I w gone to this store several times now and overall it's been pleasant. They don't see to be busy (at least when I go) it's always easy to get a spot and get back out in the road. I always order through the app and it's usually ready when I arrive. The only issue I have, and why it only gets four stars, is they always seem to forget to bring any dipping cups that should come with your order. Other than that the food is good. This place is okay. Really BAD drive through system. Maybe it was just the day I went, but they might need to update their voice box machine. My friends and I had to repeat our order a good amount of times before having to physically switching to the order to go order box and still had the same problem. Then came to pay our food. They drive through attendee was so confused to why we had repeats in our order so we had to repeat everything again. Got our food and how ironic to find it was exactly correct. My wife and I wanted to try a dine-in Sonic since we had more business on Forest Drive later. Sonic food is okay for the most part so we figured that just maybe this would be even better. Oh man did I make a bad call! There were just a couple cars in the parking lot - that's a dead giveaway to bad eats. Well, I took a chance and walked in. I told my wife that I wanted to go wash my hands before ordering. The place just didn't look clean anyway. It had an old, grease smell and just looked dingy. I come to this location all the time before I head into work. I usually don't have any major issues, my food is always tasty and what I ordered. The milkshakes though. I always order some variation of chocolate. Last night it was Oreo chocolate. Never have I ever ordered a chocolate shake here and had it actually be chocolate. I'm fairly certain these employees only know how to do vanilla. Either that, or sonic doesn't understand what chocolate is. Not to mention that my most recent shake was full of ice and the Oreos tasted like they were old. Personally I can't stand vanilla, which is why I don't order it, so I'm left upset every time I order a chocolate shake here. I should learn my lesson and just stop ordering them, especially since a large shake is over $7 which is just outrageous anyway. read more

Will not be returning to this location. I love sonic and this one is ruining it for me. I visited this location 3 times total and that's 1 more chance than I give a restaurant. When I first moved I went and got a blast it was poorly mixed and from my memory it was mid day and not busy at all. My second visit was a technical issue and ordering on the app did not go through so I chalked that up to possibly be user error and gave them one more chance. This last time took them off my list of lunch spots for good. I ordered before walking out of the office was given 5-7 mins to be ready it takes me 7 to get there. I check in the screen goes through the prompts. I wait for 10-12 mins after it says being delivered and pressing the red button with no answer. Was told no management on site and no refund could be given without me bringing the full order back in, which I didn't because the whole thing wasn't wrong, only the entrees. The items remade for me by the employees were VERY subpar compared to what I normally receive, and this is an item I order frequently). I was not satisfied with the food but once again told I couldn't have a refund without the entire order brought back in and I wasn't about take a third trip here over this nonsense. So then instead of giving any kind of customer service to me one of your employees told me to "get to fuckin steppin" and another said "step the fuck off". These were the only two males in the establishment so it should be no problem figuring out who they are. I left with no refund and no food and to end the adventure one of them walked out into the parking lot and flipped me off when I pulled away. The building looked clean and inviting. The landscaping was excellent. The drive thru was well lit, the menu was easy to read, and the speaker system was better than what I would expect from a fast food restaurant. I understood everything the cashier said. When I got to the window the cashier was very polite and pleasant. I could tell he was actually a nice person rather than a person just doing his job. I didn't get your name but if your boss is reading this "This is the kind of worker you should be hiring." (Sat, 5th of Oct, around midnight). The fast food I purchased was of pretty good quality and tasted good. I don't normally eat fast food, I think of it as a treat. This location is a disappointment. Maybe South Carolina just doesn't know how to do the job. My boyfriend ordered the jumbo popcorn chicken; he got one ketchup with his meal. I ordered the corn dog meal and I only got one ketchup packet as well. The fries were burnt and the corn dog tasted old. Once I saw the Sonic sign on the freeway, I was so excited. They let me down. They don't roller skate or have mini corn dogs at this location. We asked for ketchup and we both got one packet each. Luckily the girl who walked to our car was nice. We had a hard time understanding the boy over the speaker. Also, it took a while to get our food when there was no one in the drivethru. Corporate needs to come down and fix this place up. read more

I stopped by this Sonic to get lunch for my kids. Since I had a decent drive home and I was the only customer there I asked them if they could drop new corn dogs and tots. The guy taking my order was pretty friendly and said "yes". 10 min down the road I decided to check my food and was SHOCKED by the corn dogs! I went back and asked to see the manager.. Whom was the same guy that took my order. I asked him who was responsible for taking the corn dogs out of the fryer and wrapping them. He said "Cody". A girl had told Cody I was there.. I looked into the kitchen and he was standing back there laughing. He came to the front and said its hard finding a good corn dog after "corn dog day". We waited over 20 mins for the car hop to bring us the wrong order 3 times when she finally did get us the right order needless to say the order was made completely wrong. Chicken sandwich which was suppose to be plain on a regular bun they just took the chicken off the old toast and put it on the bun rather than cooking a new one, the super sonic bacon cheeseburgers were not made with mayo but with mustard instead and so dry. Ocean water was made with diet spite ugh that was not a good flavor. Oh and the manager was outside eating and laughing with 2 women. Such a great night.
