Unbelievably slow with little business and crazy expensive... would not recommend to even my worst enemy out of compassion!

Absolutely worst fast food experience I have ever had. I walked in the place smelled like old oil. There was no one in line in front of me to place an order at the counter. I stood there for over 10 min to have a lady come and say she will be right with me and never returned. I also saw an employee wipe sweat from her forehead with her arm and then handle food right after. I told her that was disgusting and your service sucks and walked out. Their entire staff should be fired read more

Food was hot and fresh. Employees were kind. More so than most fast food places. Great customer service is a rarity these days. The two guys working up front taking orders in the lobby deserve some recognition. 07/05/26 at 3:30PM is when I experienced this. Thank you BK read more

Stopped here for a quick bite and to use the restroom during the stretch of road to civilization, Kind employees. Fresh burger and fries. Bathroom was decent considering. No mirror though so ask your friend if you have lettuce in your teeth. Big parking lot. read more

Terrible service. Cash register folks were nice, but they prioritize drive through to the point that they neglect customers in the lobby. It should not take over 20 minutes to get "fast food." read more

the workers are nice, but about 2 days ago i ordered a bacon burger or whatever the fuck and it gave me food poisoning. Do better

This place has to be the sorriest excuse for fast food, I've ever experienced. 30 minutes in the drive-through for an online order. And then what do you get? Lukewarm food. So what was the holdup? It obviously wasn't waiting on fresh food. This location is absolute crap. They really need to figure it out here. read more

Food was done very quickly. I'm not expecting much from the food at Burger King and this wasn't very different. However, I wanted to mention that the quality of service I received was great! Xavier was charismatic and made ordering a much more pleasant experience for me. Thank you! read more

we waited in the drive thru line for 10 minutes and when we drove to the window and stated that they took the other lines order and were not responding to our line. she said we should have just waited and allowed everyone else to go. She was rude. read more

This is the most repulsive fast food restaurant ever. T every table was filthy, the ice tea container had no lid on it, the drink station was a joke spilled stuff everywhere, straw wrappers everywhere, both trash cans were overflowing with trash and the restrooms were absolutely disgusting and smelled of sewage, the water was running in one bathroom so as soon as we opened the door you're hit with hot stale air and shit smell, but the employees were kind people. The health department needs to be called. Why did I order a burger IN the lobby and got that cold? How? The only way this place can improve is to close the doors forever. What I find the most interesting is that people keep going back and expecting different results it's never that deep go somewhere else! Why put yourself through that for a cold burger and fries? Elma isn't bug at all if all of you went and filed complaints at your health department you could get this place shut down... don't be scared say your leave and run them out of business... The funny part is I saw two or three people go and USE the bathroom which is why we thought is was safe! My husband didn't even want to use the bathroom and he has to stand up... read more

I grew up on Burger King and loved it. Unfortunately since the pandemic most Burger Kings I've been to are not good. We stopped at this on the way to the ocean. I ordered a whopper and it was amazing. Just like I remember as a kid. The service was very friendly and fast. We went through the drive through so not sure what the ambiance in the lobby looks like. My husband and son also loved their food. Definitely give it a try if you're in the area! read more

Currently sitting , waiting for our order. 2 cheese burgers. It's been 20 minutes. The place is empty and they're only getting orders to drive through customers. It's decently clean, probably because no one comes in because of the insanely long wait times. If you're driving through and consider it for a stop, it has 2 decent bathrooms. However on our visit you had to be careful because even standing still, the coating on the floor would make your feet slowly slide apart. read more

It's 11:30, the front doors are locked, thy are in there making food and ignoring the crowd at the door. I've called and they won't even answer the phone. They're looking right at us and won't even come say something. What's going on here people!?!? read more

Again! No eggs this morning. They are right next to a grocery store. Ridiculous. Every time I stop for breakfast they are out of something. Eggs, coffee, creamer, biscuits, & sausage. Come on Burger King in Elma! read more

Ended up here in New Year's Day since there were limited places open and it being 8pm in a small town. Passing by in the way back to Seattle. Can't expect too much from a fast food restaurant. Haven't had BK in ages, and I guess I remember why. Food is mediocre, fries are terrible, but it was something to fill our stomachs after a 4 hour drive. Empty restaurant and surprisingly clean. Bathrooms were much cleaner than I expected from a fast food joint. Servers were nice but seating area could have been warmer; we were freezing in there! Stars are not for the food. read more

Went in and within 10 minutes still hadn't been acknowledged, not even a greeting. Fast Food doesn't seem to be a "thing"! The manager on duty was Jordan so hopefully someone will let them know at the store that at least let someone know they'll get served soon. Pretty frustrating No receipt to show as I was never helped. read more

Half an hour wait in drive thru for an online order! Then when we finally get our order they forgot an item. Do better

I don't understand all of the terrible reviews. The drive thru is slow, but what do you expect with only 2 drive thru's in town? Also short staffing. The food is always good, sometimes you have to wait longer than you'd expect a drive thru but MOST of the employees are super friendly and helpful and are only trying to help you and do their Jobs. Quit complaining unless there's a real issue. read more

Horrible. It's so hit and miss here. I would give a negative review if possible. I placed an order for breakfast on the online app. Before 10:30 (I'll get to that). I get there around 1035 and a schmuck that kept saying "Bri" when u clearly said Brian decided to give me a lecture on breakfast is done by 10:30. I had no idea breakfast was done by 10:30. I placed an order on the app which it allowed. I also placed that before 10:30. Then the moron manager tries to lecture me. I will be posting this review on all of my social media because how dare somebody lecture me over something their damn app allowed. Horrible customer service and too many morons that work there. Last time I'll go there. read more

I will admit that I went today with Miss givings. I didn't know what to expect But! I am glad I went! My cheese whopper came out and was served in a timely manner. Plus, it was hot and delicious! I will come back. Thank you read more

On July 28 2023 this burger King had super slow service. Along with waiting over 25 minutes for 2 items, the staff allows teenagers to use their drink cups for water. When I repeatedly told the manager that the teenagers were stealing the female manager took the side of the teenagers and allowed the behavior in the restaurant. When I told the manager I was required to pay for my drink she said I "was yelling" at the teenagers. I had to ask 3 times for my order after I informed her of the stealing. At this point I requested a refund and exited the store. Poor service, rude manager and unsatisfactory conflict resolution. I would pass by this burger King. read more

It's your typical fast food Burger King joint, don't expect gourmet. They were short staffed so was only letting a few people in at a time, but they were friendly and once we ordered the food came out quickly and we enjoyed it. Bathrooms were decent. read more

Gross food . No workers. Dirty environment . Food under cooked and sloppy . . They are rude and don't know what they are doing... Def a bummer situation in Elma wa read more

Workers friendly, lousy food & watered down diet cola, freezing cold in restaurant & ragged seating in booths

The 'plus' side - easy on/off the highway, coming/going either direction Prices are ok, the 2/$6 whoppers. Remember you can ask for water cup instead of fountain drink or bottled water. Wait time on Tuesday night (inside) - 15 minutes So one would expect that if we wait that long the burgers would be fresh and hot, right? Lukewarm to cold they were! Tasted ok. But...so i waited 15mins for you to put two burgers already made in a bag? Large fries - pretty meager serving. On the green side, used paper dispensers for ketchup (yay, another plus) and you can skip plastic straw/lid since they just hand u the paper cup. So ill be avoiding this and going to Smittys from now on read more

They literally don't understand the concept of a fast food restaurant, two whoppers at the drive through, 3 cars in front of us, 22 minutes

We spent $31 for dinner and our whoppers were COLD!!! Spend your money where people actually give a damn about what they serve. I've worked in a BK before and we never put out anything that we wouldn't eat ourselves. Truly disappointing. read more

Worst burger King I've ever been to. The food was ok. The dining room was gross and dirty. The one "clean looking" table was sticky. And the bathrooms were so disgusting that we couldn't use either one. Which leads me to wonder how the employees are able to effectively clean their hands before returning to food service, after using the bathroom! I will never waste my money at another burger King ever again. read more

I usually stop here on my way to the coast. It's a good rest stop. The bathrooms usually have a line on weekends but not weekdays. They are usually pretty clean. The only problem I have with them is that they don't have mirrors. I always want to see how I look after a long drive so that's unfortunate. The Starbucks next door does have mirrors in their bathrooms though. I've always had friendly service but sometimes it can be slow. The food here is the same as all other BKs. Never had a problem there. They don't have a Coke Freestyle machine like some have though. read more

Went there around noon, slow service, and its dirty burgers were barely warm, and I hate the cold buns

I didn't get sick from the food is why it doesn't get one star. Slowest BK I have ever been to is an understatement. If I didn't have vehicles behind me I would have got out of the drive thru. For some reason the food here was more bland than usual. Out of certain cup sizes and still wanted to charge for the large. Cashier telling me "I can do that" like she's doing me a favor for what's on the menu just added to how bad this BK is. I'm new to McCleary the next town over and won't be back to this BK. I generally don't leave reviews for a fast food chain but this one was honestly the worst BK I have ever been to. read more

"I'm not gonna make it. I'm not gonna MAKE IT! Tell me you brought the paper towels?!" I pleaded to my fiancé in the passenger seat of her own 2016 gray Honda HR-V with Oregon Ducks plates as we screamed down 101 into Pacific County. "Brian!! Do NOT...SHIT... in my CAR!" she glared at me, as my white knuckles gripped the steering wheel ever more tightly while I desperately searched for a safe spot to pull over. The shoulder is too narrow here. Blind curb there. No safe place to turn... Why is this guy riding my ASS? Ahhh... yes. I see it. There it is. "Right here!" she yells, as I brake hard and barely miss the left hand turn-off, screeching to a halt next to the heavily wooded area with a large shoulder. Wait. Let me back up. "Yeah. I have a $5 coupon for two Original Chicken sandwiches and two small fries," I blurted into the speaker. "Also, some onion rings, two fry sauces, and some ranch". "Their onion rings are gross," I muttered to my fiancé, "I'm not having any." "That'll be $8.14," the speaker said back to me. Two minutes later, we were on the road. No time to stop. She fed me a fry here, a part of a chicken sandwich there, and yes, I even tried an onion ring. My opinion of them remains unchanged. "These are just like I remember them," I remarked about the chicken sandwiches, "too bad they wouldn't give us the deal with the spicy ones," as I smacked down another bite of the mayonnaise-coated soggy buns that surrounded the oval-shaped processed deep fried breaded chicken patty. "Needs mustard, though." It was only another 90 minutes or so to reach the coast. It sucks to be hungry on the road and a little fuel was all we needed to keep going. And then it hit me. The rumbling in the tummy. The gurgles. "Ugh," I said. "Are you ok? You don't look so good," my fiancé remarked. "I'm fine. Man. That didn't sit so well, did it?" I asked. "Nope," she agreed, "is this going to be like that time we ate Sichuan food and then sat in traffic for an hour?" "Hahaha yeah that was a close one, wasn't it?!". And it had been. Thank god for the Redmond QFC. With some of the things I eat sometimes, I'm no stranger to unexpected digestive surprises, but I *always* pull it together. Not this time. It hadn't been more than 20 minutes since I gobbled the last chunk of that accursed sandwich, but I knew I was in trouble when I saw there were over 60 miles to go and jack shit for nearby amenities during a viral pandemic in a remote part of the state. It started with gurgles, escalated with hot farts, and as things went from bad to worse we catch up to the beginning of the story: me squatting over a bush with flames shooting out of my ass. I'm 45 years old. This has *never* happened to me, ever. Stomach of steel. I can eat anything. Maybe I shouldn't, but I do. If this is what IBS is like, someone dump $1 billion into research because this should never happen to anyone, EVER. This is the story of how I found myself for the first time in my life pulled over on the side of the road shitting onto a blackberry bush right next to evidence of someone else having done the exact same thing. It made me wonder if this where all consumers of the Elma, WA Burger King are fated to leave their mark, like a pack of dogs, alongside 101 in Pacific County. Do yourself a favor: when your passenger asks if you want to stop at Burger King because this could be the last stop for awhile, just keep on driving and say "Sorry, missed the exit." Seriously, check out some of the reviews. This could be worth a complaint to the health department. It's also my last time at any Burger King. Ever. It's not worth it. read more

These guys work all day short handed and the food is great. Give these guys the credit they deserve.

food was perfectly cooked and I could tell it was cooked fresh to order. specifically the customer service changed my quick meal and on the road again, to a delightful exchange. The gentleman Thomas who took our order and served us our food at the drive through window was exceptionally pleasant. my kids were indecisive and he made it easy to order their orders, not making me feel rushed, which is the usual experience in the drive thru. The wait time was little to none as it was ready shortly after handing him the money and him kindly offering the kids two burger king crowns :) will gladly stop at this location again. Reminded me of what Burger King was when I was a youngin. read more

If I could I would give this place 0 stars and thats to much. For starters it is not as clean as it should be at times and when I have went through the drive more than once I have been given the wrong order and I don't know it till I get home 7 miles away. Incompetance is what works there and I hope Arby's puts them out of business.I will never go there again and urge others to do the same and maybe they will straighten the place out or close the doors and go bankrupt. read more

This place is a joke. Usually ran by a crew of 2-3 kids. I've got about a 50% accuracy rate on my orders. And today was the last straw. I placed a mobile order from my truck. Went inside to pick it up. Sat and waited exactly 20 minutes. A man and a woman who were there separately were saying to each other " I've never waited so long". Finally a worker pointed at me and asked my name. I said yes that's me.. and he goes oh this is yours... A bag I noticed was sitting there for some time. I asked how long it has been sitting there. He said about 8 minutes. So I waited a total of 20 minutes and because mine was a mobile order, they just assume they don't need to let me know when it's ready by calling my number the way they call everyone else's? I told him that if he thinks I'm not in here waiting he's crazy and that EVERYONE is in here waiting. Never going back. Please close and turn into Jimmy Johns! read more

Nothing to complain about. Bathroom was clean, food came out quickly, staff was polite. Good option for a rest stop.

Can we please have a zero star rating? The drive thru wasn't too busy, so I thought I could actually get my food quick. Apparently their computers crashed (if this was a freak thing then understandable, but there is ALWAYS something that slows this place down). The woman at the window who took my card was pleasant. And she was pleasant again when she delivered my food after at least 5 min alone, waiting at the 2nd window. (That isn't including the wait time order, the wait to get to the first window, and the wait to pay). Then, after all of that waiting: Our food was barely warm. Fries were NOT hot. If they are making their customers wait so much, the least they can do is give them hot food. Burger King should yank this places' franchise rights, it's straight garbage for "fast food". Not going to this place ever again. read more
