Unexpected perfection! We went through the drive-thru after 10pm expecting tired employees and 'leftover' food to be served. Instead we received friendly service and HOT, FRESH food!! Our chicken sandwiches were absolutely delicious and our fries were PERFECT....hot and perfectly salted. Thank you!! This McDonalds is in a good, safe area that was well lit and clean. Didn't get a picture because we were so hungry we ate it all fast! LOL read more

We went to redeem our replacement order at this site. We ordered four value meals and four apple pies. Previously the entire order was messed up and the fries were very old, which is what granted us the credit. When we place our order at the window, we specified that we wanted hot and fresh fries. Upon reviewing the order after pulling away, they only gave us one of the four apple pies, and the fries were so very old we couldnt eatUpon reviewing the order after pulling away, they only gave us one of the four apple pies and the fries were so very old. We couldn't eat them. The 10 piece nugget meal was old as well and rubbery and all the sandwiches were cold. This will be the last time we eat at the site. It is terrible customer service. I heard them saying they were out of pies and they still handed us our order not addressing any of this. The manager on duty actually specifically handed us our bag with the fries, knowing they were not fresh. read more

Absolutely terrible McDonald's. The entire drive through is AI taking your order. The AI said is your screen right (after I ordered) and the screen was blank so I said No. Then there was nothing but silence for three minutes. So I pulled out of line and went inside. Even worse inside, nothing but kiosks and one person barely working the front -that person was rude and had no clue what they were doing. Someone had been waiting before us and the man (he said he was the manager) told the woman that he had to service the people in the drive through first. That is when he was told everyone inside IS from the drive through because it keeps fouling up. I have never had such a backwards, confusing and rude service before. Will NEVER go back and recommend all stay away from this place! read more

Just ordered sausage egg McMuffin meal with small Coke. Tried to give me wrong meal. Told them what I ordered and they still gave me wrong food. McMuffin with ham and diet drink. They F U at the drive thru. read more

The service at this McDonald's has gone downhill over the last few years and keeps getting worse. Tonight I placed a mobile order and after 10 minutes, no one came out to deliver the order. I went through the drive thru to just pick up the order and was told they had no record of my order. I presented the manager, Nicole, with proof of my order and receipt showing that the order had been placed and PAID FOR and asked her to just make the order. She flat out refused and said it wasn't her problem and I could try to get my money back from that app. There is no contact number on the app to call and Nicole admitted that this happens frequently, yet would not do a single thing to resolve the problem. read more

Absolutely horrendous!!! I had their filet-o-fish meal and I immediately got sick. Definitely not prepared correctly or they used expired fish. I would avoid this location!!! read more

bathrooms are always trashed. the pos lady with all the face tats is very rude. if she makes your order wrong she'll tell you to get the fuck out of her store read more

The service at this location is so slow. It will take you :20 minutes plus to pick up a mobile order after arriving. There is nothing fast food about it. The restaurant is the modern design but is not clean. Your better off to go too another location. read more

I ordered a large coffee and waited over 5 minutes to get it. The store was busy, but the cup of coffee I saw sitting there the whole time I was waiting turned out to be mine. Very annoying. read more

Wouldn't even give them one star but had to. Broadway is horrible but thought I would try it again but bun was burnt and fry ice cold again. Took one bite and threw it the garbage. Will never be back read more

Lady up front was rude. Kiosks didn't work or give receipts. When told by the kiosk to pay up front manager was rude and told me to pay at the kiosk. Also they forgot to put my cheese on my sausage and cheese McGriddle. I felt very disrespected. read more

Awful service, food is rarely prepared correctly, and room is constantly dirty. Very disappointed.

40 nuggets and 2 large fries all cold. Had to wait 10min. This is about how corporate America treats you now days. It's the norm.

Slowest place ever. I could go home and raise a cow and have it slaughtered and cook it before I would get thru this drive thru

Poor quality food received. Double cheese quarter pounder has no cheese. Sandwich is a mess in the box. Poor quantity food received. 6 piece nugget I got for my puppy had 3 pieces. Not sure if adults are working or elementary students are working the drive thru. Very sad service. F- service, read more

LOL. I love McDonald's, actually. I wrote another review for a terrible McDo closer to my house (*ahem* Grant Ave *ahem*), but this one is near the city dump and it is awesome. Dropping of a load of home improvement refuse and we needed a quick snack. McDonald's is the perfect accent to such an activity. This particular McDonald's is on the cutting edge of technology. They have a touchscreen ordering system inside. If you choose to eat in, you can just grab a number tent at the kiosk and the staff will bring your order to you. Tables have little activity caddies for kiddos. Frankly, I was blown away by the technology + human touches. Space is clean. Good ol' McDonald's consistency, too. read more

Not really good or bad. It's close to my job and I stop to get coffee when I don't have time or don't feel like getting out of the car to go to Starbucks. They have problems with large orders though. if you're ordering for a group, take the time to check the bag before you leave the parking lot. This is coming from someone who had to make multiple trips back through the drive through after leaving for missing items.. read more

Breakfast all day should include breakfast sandwiches. Stop trying to make us eat off the lunch menu.. Just say no. read more

A normal, average McDonald's. I don't have anything bad to say about it, so it gets bumped up to four stars. They have the double order screens as you pull around, which keeps things moving nicely. I'm a big advocate for those at fast food places. My orders have always come out properly. The staff seems pretty friendly, but there's not much interaction in the drive thru line. The parking lot is clean. This is a good location. read more

At 6:30 AM during a long drive there is nothing better than a quick stop at a really good McDonalds. The people were super nice, bathroom very clean (for baby changing) and the hash browns hit the spot. Thank you!!! read more

I ordered one burger while in the drive thru. They asked me to pull up and wait for the order. I was trying to stop before I had to go to work. They continued to successfully serve 10 cars behind me before I got my one sandwich, which I ordered as is with nothing special. When the burger was brought to me, I asked to speak to the manager. I proceeded to tell the manager my frustration. He just informs me that it took a little longer to make and shrugs his shoulders. I did the survey that was on the receipt and asked to be contacted and never was. It was a completely ridiculous experience. read more

This has to be the worst McDonald's in Columbus. Live around here all my live.It been bad from day one. Very slow . Every time I order a ice coffee I purchase extra syrup And it always been bad. I try it before I leave and have to go back in. My husband will not. Again I keep thinking they will improve but they don't. This morning my husband went down there they charge us wrong.Of course he would not call them or take it back. Bought 2 Burritos and cold and no cheese again .Ordered Mild sauce and got hot. Please make sure to check ebullient and food. It might take a minute but if you take it bake or want French fries you might get a nasty look. Good luck read more

This is the best place to go! IF you want to get diabetes... This is why our community is so obese! If there were less places like this in the United States, we would all be a lot healthier. The inside of this place isn't great either. When they rebuilt I was expecting more seats but there are even less! Trust me, you don't want to see the drive through... It's always packed! It's also a pain to get through the line read more

On June 1 at 4:30 PM they shut down one of their drive-through lanes manager tells me they have seven employees after waiting 35 minutes in line to get my daughter a chocolate milkshake I get up to the window to be told that they can't give me a milkshake because they are currently cleaning the milkshake machine! WTH! I asked for the manager and asked why he if they were so short staffed they would have one of their seven employees cleaning a milkshake machine at 4:30 PM and one of the busiest Saturdays of the year and he replied that they weren't cleaning it it would need to be clean and it was unsafe and unhealthy to be able to serve from it. Do not go to this location until they change Management know how to schedule and hire properly and can figure out how not to lie to their customers.! read more

This McDonalds was so dirty. The windows looked as if someone shook a milkshake on the windowd. The place had food on the floor and tables, bathroom wad awful and kids were just screwing around in thr cook area. My husband and I usually stop at McDonald's on our road trips. Wouldn't stop here again read more

The kiosks at this McDonalds are not currently functional. I ordered and paid but did not receive a ticket number on the screen or printed out. I brought this to the attention of the management to no avail. I was told that it was so busy that they couldn't find my order and that I should just wait??? While waiting I saw three other people with the same exact problem as I. My food finally came but, when it did they called out the order number (which I did not have). BTW, my order was correct and the food was good. read more

This is a really good McDonald's, but I would love to have some napkins without asking . And but the service was good and nice .

Good McDonald's...never really mess up an order....so what more do you want from a McDonald's?

Every time I go here, they screw up my order! I ask for no cheese, they give me extra. I ask for a medium coke, they give me a small one. I don't have this problem at Wendy's or Arby's! I went there yesterday and got a Big Mac mini and the bread was hard and not tasty at all. I also got a grilled chicken snack wrap and there was barely anything in it! I hate this McDonald's location, they suck, and their food is the worst! read more

I went to wash my hands and saw that soap was empty so I used the other one. I noticed an employee came out of the stall that he was in for a awhile. He was wearing an apron so that means he was handling food. He used the soap dispenser that was empty and rinsed his hands then went back to work. And there was a hair in my food. Not good read more
