Burger King is one of my favorite fast food places to eat at. After moving to Gardner, that opinion has changed. I understand that you can't get every single order correct with the high volume of orders, but it starts to get kind of ridiculous when 3 orders in a row have been messed up. It's sad because I would love to eat here more, but this location has pushed me to not want to order from Burger King again. Really nice people but they gotta do a better job at getting the orders right. read more

If I could rate it lower I would, worst Burger King I've ever been too. Food is never even warm fries have been recooked in old oil many times. If you want a stomach ache and to feel sick this is your go to spot. read more

My teammate and I came to this Burger King after an 18 hole golf tournament add one of the hardest courses that my school has to play at. all of the staff workers were so sweet they even had a second order made within five minutes just so that we wouldn't be late to the bus. The past several times I've asked for a chicken sandwich it's been like. A rock. I think it's either been cooked past the point of being edible or has been sitting for hours and hours. I understand you guys are understaffed, but I, and I'm sure many other customers are willing to wait 5 mins for a fresh one. I couldn't eat the sandwich at all. Only the fries. read more

I mean it's not that hard the orders are on the screen I've worked in fast food many years I would NEVER skip over someone. My softball team came in on April 10th around 9:45-10:00pm. Keep in mind that there are 24 of us. Timothy, the guy at the register did an absolutely phenomenal job! Our food was out super quick thanks to his partner Nick in the back. They managed to keep us all organized and got all of our orders correct. Timothy was also SUCH a gentleman!! Such polite service and I know it is hard serving a group as large as us but they handled it amazingly and I just want to say thank you and great great job! read more

I was very disappointed with a recent trip to Burger King I ordered eight of the taco which we had before and they were delicious. So when we got them home they were over cooked and five out of the eight had holes in the bottom and the meat feel out of them. So tried to call but never answered the phone. The cooks should of never sent out a product like that and really need training in customer satisfaction. read more

tired of feeling harassed in this store. they make my family feel like we aren't wanted there. My daughter goes to school with some of the employees and they are threatening her with violence outside of work or school. The employees causing problems are all related. ie mother/ daughter. when my family comes into this burger king they run to the rear of the store then come out acting like they are cleaning up giggling and making sure we know they are aggravating us. went thru the drive thru today and the troublemakers didn't know we were there so everything went smooth til one walked by the window and seen us. then they all had to make an appearance to intimidate us and they are the ones making the food. makes me wonder what they are doing to our food. today was extremely cold fries. This used to be my favorite fast-food restaurant in Gardner because service was always pleasant and the food was good. I don't know what's happened, but that's not the case now. The past several times I've gone here, it's just gotten worse and worse. Two times ago, my Whopper Jr. didn't even taste or look like a typical BK burger. It was gray and greasy and did not have the "flame-broiled" taste I've enjoyed before. The lettuce was wilted and even had some brown spots on it and the bun was soggy. I'd given up on their French fries a long time ago as they always were cold and limp. So I had reached the point where I did not want to order food, but I was thirsty and so I decided to stop in to get a soft drink at the drive-thru. The young woman at the window was incredibly rude. I wasn't told when I ordered my drink how much it was going to be, so I had to wait until I got up to the window and ask. The woman at the window told me than acted impatient and angry that I didn't have the money ready for her immediately. I didn't have exact change. I paid her for the drink and expected to get my change. I knew she had already prepared by drink, but instead of giving me my change and drink, she disappeared. When she came back several minutes later, she just grabbed my drink and thrust it at me through the window, then disappeared again. I never got my change -- and I'll never go back. Horrible, just like a few other places in Gardner. Three strikes and I'm done. Sure its my fault, I shouldn't have went back. They do OK with the burgers, do not get chicken or fries. The chicken was old and rubbery, you can tell it had been cooked at least twice and kept under the warmer for way too long. Every time we have been there the fries are soggy and cold. The staff doesn't seem to care. We will not be back, driving to Olathe next time......so much for convenience. read more

It was with great reluctance that we got Burger king for breakfast, only thing close. Sick of their breakfast sandwiches, we tried biscuits and gravy. Biscuits were hard around the edges and actually crunched when cut. Gravy was tasteless with no meat in it. I got a side of bacon with mine and it was horrible. Paid $1.99 for 2 half pieces of greasy bacon that tasted nothing like bacon. Looked like bacon so, I don't know.... I gave 1 star and that was being generous. BK breakfast needs a major overhaul. read more

Update- This establishment is under new management now and the difference is HUGE! I have not been disappointed on a single visit since the change. Everything tastes freshly prepared and I've had a couple of occasions that they've apologized for the wait, when it was still faster than most other places usual wait time. This was the last time I will visit this establishment. I went through the drive through to get value meals for four people and the lady told me to come in next time so it will be easier on them??? No one else was there!! Four burgers, four fries, four drinks...this is too taxing for a drive through?? You will not get my money again. read more

Haven't been to a BK in forever but needed a quick bite before we finished our trip home. Staff was friendly and happy. That itself is unique in a fast food restaurant but the food was fast hot and delish. The manager was a hoot and the entire place was extremely clean. 11:15 at night at this 24 hour fast food joint and the manager was very rude to me. I was wanting just one shake and he yells at me and tells me the machine is in the middle a 4 to 5 hour cleaning cycle. And then we left because we didn't want to give service to a fast food joint with employees that treated you like dirt. read more
