The street tacos were generously loaded with meat, HOT to touch, and came with onions, Cilantro and salsa. The meat was so good, even better than most of the trucks in Tacoma, WA. They appear to have been steamed? I did not see or taste any oil on them. The beans come with the crumbly, traditional Mexican cheese on top. So good!
