roast beef fast food restaurant. The pictures on the menu are ALWAYS better than what you actually get, but I think the sandwich I got wasn't even playing the same sport! (Sorry, big fan of Pulp Fiction) Anyway, I was SUPER hungry, so I ate it. It tasted pretty much how it looked . Now I'm regretting it. All of the tables were dirty. The chocolate shake gave my husband diarrhea. The Arby's on Stringtown Rd didn't do that. Food was ok.

Not bad. Well, probably not good for us. We stopped before shopping at Meijer across the street, so that we wouldn't overspend on junk food. But then we spent quite a bit on unhealthy food, so we're probably not ahead... Sweetie had a junior roast beef and cheese sticks, which she graciously shared (and which were better than some I've had in much fancier restaurants, which says more about them than about Arby's.) Got in drive thru line and ordered 2 large drinks. When at the window we offered our card to pay and the person working the window said the manager said it's on them and just gave us the drinks. Not saying it's great customer service because if everyone got free drinks their profit level would drop but it was a great gesture and we will definitely pay it back tenfold in the near future since we live in Grove City. read more

I went through the drive through and was greeted with a friendly voice. I gave my order, pulled to the window where I was met with several people who were smiling and friendly. I have never in my life experienced someone as rude as the employee that I had an interaction with at this location. She claims her name is Mary, where she loudly announced it and spoke to me as if I were an infant. She accused my husband (who was showing me a video on his phone because we were sitting in the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting for our food) of video taping her. Which quite honestly, we have much better things to do than record someone who is doing their job? Or supposed to be I guess. We were really just trying to feed our toddler. I walked into the restaurant (where the woman was loudly speaking on her cell phone) to explain why these accusations were not true and to honestly clear things up on my end (because I'm a decent human). I waited until her call ended, because obviously she needed to prioritize that over her job. Little did I know I was going to get yelled at and treated so poorly. She said she was not "accusing" anyone. She obviously doesn't understand the definition of the word. I then continued to try to understand why she was being so incredibly psychotic and she responded with, "Bye! You can leave now, bye!" I felt as if I were speaking to a 12 year old. Absolutely no class. If I acted like that in my professional setting I would get an immediate consequence, if not termination. I have never witnessed a human act so crazy. Went to this Arby's coming back from a family trip. I was with a 4 other adults, a two year old, and an infant. We ordered our food, payed $50 for our food, then patiently waited at the window for about 15 minutes before receiving our food. Out of no where, the employee Mary came to the window accusing us of video taping and demanded us to move forward. She had a TERRIBLE attitude and we were all incredibly confused because we were literally just sitting in the car waiting for our food. When my sister in law and I went in to figure it out, she was on the phone telling someone that we were making fun of an autistic employee. We would NEVER video tape someone without their permission and we would NEVER make fun of anyone from any walk of life. When she got off the phone, she immediately started accusing us AGAIN. When we told her we weren't video taping, she threw her hands up and said she wasn't going to have this conversation. She was yet again VERY rude. At this point, we just got her name and we are now calling corporate. DO NOT go here unless you want to be accused and want terrible customer service. There needs to be major improvements to this place. First of all, they don't have half the food that you try to order which can be very annoying. Second, the girls who take your order are rude. I look in the window and they girl literally took five minutes to wipe down one surface that should of took 15 seconds. She could have been making the people ordering the foods order instead of standing around. Then the girl finally gives us the fries, one order of fries that took ten minutes to get. Dog doo doo place always get the wrong order and they take forever in the drive thru but I will say the employees were very kind

I eat here occasionally for lunch before going to work and they have been consistently good with the food I buy. I typically eat Market fresh turkey bacon ranch with Dr. Pepper. Only once I had a issue with soda tasting odd but they replaced it. Usually clean but it gets a little messy at lunch which is typical of fast food. Other foods I have bought have been hot and fresh like the French dip, roast beef and Greek gryo. I like the Greek gryo too. Price is a little more than McDonalds or Burger King. read more

If you charge someone for food, you should give that food to them. If someone asks for something to be left off an item, it should be left off. This is a really BASIC principle if one wants to stay in business. I suppose people that take pride in themselves enough to do a job correctly aren't working at a no skills needs job, but you'd think the manager would care. Not the case. They have their phone line hooked up to a fax machine line it's 1997. I suppose it's an easier way to deal with all the customer complaints that must otherwise saturate their phone and time. Here's an idea: instead of continuing to consistently provide barely competent service, you work on providing better service then you won't have to be scared to answer the phone. Avoid this place at all costs unless you have money to GIVE away. They don't mind taking your money. It's the providing what they said they would for that money and that escapes them read more

So, just went here. Order a few things. Customer service was bad. New girl took our order and had no idea what she was doing, nor did anyone help her. Bad management. When receiving our food, it was just tossed on the counter and the worker quickly turned around and walked away. Went and sat down immediately saw a HAIR on our onion rings. Took back up to get refund and just gave us new ones. Then went to open the box that our sand which was in immediately saw a LONG ASS HAIR coming out of the middle of the sand which. Asked for refund for the whole order. Refused and only refunded the sand which. Didn't eat the new onion rings either. Horrible customer service and never again will I go back. read more
