So everyone, my husband heard about this place called SMP Mini Mart that sells Philly cheesesteaks,…read moreso of course we had to check it out! We ordered the Garlic Pepperoni Pizza Steak and the "Didn't Suck" cheesesteak, and let me tell you--they definitely lived up to the hype. Both sandwiches were packed with flavor, cheesy, and absolutely hit the spot. I won't lie, these sandwiches are definitely shareable...unless you're really hungry! They also offer breakfast sandwiches, homemade cutlets, and hoagies, which means we'll definitely be making another trip back to try more of their menu. You already know I'll be writing a review on those too, because I'm always happy to help my fellow foodies find some good eats! Have you tried SMP Mini Mart yet? If not, add it to your list!

For my…read morebirthday I just wanted to choose a spot I hadn't yet been to so my gf and I came here and grabbed some food. We split a cheesesteak with fried onions and their house made Wiz and some fresh cut fries. The employees were very nice, and décor was sick! It was all like old school video game and show references from the 80's and 90's. The steak was solid. The meat was fresh and tender, I believe it was sirloin. Some places use sirloin, some use ribeye, whatever...one way or another, it was tasty. The roll stood up to the sandwich well and I enjoyed their house made wiz (I do prefer Cooper Sharp though for sure). I have heard a lot of people say they think the steaks here are salty, I personally didn't experience that and I am pretty sensitive to salt. The house cut fries were great. I love a good fresh cut fry and they were done properly. It's always a gamble ordering them, but this was a win for sure. People like it, don't like it, whatever. Ultimately you won't know til you go try for yourself anyway. For me - Wiz Kidz - Didn't Suck!

Unfortunately, they couldn't make the slightest change from what was on the menu. Waited a super long time for very basic food we could've easily picked up at a gas station. If they're going to be that stingy with their napkins, I can only imagine the quality of ingredients they've chosen. Now we know.

My son's favorite is the Cali with lettuce, tomato and grilled onions and heavy on the mayo - he also requests that they put the lettuce and tomato on top cause otherwise they put it under the hot meat as their standard practice and that makes it kind of cook and steam the veggies and is definitely not a texture or taste him or I like. The fries are good too. The chicken fingers were disappointing. But seriously, trust us on the steaksandwiches - they're fantastic! And the service is great - super kind and friendly workers and very attentive to your needs and requests. Also they're open on Sunday if you happen to be visiting the Emmaus Farmer's Market which is just outside their doors. It's a great environment for just relaxing and enjoying. They also have outdoor seating.
