Filthy!!! From the bathrooms (with a broken door) to the floor right in front of the main counter. Think the grossest gas station floor, that's what you see right before you order your food! We easily waited 20 minutes for our food inside thinking it might be faster than the 12-15 car drive through line. Huge Mistake! The people in front of us were on some kind of high... Definitely the worst and most uncomfortable dining experience of my life. So sad my children are eating food from this place- my husband and I completely lost our appetites. There are many other options at this exit, or just follow our lead and skip lunch! Lol read more

The lobby is usually closed so drive thru is only option. The service is up and down. A consistent problem I have with all Wendy locations lately is the inconsistency of the beef. Even though it looks well done it tastes raw or undercooked. I know everything is cooked on timers to eliminate issues like undercooked beef but I don't know what it is that causes it to taste odd at times. Again this is with all locations. This location has been missing ingredients lately. I order bacon classic and there is no bacon. Beef taste undercooked. Baked potatoes have been messy and dry also. Cheese sauce has suffered too. Service is slow at times. I know sometimes it's new people training but Wendy's hasn't been as good for awhile. read more

This is a Wendy's salad, my husband took the salad back because it had a ball of something in it that I had been chewing. Wendy's said because I added avocado to my salad they couldn't replace or refund it because the ball of whatever that is could have come from my house. How? My cutting board is white and the avocado is green, something black would have caught my eye. This salad was 8 bucks and I had 2 bites. Wendy's is nasty and wrong. I don't even want to give 1 star! For starters we walk in and was told to go use a kiosks, while they were on their cell phones doing nothing. (Nobody was in drive thru or in front of us) went to go use the kiosks, got half way through the order and the kiosks says oops! Something happened, you will need to start over. Again everybody is just standing around. I walked out telling the workers the kiosks went working they meanwhile are laughing. Guess they don't want or NEED my business. Went down the road to DQ and got service! At least they took my order. Treated me with respect. Never has DQ given me any troubles, no matter where I traveled to, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and Texas. Higher standards better service and excellent food.. Wendy's at London Groveport Rd is a disgrace to the Wendy's franchise and name. Do better! read more

Walked in there were 8 youth under the age of 18, street clothes, vaping by the French fryer. Food was disgusting as you can imagine. Granddaughter threw up that same night, profusely. I have called the health department, so we'll see if anything is done. I doubt it. Tried to call them the next day- phone constantly rings busy. I'm sure they get calls all the time. It's my understanding that particular Wendys is at the bottom of the barrel. I didn't know that until we ate the food. read more

Just left this location. Wendy's is usually the best fast food around. This place was bad. Waited forever in drive through. After ordering 2 single combos they had to start over and order everything again. The ice tea was old, had to throw out two large ones. The fries were way over cooked. All this for 21 dollars. Will not ever go back to this location. Gives Wendy's a bad name. read more

I have not had food at this location. My review is based solely on the men's restroom. I came to this location for Tim Hortons. The mens bathroom was disgusting. The stall had a significant amount of toilet paper on the floor. Kind of looked like it had been used. The entire floor was sticky. There was no paper towels. One of the soap dispensers was hanging by one screw. I came in here around 9am on a Wednesday. The lobby was closed. I originally informed a Tim Hortons crew member of the condition of the restroom. He informed me that the mens restroom is under the responsibility of Wendy's since it's on their side. If the restroom is this bad, I can't imagine how the food is. read more

Damn...this place was bad. The drive-thru is the only thing open because of the "lock-down". It was packed and wrapped around the building and very slow. They should have reassigned the manpower to the drive-thru to keep it moving. After ordering and picking my order, it took over 20 minutes. The cashier was pleasant but the girl working the pick-up window was terrible. She basically shoved my order in my hand and walked away. I said "thank you" and she replied "yeah". When I got home and started to eat my lunch, I found that my chili was "thick and very strong tasting" like it was a consistency of a base or stock. It needed water to thin it out. Very poor customer service and very product. Manager or Owner...you need to get a better crew or train them right! read more

This restaurant rarely has eat in dining available and the drive through service is too slow. As we sat in line, we must have watched 2 dozen cars drive away due to frustration. Furthermore, they're often out of items! What a shame. Great location but poorly operated. read more

The young girl working the drive through window was extremely slow. Had 2 door dash orders to pick up. Gave half of one door dash order I picked up. Forgot the frosty for BOTH orders. I alled and asked her to notify doordash. Somehow twisted it to be my fault for pulling away too quickly, when I sat and had to attach the receipts to the separate orders (I've worked restaurants before and know she should've done this prior.) read more

While taking "Covid" into consideration as Yelp suggests I give this Wendy's a single star versus the negative two star review they deserve based upon service, friendliness, and cleanliness. Note that this Wendy's is also housed with a Tim Hortons. Th Wendy's side of this place is terrible per my photo of the entry floors, tables left uncleaned, bathroom- disgusting, and the staff is plain rude. They act like the customer in which they depend upon for their revenue and livelihood are a burden rather than a necessity. I waited for someone to greet me or at least take my order in the drive through for so long that I finally came inside. Bad mistake. I waited even longer to even be acknowledged. I know understaffing is an issue in most place's but they had 8 people that I could see on hand. Tim Horton's had 4 however I witnessed Horton employees stopping what they were doing to at least greet customers. I ended up going to the Horton side for my lunch and had a great experience from a restaurant with half the staff. Plus all their tables were clean, and neatly in order. read more

This place is a joke. Need to work on customer service. We waited along with another group for 15 mins and the workers saw us. Finally one rudely walked by (after a 15 min convo with a Tim Horton's worker) and said the inside was not open and we should have known because the dining room lights were off (it was 11am and place is full of windows so yeah). A sign saying not open at register or one of the workers who saw us for 15 mins should have just politely said something. read more

First day for breakfast. We intended to go to Tim Horton's but the line was outrageous. To our surprise Wendy's started breakfast today. I ordered the sausage egg biscuit. Real eggs! Not that processed egg beaters. The sandwich was outstanding! My hubby got the honey chicken biscuit sandwich. He doesn't always like new things and was surprised that there was actually honey on the sandwich but he ate the whole thing. The spicy fries that came with the combo were yummy. The coffee has always been great. To add to the experience the person who took our order was a hoot. Who has fun with the staff at a fast food restaurant? Well we did this morning. Couldn't recommend more. The manager even rounded! Wow. read more

This place cannot get an order right! I think they have about a 10% accuracy rate. And the night manager (who has been there for years) doesn't seem to care at all. He has never once checked on anyone who has had to come in or back up to redo an order. This is by far the worst Wendy's of them all. Save yourself some time and go one more exit north. read more
