I needed a few items and made the mistake of deciding to get gas. It started out bad. I managed to get chocolate milk on me that the previous customers had spilled. I was not even offered a paper towel. My crime was not knowing my pump number; the cashier even said so. Well, instead of telling me which pump she put my gas on, the cashier let me go to my car, only to find out the pump wouldn't work. I went back into the store; I had to yell to get their attention and ask which pump my gas purchase was on. They told me pump 11. I tried that pump; it didn't work either. I went back inside to get my money back . One cashier knew what to do . The manager stood around in the background uselessly . The cashier I unfortunately had to deal with didn't seem to know what to do or how to work the register. I'm pretty sure she doesn't know the pump numbers either. They accused me of not knowing how to work the pump. I know how to work BP pumps, even though they are weird. I hope tbe money went back on my card. On the way out of the store, I was toldthat the current car on that pump was not having any trouble getting it to work. This was an out and out LIE! Tbere was no car on that pump! I will not go to this store again.

The area where the "Hot Stuff" pizza is was not tidy and closed. There was one cashier named "Jas". I get to the register and advise her I'd like to cash in my tickets first since I planned to use some of the winnings towards my soft drink. She takes my cards and scans them the. Comes back and hands me the card that won $75. Was a GO GREEN card. She said with an attitude "I can't cash this unless you buy more tickets." That remark threw me for a loop as on the back of the tickets it tells you that you can cash up to $500 in any store with lottery tickets. She was ok with cashing the one that one $20. I said ok and advised her I planned to get more tickets but I would wait on the one. She then held out her had for the $75 ticket and said well I can cash it then. So I handed the card back and she cashed it. She the. Asked impatiently which tickets I would like. I said I'll get three GO GREEN cards. She said we only have one. I said ok, I'll take it. Then asked for 2 other cards. When I said that was all she said under her breath, "I hope I have enough to cash you out" with attitude also. I'm thinking why did this girl have such a bad day. She counted out my change and I asked for a receipt. At this point I don't trust her or her attitude. Would I revisit this place? That's a BIG NO!!!!! I don't recommend anyone else visit either. I don't think I'd feel comfortable filling up at this gas station with the horrible customer service I received. Do better, I hope the owner retrains the staff to treat people the way they'd like to be treated.
