Tray means a combo I believe. Like this is a foreign language. I got a regular cheddar style burger with onion rings and fries. I added a watermelon shake. Burger was good and it tasted like a backyard cook out. It was good. Fries and onion rings were below average salty and no other flavor. Watermelon shake was outstanding. Fresh watermelon and ice cream. It was very good. I'd go back for that. I went with a few people. Other people who ordered the burgers liked. The 1 person who ordered the hot dog said it was OK just very small. This location says it has a A rating. The dining area was clean. The staff was nice. Everything was OK. But not great. The shake was the best thing.

Don't get me wrong, the food at Cook Out is mediocre at best, but it's still one of the only fast food restaurants where you can get a large amount of food for a non-outrageous price. In terms of this particular location, the fries and nuggets weren't undercooked, which you can't say about every Cook Out in the area. Additionally, I love their Reese's Cup milkshake, and consider it one of my favorite desserts out of any fast food restaurant I've been to! As such, would recommend!

That seems to be a consistent issue, and it takes away from the overall experience. I understand this location is on a military base, but the food should still be served hot and fresh--that's the bare minimum, even for a high-traffic area. It wasn't a graduation day, so there were no crowds to blame. Just a regular visit where the prep and food quality could have been better. My recommendation is make sure you have the time to sit and wait. If you don't get away from this store and reconsider your food course of action. Thats OUR cost of doing business with this store. But as far as I go, I avoid them at all costs.

That food didn't stand a chance with him, haha he finished in no time! He stated the orange chicken had lots of flavor and it was very tender. The broccoli and beef were just okay. I wanted to give this place a try with the hopes of enjoying my favorite meal: the 3-cheese nachos. But, how could I have known that they could mess up a simple order? They did include my extra cheese and sour cream that I specifically requested, but the spiciness of the nachos ruined my entire meal (not to mention the dip in general and the chips were WAY too salty!
