Wow. This was the slowest McDonald's I've ever visited. I stood at the register for 9 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. When someone finally did, I was told "one second," but the employee walked away and returned only to say "one second" again. At that point, I decided I just wanted a refund. After I asked for the refund, an employee brought my meal about four minutes later and apologized, explaining they were out of syrup and butter for the pancakes. I again requested a refund, which they processed. Unfortunately, when I opened my sandwich, I realized it wasn't the sandwich I ordered. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. read more

Last night i went into Mcdonald's to get my pickup order, upon walking in i see the gentlemen in the photo waiting so like normal i stand behind him and wait my turn, well his friend who works for mcdonald's who is also in the photo walks up and they start chit chatting and hanging out and playing with their phones. I step from behind the young man in front of me and look at the worker and say "Uh excuse me i'm here for a pickup order" he doesn't make eye contact with me he doesn't life his head up from looking at his phone he just goes "who for" i said the name and he just yells at the other workers behind him and goes "yo you got a order for ......." one of the employees asks "huh" because they didn't hear him so at this point im getting frustrated ... then him and his friend do their handshake and the boy walks off completely ignoring me so at this point i raise my voice because nobody is helping me. A gentlemen does come up and ask for me the name after i was clearly already annoyed and he helps get me my order. These kids are so lazy nowadays and ignorant, have no type of customer service at all and i'm just genuinely confused as to why an employee like this would be hired in the first place but sadly it usually starts with the managers allowing this. I went inside to order 2 coffees. There was no one inside and outside in the drive through there were about 3 cars. I waited at the front counter for about 5 minutes before they decided to come up to me and help me. The manager with fake long braids that's works in the mornings should quit because she gave me the dirtiest look for asking if she could make my order. After she took her sweet time to make my coffee. Took about 10 minutes for two coffees. I will never come back again. Awful service. read more

During the day. I come here and have no issues. But whoever the night crew is horrible. I have mobile orders and they clear it from the system and never bring it out to me. It's now happened on multiple occasions and only with the night crew. They then ignore me when I come up to the counter. I watched someone else ask a question and get ignored with no response as the employee walked away. Fire or retrain. Employees with crocks. Airpods in. Staring at long line of people and no urge to assist customers. All I got was nuggets and fries. read more

Now with the winter storm and everything going on, we understand for safety reason they close great for a note in a drive to put a note at the front door for people to see and not have people sit at the drive-through thinking it's open because all the lights are on.. do you have a few nice people in there but the order is 5% always wrong. read more

Wow, I remember why I stopped coming here. It took me 20 minutes just to get a cheeseburger. A soldier and her mother came up and asked it I ordered. They waited and waited and waited no acknowledge they were even there. Then the soldiers mother. Ask one of the employees "maam can we order" the employee yelled I can only help one person at a time! In-store isn't bad. The drive thru is always a mad house because it's one fast food chain in an area where there is only about 5 solid fast food stores that people would actually care about. My recommendation is make sure you have the time to sit and wait. If you don't get away from this store and reconsider your food course of action. Now I will give them credit that their meals are normally hot and the fries aren't stale unlike other food chains in the area. But you have to be willing to waste 20 minutes waiting in line. Thats OUR cost of doing business with this store. But as far as I go, I avoid them at all costs. read more

This Mcdonald's has always been slow whenever I go. I went through the drive-through last week and the ordering and paying process was fast, but the food took so long to come out. We were waiting in our car for about ten minutes in the reserved for drive-through lane. The guy who brought out our meal was nice and the food was good. I came in the restaurant today and ordered through the kiosk and it took FIFTEEN minutes to come out. Staff was nice, but they seem disorganized. At that point, it's not fast food anymore. We were missing drinks and sides, and had to go back and forth from the front counter three times. Fries were over salted. The strawberry milkshakes were bomb, but I got an artisanal smokehouse BBQ burger and they forgot the sauce on the burger. That's my favorite burger and the sauce completely makes the burger! I ordered inside and the young lady was prompt and courteous. I was the only one inside and the drive -they was full. When I received my order, I tasted the fries before I left to ensure they were hot. They weren't and I advised that I would like to wait for hot fries. Her response, "Those just came up". I said they didn't taste like it and then she just asked if I wanted ketchup. I was happy to wait for a fresh batch but she wasn't offering. Yes, I could have pushed, but I just won't be back. I always go here and I absolutely love mc Donald's but this has got to be the worse experience I've been at mc Donald's, so when I went t order I ordered from the machine inside but I didn't have a card, so I paid at the counter which took a while, and when I paid I was waiting for a very long time, and no employee would pay attention, and there wasn't any orders, and my order didn't show on the screen, so when the manager finally comes up to me, she asked if I was waiting on an order and I said yea and it's been like half an hour since I was waiting, and she took my receipt and said that they'll go and make it, and a whole group of boys comes in and orders from the machine and pays at the front just like I did, and they got there orders faster than I got mine, and I was getting mad, because I've already waited an hour, and the manager is the one to give me my order, and it wasn't even what I asked for, I wanted a 6 piece nugget combo with medium fries and a medium drink, and also 2 medium frappes, so she comes and tells me that the frappe machine is broken, so she asked me if it was okay to give me two slushes or a refund, so I just asked for the slushes instead, so that was kinda okay, so when she comes back, she gave me a happy meal, I didn't ask for a happy meal, and mind you a combo is more money than a happy meal, and I didn't even get my medium drink or fries, it was 6 nuggets but I also wanted a lot more fries and a drink, but I didn't say anything to her, I just got it and left, because I've spent an hour, and I didn't even get what I asked for, but I'm I in the wrong for not correcting her or no? I would normally not take the time to write a review on a McDonalds but this is easily THE worst I've ever been too. After sitting in the drive thru for ten minutes, I could still back out and park and go inside. That was just as bad as what the drive thru would have been. The young lady who took my order was clearly not interested in being there. Then when I got my food it was slop. And the bad part is that the manager was making the burgers. He was as miserable as the rest of his employees. Fire everyone and start over. It's a McDonalds not a Ruth's Chris but the brand can AND SHOULD do better than these miserable employees. It's rare I leave a 5 Star review for a McDonald's or any fast food location for that matter but, the customer service experience we received from Alana was fabulous. My granddaughter and I were out running errands when I asked her what she wanted for dinner? McDonald's was her reply. (Go figure) We swung into the Forest Drive location by I-77. I started for the drive thru but she requested we dine in so she could have a go at the playground. We made our way to the counter and she told me she was buying. Did I mention she is 7..... It seems she received a McDonald's gift card for Christmas and she was going to buy! I told her I would cover mine. Alana likely heard the conversation. She asked my Granddaughter if she could take her order. It was at this point my usually active Granddaughter went into shy mode. Alana began to compliment her and encourage her. Within a few seconds Alana had her talking and ordering her meal. Once she completed the sale, she showed my Granddaughter the receipt and how much she had left on the gift card. It just keeps getting better. Alana moved to complete our order and chatted with my Granddaughter when she was near including offering her a free cookie. Now a free cookie will make a 7 year olds day every time. It was then that Alana introduced herself and asked her is she would come back and visit her again. As we ate, I watched Alana interact with other customers with the same enthusiasm and care. She also looked for things to do, sweeping and general "To Do" items. Customer Service is such a lost art these days. Alana has it down! We will be back! read more

I was just at this McDonald's today, (2/23) around noon. I was in the second drive thru lane. (The one on the right) the person to my left was there first, so obviously they get served first. She ask her what we order and try to take our money without telling what it was. When we did not she said out loud 'Oh God' After she got the manager she removes our food from our sight. Visited today, the drive thru clerk didn't even tell me when to pull up just okay. Then I pulled up and held my card out for like 3 minutes while I watched her surf Instagram on her phone. Then took her another 3 minutes to return my card. Which she only held her arm out the window not even paying attention to where she was holding it because she was too focused on her phone. Then after getting my food. I saw one of the cooks go to a car at the end of the drive thru and conduct a drug deal. Plain as day in middle of day. Who the hell is running this place. read more

Just stopped for a 4am breakfast as I'd been driving all night. The drive thru was efficient, the employees were far more polite than I could've imagined. After handing me my food and having a quick, pleasant conversation, my wife and I turned to each other and both said "who would've thought someone would be that happy at 4am?" My egg white delights were hot, the English muffin slightly toasted and the order was just delicious. Don't know about inside, but the 3rd shift drive thru is as good as possible. read more

This was easily the sketchiest the McDonald's experience I've ever had and that's saying a lot because it fortunately I've had tons of sketchy experiences with McDonald's. It Took me more than 20 minutes to get my meal and I was the only one in line. The girl who was working there couldn't figure out what menu item I was trying to order and when I tried to explain to her she was still confused. It took her a long time to get one of her team members to assess and that lady was incompetent too! I told her other locations had this item and I had ordered it from the very McDonald's the week before. And then she proceeded to tell me out of work for a long time for McDonald's I know the menu. Well not very well apparently. The place was trashed. I've been to Texaco restrooms and flea markets that were cleaner. When I finally got my meal which was half cold, I finally sat down. I listened intently as crewmembers were fighting and screaming amongst each other while the few other customers were staring in amazement. A homeless person proceeded to walk in and panhandle from all the tables unbeknownst to McDonald's employees who were too busy fighting to notice! The cop pulling over the car in the parking lot and getting into a verbal confrontation with the driver was the least sketchy part of my dining experience. Normally when I go to this McDonald's in the daytime, I am greeted by a friendly staff member and my food is delicious and hot. Tonight, my husband and I went to get food about 10:45pm, after we checked online what time they close (12:00am) and what time was posted on their door (12:00am). We waited 5+ minutes at the order station when another car pulled into the other, the man took their order, then told us after my husband said, "hello" several times, "that was our last car. At this moment we are closed." We told them that we had been there and we checked to make sure they were open until 12am before we came. The man and other women complained to each other and then told us to order at the window. We drove around to the window and the woman took her mask down and rolled her eyes at us. My husband asked if they were ready for our order and she said VERY rudely, "Uh yeah, I'm waiting on your order! They WERE our last car and we couldn't be rude to them because they ordered before 11." (Does that mean that they CAN be rude to us???) I told them we checked to make sure they were open until MIDNIGHT and they just argued and we're even ruder. We left and went to cookout. read more

We stopped by this location last Friday and ordered a regular kids meal burger, fries, a 20 piece mc nugget and a medium tea NO ICE. The burger was cold, the fries were SALTY, SALTY, SALTY!!!!!! The nuggets were lukewarm, and yes, the tea had ICE! Also the window attendant looked in our bag before handing it out and said "you got a 10 piece nugget meal". I corrected her with "No we asked for a 20 piece nugget". She then replied "my bad"! Really so very immature and unprofessional.
