Waited 25 minutes in lobby after ordering from kiosk. Watching crew push through order after order from drive thru. My Whopper came up and sat for 10 minutes. Was told they were waiting on onion rings but again, lots of onion rings going to drive thru guests. Finally told manager I was leaving and that I had ice cream in the car. Paid for food when ordered and walked out. Reversed card charge with bank. Called complaint toll free number the next day and spoke to someone very helpful. Still haven't received correspondence or credit I was promised from them. Also, another time ordered an original chicken sandwich and got it home and it was nothing but lettuce and mayo, no chicken. I recently attended a job fair. Got hired and all seemed well. Untill it took me reaching out to recieve that same very day the notion to go watch my training videos. The manager whom texted me, Kyia Mccurry, was saying she was not in the store, but i must show and watch the videos. She apparently let the manager on duty know i was suppose to show up to watch my training . I enter the store, no one acknowleged me. I was made to watch training videos from my phone, while music blared in the lobby, and was turned up louder every time i tried to hear the material. The manager whom was suppose to sign and check my training off, was not in store. But had me show up. I left Completely unprofessional. The food their is horrible, and the employees dont even wash their hands. I noticed 2 employees go in the bathroom, and never heard a toilet flush, or even the hand dryer go off. And when i entered the bathroom, the handle to the door was wet. No paper towels to dry hands, and the toilet wasnt flushed. read more

I waited almost an hour for my food not a speck of food given and didnt even get all of my drinks as a family of 5 with young children, once I finally spoke with someone about a refund it took 3 people which included a district manager 20 more minutes to finally end up giving me cash back because they couldn't figure out how to refund it back to my card. read more

I went with my two young grandchildren for the first time at approximately noon today. After I ordered, I heard mumbling about being short staffed and shortly after a couple of other people came in, the manager (?) told another staff person to lock the door!! I noted a couple of people decide to leave without an order. Other people kept trying to get in unsuccessfully. After at least a half hour wait we got our food which was fine. I noted a couple try to get soda drinks but the machines weren't working and they didn't add ice until we were about to leave. If I could give it less than one star I would. Workers are rude with a street level attitude who have absolutely zero respect for the job, themselves or the public. Burger King on Hwy 19 in Eustis, Florida needs an entire revamp of the management and its employees. In other words fire and then hire an ENTIRELY different crew. There was no hand washing after going outside to vape and lean up against a car in the parking lot. The employee went straight behind the counter to prepare orders without washing hands. Their uniforms looked more like gang outfits than Burger King Uniforms. I don't want to see your underwear or your crap stain while I'm waiting on my order, pull your damn pants up, this isn't prison. Keep those long dreadlocks from hanging above the food being prepared with absolutely no hair netting whatsoever. Please cover your damn dreadlocks because nobody wants to eat your hair and wearing uncovered dreadlocks while preparing food is absolutely disgusting, do you understand how nasty that looks and honestly, I don't even want to mention the attitudes that are behind that counter. It was like they couldn't have given a shit less about anything especially customer service. If you don't want to be there quit because you sure won't be missed by the public. Once my order was complete my bag was tossed on the counter from the fry pit and I was told here's your food. Without even acknowledging a thank you the employee turns around and just walks away. I ordered a number one medium whopper meal and specifically asked for (No Cheese, No Onions). My plans were to get it to go but instead I decided to pull up a seat and continue watching the shit show that was in progress. I opened the burger to find out it was loaded with onions and was covered in the nasty cheese I can't stand. The burger was loaded with whatever it is they put on it and was the absolute sloppiest Whopper I have ever eaten, way to much ketchup mayonnaise and tons of pickles. Thats not a whopper, that's a damn I don't give (AF) attitude. Burger King Whoppers are one of my favorite meals and I've eaten them for years. This was the absolute worst Whopper meal I have ever eaten and that's beyond a shadow of a doubt. Then to top it all off my cold medium fries were more like a small fry in a medium container. They would have been about enough for my five year old grandson and even he would have asked for more. The dining room did appear clean but there were no other customers in the place at the time. Like I said at the beginning of this review, if I could give it Zero Stars I would. From now on Mount Dora or Leesburg will get my business and I will never eat at this particular Burger King again. I will also tell everyone I know to steer clear of this place. The drive to Mount Dora or Leesburg will be worth not having to wonder if there is hair in your food or if the guy who packed your bag washed his hands after he took his last crap or if the gangster behind the counter is going to shoot you. The hood attitude and mentality have got to go. Correction, I will go back one more time in thirty days to see if this review has been acted upon. Once I do that I will update this review. Acceptable food. Standard Burger King fare - inexpensive and okay. The bathroom was clean, but on multiple visits, the food prep, drink, and eating area needed cleaning. Similarly, The drink machines were out of many drinks on multiple visits, and one was out of ice. Glad I got here when I did. Line is now about a third of the store long - only one person taking orders. My dad and I just tried the limited edition "nightmare burger" for Halloween. The nightmare burger is a heart attack on a bun. The nightmare burger consists of a burger patty, a chicken breast patty, bacon, cheese, and raw onion on a green bun. We left the mayonnaise off - for all the good that did to make it healthier! LOL. The green bun was colored with food coloring; the green bun wasn't flavored. The frozen drink machine wasn't working so I was unable to try the limited time scary black cherry frozen drink for Halloween. read more

Wow, this branch really is piling up negative reviews! As for myself, I have visited here many times because I use the shopping centers there and have never received the wrong items or poor quality fast food. I do recall seeing some flies milling around during a visit a couple of years ago, but I hope that won't stop people from coming into my house when we have a few of them. The reason I stopped at three stars is that the last couple of times I have gone there, the soft serve machine was broken. Just replace or fix the darn thing, guys! It's been over 2 yrs since COVID came out. Why is it that in June of 2022 you are not opening the lobby? Is it because you are short staffed? I saw many people walking up to the lobby doors just to find out it was closed. Is it that hard to put up a sign on your door? Just got home from picking up some food through the drive thru. I did not realize until she handed me one drink for my four orders that she had individually charged us for each item. When I asked where the other theee drinks were, she acted like I spoke a foreign language and looked at the order and could not comprehend that order a #__ and change the fries to onion rings and make all the drinks with double ice--were not meal orders. Sadly, she not only did not make it right she handed us our bags (minus the missing drinks again). Asking about that she said "you already paid." Yes, I said, $6 extra because you failed to ring me up correctly." But even if it had been a "loss" to just give the drinks, it coats the store $0.12 per drink...just sayin'. Yes we should have checked before driving away, but after waiting that long we were anxious to get home. It's still on them though, there's no excuse for that no matter how busy you are. Then, after getting home and realizing what happened, we had to go all the way back for the rest of the order. After finally receiving it, they then reused to give a refund for the trouble. Do not eat here! And if you do, make sure you check your order before you leave. Forgetting one item now and then, while still inexcusable, is normal fast food bs. This is probably the worst fast food restaurant in my area. The place is always filthy, the manager is an absolute jerk, always yelling and using profanities. They NEVER have half of their menu for you to order. Tonight we went and we ordered two double cheeseburger meals with a drink, onion rings for both and a whopper junior meal add cheese, fries and a Dr. Pepper. This girl could not get it right. And as my husband pulled away to pay at the window yelled over the loud speaker "hey man, did you want cheese on that?" WHAT? How about sir? When we pulled to the window we paid with a $50.00 bill and the (I assume a night manager) pulled off his headset and challenged us for the change we got back. "Did they really pay with a $50.00?"
