It's a thin patty concept, with solid flavor profiles and dripping with juices. The presentation was a lot more o a fast food paper bag which was not expected, but I guess expect it when in a dive bar restaurant in 5 points. The crinkle cut fries were underwhelming, too thin to be fries. The sauce they provided was solid for fries. Maybe next time I will try sweet potato fries. Overall a fairly impressive hunk o burger love, next time I will try a double maybe.

Saint Louis Pork Ribs - Good portion but again on the flavor - heavily reliant on the sauce. Sweet tea was perfect and the pickles were delicious! Service wasn't the best; refills were hard to get. I'm at or near Rosewood pretty often at different times of day, so I'm glad The Hoot is a viable option. My only gripe is that it's a bit difficult to find. The drink I got was a white sangria which was sweet but not too sweet. You could def taste the wine and all the fruit flavors. My girl go the oven brick salmon and that didn't miss either. This experience was a 10/10 for me.
