I have been to this location before on several occasions and every time I have been satisfied with the experience. Inside the restaurant it has been clean and stocked in the drink and condiment area and the tables are wiped down. The bathroom has never been gross when I have been there (the women's bathroom anyway). The parking lot is a bit confusing if you aren't familiar with the Michigan lefts but otherwise it's pretty open and accessible. The drive through is always prompt with good customer service and getting orders ready and out the window. I go in the morning on my way to work and get my breakfast from Christine and she is always so pleasant and friendly. Most customer service representatives could really learn by her example. read more

I hadn't eaten at a BK in I don't know how long, let alone this location. It was a little past 1pm. Inside was not busy, although the DT lane seemed steady. Got up to the counter, service was efficient. Food was decent. Dining area was clean. The parking lot can get a little tricky if you are not familiar with this area or Michigan Lefts. Otherwise, a satisfying experience. read more

10-22-25, 9:09 20106 my wife and I ate inside. I tried to use two different gift cards, but the employee at the register said they were both declined. I paid with a credit card instead. I checked the balances on both cards this morning and they had a total balance $51.36. please instruct your employee on how to accept a gift card or repair your registers. Elmer S. read more

Takes way too long for a fast food place. Couldn't get food here last week, came back today and I'm waiting in line forever. Sitting in line writing this review that's how much time you'll be sitting in line. read more

I used to be a big fan of BK but after the last several trips there, I won't ever go again. I personally watched the cook making my cheeseburger by taking a cold burger out of a pan above her head, slapping some cold cheese on it and then putting it in a microwave for about 15 seconds. I had been wondering why my food was always cold when I got it. Now I know why. I can't imagine how safe it is barely heating a burger that's been sitting in a pan since no one knows how long. There was almost no one in BK at the time, and it still took more than half an hour to get our food. The fries were stone cold as well. It's just sad to go there anymore and there are way too many other places to go where they still actually cook your food. Very disappointing! read more

Terrible service, the employees take forever to make 1 order. Most lazy fast food store I've ever encountered Guy at front counter was definitely high out his mind read more

The drive through worker we encountered was incredibly rude tonight, but that aside, most important issue is we had a really concerning issue involving food safety. We asked for a whopper junior with no sauce (ketchup, or mayo) due to a food allergy and the worker argued with me that only ketchup comes on the Whopper Junior. Ok, whatever. No ketchup then, and definitely no mayo. He marked the screen with "1 whopper Junior no ketchup", not "2". I asked to confirm that they both would have no sauce, and he said yes, they won't have sauce. Funny though, we get home and both of the burgers have mayonnaise, and one has ketchup??? So, either we were lied to out of malicious intent or they have no basic knowledge of the food they serve. Simply put- You can't play around with food safety like that. There were NO other cars in line- take the time to check if you don't know. He also cut us off several times at the speaker which is bizarre behavior from someone in customer service. read more

Wow. The guy running the window late at night sucks. Only serving customers as they please. They lied and said they closed at 12, then continued serving others afterward. There was no excuse for this. I don't know if it was just laziness or what. Turn the lights off, maybe? Change your Google closing time. read more

Terrible customer service and they have never gotten my order correct. Would NOT recommend.

The worst service especially the drive thru!! Always has a horrible attitude. Dont bother about getting your order correct. Save your money!

I ordered a double wiper I did not get a double wiper I ordered a plain wiper is a plain wiper and got one with male and pickles I don't know what they're doing there but they sure aren't paying attention to the orders so I paid for something that I didn't even get they suck read more

Rudest rudest rudest drive-in experience I've ever had. Have a hard time hearing clearly thru speakers. Ordered the meal. It was read back to me correctly but screen displayed a different order. So I wanted to be sure the order was correct. Was snapped at on the speaker 'I JUST READ THE ORDER BACK TO YOU". Same tone if I had said something like she was worthless or ugly or stupid. When I said I just wanted to make sure bc the screen was wrong she responded in the same tone "THE SCREEEN ISNT WORKING RIGHT" Had enough. Parked and went in to find the manager. Nice enough fellow. Sort of a weak apology. More interested in taking my order which I gave to him only bc I was picking up for an elderly relative who is wheelchair bound and didn't want to disappoint her. Flabbergasted that after that kind of rudeness they're want an offer to comp the order or discount it somehow. Said he'd talk to the woman running the drive thru but I have my doubts. If I had an employee speak so rudely to a customer I'd have let them go on the spot. Needless to say will never be back! I encourage everyone to take your business to a variety of other hamburger places in the area - Rays, Russ's, Beefys or even McDonalds, that appreciate their customers. read more

Quite possibly the worst service In all of Grand Haven. Have fun waiting in a 5 car line for 30+ mins. No sense of urgency in any of the workers. You look through drive through window and see everyone joking with each other and laughing. Quite literally 2 times in a row I look through the window and see workers dancing. It's literally a shitshow of a restaurant and is just embarrassing frankly. the sauce you ask for is never in the bag. The slowest workers I've ever seen in my life. read more

Staff is all friendly and outgoing. Besides one worker, usually taking drive thru orders. She sighs during my orders as if she is overworked or annoyed with me. I personally come to pick up orders from Burger King for the Preferred dealership because of my relationship with the rest of the staff here. I recommend relocating or reconsidering this hire. Seems to bring down the image that the rest of the staff works hard to keep of our Burger King. This review was written after many chances with the drive thru cashier and she seems equally uninterested and rude every visit. read more

The past couple times I've been to Burger King we've had quite the mess of issues. First day they gave us the completely wrong order, asked our name then gave us someone else's, luckily we caught it at the window and they gave us what seemed to be the right order based on drinks and the receipt on the bag. Silly us, should habe checked it because instead of our spicy chicken meal and bacon king we had two whopper jrs, and the coke tasted more like Rootbeer and Dr Pepper mixed together. We called in and got things fixed. And then today we went again and I got my usual bacon king but it had.. 2 full prices of bacon and 2 tiny pieces. The photos added are what is advertised and what I got, I never expect why's advertised but I do at lea see expect it to look like it did in the past when I got it. read more

I have decided to update my review because the food and service here has greatly improved. This location has definitely stepped up it's game. I have visited may times now in the last five months and have had no issues whatsoever. The food has been right, tasted fresh, and had very good service. read more

Waited more than 15 minutes from order to pay. Think of the worst service you have ever had, and its worse than that. Ordered a whopper with onion rings, and got fries lol. I would like to know who the owners are, they don't deserve a single penny of profit, they clearly don't care at all about customer service as not one penny they earn goes into their restaurant being successful. I could have grilled my own in the time I spent there. I'll never go to Burger King again, @corporateBK, Grand Haven Burger King is the worst service of all time. read more

Oh yum! Food was yum, so was the customer service.many applies to Devin in the back for giving us the best food experience ever. Will be returning. Also, we really appreciated his luxurious long hair and his welcoming dance moves in the back of the building as we were waiting for our order. Food was 5 out of 10, but Devin was 10 out of 10. We'll be watching again soon. And Devin if you're out there, if you're reading this, we will always remember you we ordered 3 large fries and we ordered them one at a time, and you called me Christine read more

I would be ashamed if I was the manager or owner of this particular Burger King. Took over 15 minutes to get our food through the drive up. There were exactly 5 cars in front of us. When we finally got up to the window, one young man was the only person working as others were high fiving each other and screwing around inside the store. Another individual was leaning against the counter in the cooking area yawning uncontrolably. The two people who were high fiving was one chunky white girl with glasses and another black thinner young person sporting a short and scarce beard. When I arrived at the window they did not have diest soda, the machine was out! Ended up with a Diet Dr. Pepper. I asked if I could get extra tartar sauce on my fish sandwich and it was left untouched on the counter as the two individuals continued screwing around. I will never patronize this Burger King again. Kind of figure this place is doomed just by looking at the reviews it recieves. "Everyone should be fired" read more

The person on the ordering machine was rude and sassy. And they took over 10 minutes to give me my food. Awful experience.

We went in after the coast guard festival and we ordered our food but the lady taking our order had horrible costumer service and treated us like crap after we proceeded to make a joke. Totally rude read more

We have not quite yet reached the speaker to make our order, but right off the bat our experience is already less that satisfactory with the second lane closure (see attachment). We have a dragon express trip in 20 minutes that we are going to have to hop the guard rail to be in time. We just saw a clearly underage and unmasked worker come around back to take a vape break, where is this energy when they are making my chicken fries? Update: he winked at my friend. This flirtaous behavior makes me feel like I'm watching the worst love island episode, with the duration of this line being very comparable to the forty minutes of the episode. Finishing up my review while ordering my medium sprite, the worker asked for a name to put our order under, does he want my snap too? Besides the fat shaming by handing me a sprite that looks more than double the size of the requested medium, the staff was very nice. read more

I totally agree with the other reviews. Then service was totally aweful. I will NEVER go here again. Laurie our cashier was yelling at a lady at the drink station. Continued yelling at her while helping her. When she needed more help, Laurie told another employee to help her because she already did. The lady was scared even to ask for additional help. THEN Laurie went behind the wall and stated loudly " I Will friggin punch her in the face, today is not the day" !! Her exact words. I am dumbfounded that she even has a job in customer service. This cannot be the first time she behaved this way. I even think she was a manager. Since when has threatening your customers become acceptable. I had a child with me,who wanted to try their breakfast. I don't think she should have been exposed to this behavior. Additionally I would have given zero stars.....But was forced to give one. Siincerly your NEVER again customer!!!!!! read more

I've never reviewed a place before, but this was such a horrible experience, I feel like I owe it to anyone in the greater Grand haven area to do so for this... i see all the reviews are brutal for here, but TOTALLY accurate!! I need to post, just so everyone knows NOTHING HAS CHANGED!! I've lived in GH for 10 years... this Burger King has always been slower than any fast food place I've been to! I honestly only go here once or twice a year now bcuz I prefer some of the food and my daughter enjoys there fries... but now I will never go to any Burger King again, no matter where it is!! This place is horrible and there is absolutely NO WAY they don't know they suck!! Simply put... this location has turned me off from ever pulling into a Burger King again!! I was two cars from ordering when I pulled up; I received my bag of food 48 minutes later!!! Then I got home to a burger that was totally pink inside and partially still cold!! If I wasn't trapped between the curbs of the drive thru, I would have left!!!! The fact that they know they are horrible and do absolutely NOTHING to fix it is astounding!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I don't care what time of the day it is; they are horrible! Go to McDonalds or Wendy's up the road instead!! Heck, go to Taco Bell or KFC up the road instead; I'm sure they can make u a burger in the time this place can!!! The manager of this place should be fired NOW!! Again, I have never reviewed a place before; I found this site and needed to share because this place could honestly be better ran by monkeys... if you don't have the staff to support your customers, don't be open!!!!!!!!! The management for this location has to be deaf, dumb and blind.... ok, I need to stop, I have nothing good to say about this place, but FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! ANYWHERE!!! I had to give it at least 1 star in order for this to post... that's the ONLY reason they got one star!!! Zero stars is too good of a rating for this place!!! read more

They charge for condiments. Then they don't and then they do. All I wanted was a container of BBQ sauce for my hash browns. They offer no condiments but after the order the tell me I am to be charged a quarter for the (1) one BBQ I request. I ask how much it is worth for me to pick up my tray and throw away the trash I create. The surly burger griller snarls and turns her officious back after a perfunctory wave of her hand. I suggest that as long as reasonable condiment requests are met with charges and nasty attitudes that no customer picks up the trash from his/her table. No wonder Burger King has been demoted to Burger minion. No wonder Burger King is in trouble. read more
