Takes 20 min just to order via drive thru. What the heck is going on? Never going to this location ever again.

I love Wendy's, but this location was very disappointing. The inside of the restaurant is super dirty. Bathroom was a mess as well. I came through the drive through one time too and IT WAS THE SLOWEST DRIVE THROUGH I'VE EVER BEEN TO. I waited in line for 15 minutes, then waited another 10-12 minutes for my order to be taken. After I ordered it was another 5-8 minutes. When I finally made it up to the window to pay and get my food. It looked like there was one employee working really hard and everyone else was just messing around. I definitely won't be returning to this location. read more

Went to this Wendy's during a work break and ordered through the app. The drive thru only had one car in front of me so it was pretty fast in and out. I told them my name and got my food tho they didn't give me a fork or spoon for my baconator fries or frosty and forgot the sauce for my man's nuggets. My spicy nuggets were yummy and the baconator fries were really covered with the toppings which made them perfect. His burger was good and they remembered to not add the onion to his order. His fries were good and nuggets too even tho he had no bbq sauce. The frosty was yummy as always. I guess I was lucky since the drive thrus are normally packed around the time I went read more

If I could give this place one star I would. I have never been so dissatisfied at a fast food place. I don't expect to be treated like a princess but I expect some human decency. I placed a mobile order as I have had a very busy day and am just trying to bring my grandpa dinner. The order was through the Wendy's app and I was told to just pull into the drive through. I get into the line and wait 20 minutes even though they were only 3 cars. I get to the microphone to tell them I have a mobile order but there is no one there. I wait 10 minutes and try to get their attention but receive none. Finally I pull around to the window where customers receive their food to inform them I have a mobile order. The workers treated me extremely poorly, didn't even look me in the eye and I quote " take that door dash shit inside". I kindly explained that I had a mobile order and was instructed to go through the drive thru. However they did not care and made me go inside even though I had already spent 20+ minutes in the drive through. When I get inside I only receive half my order. When I ask for the 2 frostys I ordered. The worker rolled his eyes, stomped off and then shoved them in my direction. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. How hard is it to be a Wendy's worker and put food in a bag? Not that damn hard. A horrible location with even worse employees. I'd suggest eating out of a trash can before eating here. read more

Tried to place our order through the drive-through and the employee on the intercom constantly interrupted us because he was talking to someone else. Not even joking. We got interrupted at least five times and finally drove away. We've been here several times and there always seems to be some issue with this location. read more

I go to Wendy's because it tastes better than the other fast food joints. Sometimes, though, that is like saying I like cat poo because it tastes better than dog poo. This was one of those poo moments. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Spicy Chicken Combo. At least the sandwich had some piquancy because it felt as though it had been sitting in the steamer for several hours. I really don't like when fried food is soggy. This place out right smells like mold. It stinks too bad to eat in. Employees see more interested in socializing rather than taking care of the customers. The surrounding fast food places are jammed pack while this place remains a ghost town during lunch. And there's a reason for that. read more

WTH!! After waiting 20 minutes...They managed to get EVERYTHING wrong on a simple 3 person order, forgot 2 items, ordered a double burger plain and got a single with the works. No system in order to manage and had 2 people making new order and pretty sure they were going to use the burger I brought back for another order, to bad the chick threw it away first. Good food, but the service sucked. After eating, I ordered a small frosty, which came to $1.09. I gave the cashier $1.29, and I got $.19 back. When I told CeCe, the cashier, that my change was incorrect, she said I gave her $.28. I said "No, I gave you a quarter and 4 pennies." She told me that was $.28. When she finally realized that she messed up, she became rude. I told her I gave her the pennies to get 2 fines back. She just HAD to give me 2 nickels instead of the 2 dimes. If you don't like your job, find something else. Don't make everyone else pay by being rude when you are the one that made a mistake. I wasn't rude when I told you about the discrepancy. read more
