Burger King has always been my favorite place to get burgers that they say have it your way. The only complaint that I have about getting my burger from there is not getting it off the grill and they still having it microwave .sometimes I switch out get. Onions rings instead of fries.The drinks is unlimited. You can't miss out on that. I'm giving them a four due to me not being able to get my burger fresh off the grill other than that it's a good place to stop in and eat. Enjoy yourself. read more

Just picked up breakfast here and let me tell you will not ever go back to this location. Manager was very disrespectful and condescending. It was as if she had a problem with just being there waiting on me. Then had the audacity to ask if I was having a blessed day as if she was handling herself in a capacity to ask that of me before I could even attempt to voice my concerns. The food was good and prepared as ordered, however, the service absolutely sucked! I stood at the front counter for 4 minutes without seeing a soul. I called out "hello" twice before someone finally came out of the side office. There was no greeting whatsoever so I said "Hi, can I get. Etc" I had asked for fresh cooked onion rings. She told cook to drop them and then walked away. I never got a receipt and I stood at the counter for another 5 minutes after the onion rings came up waiting for my food to be placed on a tray because there was nobody around. This Burger King used to be really good and then it appears like a year ago or so they got under new management. Ever since then they have gotten our order wrong in some way or forgot to give us some of our food every time we've come back. Don't come here unless you want sometimes cold food and slow service. Otherwise it was fine but they need to fix their management. The inside was pretty nice though, not that busy usually from what I can tell. I was on a road trip coming from Sarasota and needed a restroom and food break. This BK is located next to the gas station we filled up at. There was virtually no one in here which is strange for a Monday morning. The store associate was very friendly especially for a Monday morning. I ordered my food and it was given to me fairly quickly. The store itself is ultra modern. The parent group of Burger King has done a great job modernizing their locations. It's sleek and beautiful interior decor that works. Minimalistic but good. read more

I'm not sure what's going on with this location but they locked the doors and no one answers the drive-through. The only reason I go back is because my 82-year-old mother loves Burger King and I don't think it's much to ask to have a functioning restaurant. I even tried calling to see what the matter was and they hung up on me. I can only guess that they are severely understaffed. read more

I normally don't review chain restaurants, but I had a really good experience at this BK. I went thorough the drive-thru for breakfast. They seemed very busy, and a few cops were there for breakfast, which is always a good sign. The drive thru teller was very clear and polite - - it felt like I was at a Chick-Fil-A! I had such high hopes for this place when it was completely re-built and (I had heard) under new management. I'm sad to report that the service is still really awful, at least on the drive thru. 18 minutes from the time I ordered a double cheeseburger to when they handed it to me. Only two cars in front of me and very few in the parking lot. And it wasn't even that as much as that when they finally gave it to me, they didn't say anything about it. At 4:14 pm went through drive through got a whopper cheese no onion meal with fries a king steak meal with onion rings and a side of mach and cheese. After getting home there was no steak berger in the bag. Called the store and asked for a manager, then spoke to Kyle who said he would remake the order and asjed us what all we had ordered. He said he qould have it ready and to come through drive through and and say I am here for a reorder. Once we got there we where told we would have to come inside and talk to a manager, we explained we spoke to kyle and was told to come back through drive through but they refused and said we would have to come in side, we asked for the manager we just spoke to and a lady came out the back door and yelled I am the manager and I did not tell you I would do a reorder. You will have to come inside. So we parked and went inside and latoya began yelling she is the manager and they dont do reorders we told her kyle said he would, she walked away in a rage and could be herd yelling at someone in the back about telling someone they could have a reorder. After several minutes she came back and said fine she will remake the missing berger, it has not been 30 minutes and we wanted fresh food because everything was cold. She refused and a whole new fight broke out. We demanded name and number to the district manager she refused. By this time other customers had come up to the counter with incorrectly made orders. One person even came up with a shake and said excuse me I irsed no whip cream then looked at me and said man they cant do anything correct. Latoya finely said she would remake the order and still made it incorrectly. We didnt get the mac and cheese and instead of a whopper cheese no onion we got a dbl whopper no cheese and onions. The time was now 5:15pm To have a grown adult who is a manager yelling at a customer because her crew messed up an order is outrageous. The scene that was caused was horrific. March 12th my husband and I waited in line in the drive through for over an hour for our food. There were only two cars in line ahead of us. No one ever came out to offer us an explanation. When we finally got our food our order was completely wrong. My husband had ordered a coke but they gave him sweet tea, the whopper he ordered had only meat on it and was missing lettuce, tomato, etc. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was burnt and inedible. We were running late for an event but we drove back to request a refund. Once we were there it was revealed that our 12$ order had been over charged; they actually actually charged us 30$. They told us a refund would be issued and we returned the food. The next day we checked our bank statement and saw that they had actually charged us 50$ not 30$ as they had said. We waited all week for our refund but it never came. My husband finally connected with the regional manager today, a week and a half later, and got our refund. All in all a nightmare experience and we will never be back to any Burger King ever again. read more

I'm not going to lie, the commercial I saw on TV advertising the $.79 biscuit is why I stopped by BK this morning. The ordering process was good and the employees at the money-receiving drive-thru window and the pick-up drive-thru window were as nice and pleasant as can be. The biscuit and the coffee were subpar and gives the term, "You get what you pay for" vitality this morning. OMG I have never had poor service like tonight. Pulled in with only one person ahead of me. Waited 15 minutes while that person's order was prepared. After he drove away I drove up and the lady turned her back on me and walked away. I sat there for 10 minutes waiting for my order. I finally got out of my car stuck my head in the order window and ask if anyone was there. Apparently half of one slice of bacon is the norm on a King Croissantwich... interesting considering I've bought it at other locations in Florida and I don't receive small pieces that don't even piece together to be the same piece of bacon. Drive thru tells you to pull forward where you'll wait the usual BK drive thru time. I think it's safe to say every BK within 3 exits of UF are all horrible in service and food quality. So it's kind of weird to me that Burger King is no longer known for their great burgers... they now have a kind of hodge-podge menu which doesn't really do any justice to the food styles they are trying to recreate. A few of their more generic items (like fries, french toast sticks and milkshakes) are pretty good. But the regional entrees they have like the Carolina BBQ sandwich is a disgrace to my home of North Carolina. I mean really Burger King? All the condiments are behind the counter, including ketchup. If you want ketchup, you have to ask and get a few packets at a time. The only items you can get yourself are napkins and soda and cup lids. Ugh. At least I can refill my own soda instead of waiting in line at a counter. Food came out hot with fresh fries. I have been going to this Burger King location for a few weeks now. It's on my way to work so it's definitely challenging to pass up! Although everyone is nice, Shalitha makes my morning every morning. She is so good at what she does! Definitely puts a smile on my face and starts my day off right.
