I know this place has had its rough days cause they're usually pretty low on staff but ive actually lived down the block from this burger king for 3 years now and they actually made me enjoy Burger king again lol sounds silly but i living in Nyc originally made me hate all burger kings. But staff is very nice here and they got new management i think and they're equally very nice people. They also give everyone fair opportunities for employment for all kinds of people and always respected that. ALSO them Fries are crack always fresh and hot with the perfect amount of salt. Id hate to lose this Burger king its like my spot when all else fails considering everything out here closes so damn early. Also always very clean and smelling good !! I never worried about them being dirty or chaotic its got nice views of the sunset for a sit down and eating experience!! I ordered a chicken jr with no mayo add ketchup. I called the store and they told me they'd remake it. I told them I'd come the next day for it. I came today and ordered a Whopper with no mayo and a chicken jr with no mayo that they said they'd remake at no cost to me. I got my Whopper with no Mayo and a Chicken Classic with Bacon and Mayo. I called the store again and the manager tried to say that I was lying and that her employees aren't that incompetent. I never said they were, I just told her that my order was messed up again. She then tried to tell me they'd couldn't have given me a chicken classic and that they don't put mayo on chicken sandwiches. I still have the sandwich and told her that I won't be dealing with a $2 chicken sandwich issue anymore that clearly people neglect to read what they're making. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I get there 9:30pm, which isn't that late, especially when it says they are open until 1am. I pull through the drive-thru and get, "welcome to burger king. Can I take your order?" I ask for 3 cheeseburgers. Not a tall order, I didn't think. They responded, "we are only serving chicken products right now." Lazy new generation I thought to myself because as it was apparent through body language alone as I was driving up to the drive-thru I passed by the front windows and I saw them complain to one another. There are a lot of "opportunities" for improvement open at this location. Business hours posted on the doors list 6:00am as the time they open. I arrived at 6:06am one morning and found the doors were still locked. An employee showed up 2 minutes later and opened the doors. The subsequent service I received that morning was pretty dismal. I made the mistake of thinking that the employee who opened the doors would be the same one who would take my order. I was wrong as he went to back to food prep area. This place is a joke, the food was cold that they actually remembered to give us, they closed the dining area during lunch time, my wife overheard the manager tell a worked "taste it, if it's good then it's good". another time I spent over $26 dollars for my famil, got home and they forgot the chicken nuggets for my daughters meal (the focus of her entire meal) so I ran back and they gave me hard cold nuggets for her and zero compensation for my troubles. absolutely travesty what this world has become. what a joke this place is. We were initially happy to see a Burger King open up near us. We have a large family and all love what they have to offer. Last night we had an order that consisted of 6 sandwiches, 5 fries and 2 milkshakes. To help alleviate the rush we ordered on the app ahead of time since we live about 15 minutes away. When we arrived, the car line was about 6 long and only one lane of 2 was open. We noticed folks trying the doors and they were locked so we waited approx 25 minutes in line till we got to the serving window. The cars in line continued to add up behind us. At the window we waited another 5-10 minutes and then we were given our order. We quickly checked the contents in case there was a mistake and we'd have to wait another 30 plus minutes to correct it. We found we were missing 1 sandwich and 1 fry. We mentioned it to the person at the window and another person in the background proceeded to tell us we were wrong and there wasn't anything missing. I again said we are missing 2 items and she started arguing that that couldn't be. Then she went back out of sight and came back with another burger and explained she had mistakenly left it on the counter. Ok, one down one to go. She then said we got all our fries though. We counted again and came up short. She begrudgingly returned with another fry and told us our tone was bad! We said we understand they were under pressure and short staffed but we weren't asking for anything more than what we paid for and left. Next day I called to complain about the worst experience I've ever had as a Burger King customer and ended up talking to the same person on the phone. She apologized for the situation but insisted our tone was bad. I told her we weren't yelling at her but we were insisting that items were missing. We were treated like we were thieves trying to get a few extra items for free. I said we were unlikely to return to this location and we would review the experience online and then I was hung up on. So, if you like long waits... wrong orders and being accused of lying and bad tone... go to this location for your next Whopper and fries. read more

We anxiously awaited the arrival of Burger King to Emmaus. We have given them 4 chances to improve, but tonight was our fourth and final visit. The service is terrible, the girl at the counter seemed annoyed that she had to wait on us. There were at least six employees in the back, mostly standing around talking. It was 8:30 pm, we were the only customers but the dining area looked like there had been a wild party and everyone left all their trash laying around. Even the garbage bin was overflowing. It would have taken only a few minutes for an employee to clean off tables, wipe down the soda counter, sweep up the floor and empty the garbage. It isn't very pleasant when you look behind the counter and see food and who knows what else laying on the floor where your food is being prepared. Then when you sit down to eat in the dining area there are messy tables and more trash laying around. I understand that it's mostly young kids working there, but management needs to provide better training and get control of the unacceptable conditions. read more

I am so disappointed with this location. I have been here about 5 times and I don't know why I go back! This was the last time. My food was almost cold but the kicker was a HAIR in my burger! I still feel nauseous! I went back and complained. They asked me if I wanted a refund or a replacement. No replacement for me! It was a terrible experience for me. I took the burger home and wrapped it in a plastic bag and put it in the freezer. Not sure what I am going to do about it.
