My boy and I were heading to the Washington coast and both ready for a lunch stop, saw a BK near the highway and the map view showed wide side street and an empty lot at the edge of the parking lots so this was perfect since we had our 5th wheel trailer in tow. There was a large number of vehicles in the parking lot so we hoped the inside would be open at least for takeout, obviously could not go through the drive thru with a 40 foot trailer ;). Found the front doors were locked, but the sign did say walk-ups were welcome at the drive thru. This kind of reminded me of my High School and Early College days wanting food at 2am and not driving... ANYWAy, no big deal, we just wanted food. This BK has a double drive thru (thank goodness) and was busy. Pedestrian traffic did not trigger the bell inside so we had the car behind us drive up and it worked. We placed our order as we would have in our car and walked between vehicles in line. The lady at the cashier window was friendly and quick, same with the lady at the delivery window. There was outdoor tables and chairs, but it had rained recently so it was wet. OK, we just went in the RV and stat at our table and enjoyed our meal. One meal item that I miss is the Texas Whopper, THIS BK HAD IT!!! I used the phone app to get my boy's meal for $1 (ALWAYS USE THE OFFERS). The receipt reflected my order of NO Mayo on the sandwich and the marking on the wrapper showed the same. Got to the trailer and opened the sandwich and it was correct. The contents of the Texas Whopper were fresh and the burger patties were good. Fries were HOT and my boy's burger was good also. Beverages poured to the top and his sundae was just right. We enjoyed our meal and I was happy they had the sandwich I enjoy. The speed of the drive thru was quick, staff was friendly, and food was good; NO complaints. Thank you!!! read more

Consistantly inconsistant. No Napkins, No salad Dressing... Every time I go there, something is incorrect or missing.

Treat their employees like crap. Embarass them infront of customers. Let's immature teenagers be managers. When I worked here there was a kitchen staff member who accidentally dropped a burger on the ground (in it's wrap) and still served it out the window. May not seem had because it was wrapped but those floors in the kitchen are disgusting. As a customer I have noticed how slow service is. We were instructed to make drive thru top priority but even drive is constantly slow. It's even worse at night because they all stand around instead of getting out their orders. Last three times we went our fries were cold and stale, even when we asked for fresh. When you make a complaint they are always rude and short with you. Soda machine inside is ALWAYS a mess when we go there, and so sticky you don't even want to touch it. I had politely mentioned to a employee that it was really messy over there and she rolled her eyes and said it's not her issue. Okay, when I worked here when we were slow and had only one or two customers the front counter person (which she was) was responsible for going through lobby and wiping it down to make sure everything was clean. I visited this restaurant yesterday, 11/16/2022. I ordered 2 whoppers and 1 chocolate milkshake. I walked in and placed my order at the front counter. While I was waiting for my food and drink I observed that the floor in the restaurant was dirty. Really dirty. Looked like it hadn't been slept or mopped all day. The dining room tables were filthy as well. There was left over food and garbage on them, nothing wiped down. I arrived at 3:30pm- a slow time not being during a meal rush. That's when the employees normally focus on cleaning up preparing for the evening meal rush. Looking back into the kitchen the floor was as filthy as the dining area. Pieces if fish, chicken and other filth on the floor. When I got my order the chocolate shake I ordered was not there. I asked the counter person why I didn't get it with my order. He did offer to get me the chocolate shake I ordered but looking at the filth at the shake machine I declined his offer and took the 2 whoppers to go. The sandwiches were gross. Old soggy condiments and obviously the bread and meat had been sitting in the steamer for quite some time. I will not be returning to this Burger King restauraunt in Elma. EVER. read more

We had to go through the drive thru because COVID has closed the lobby. The drive thru was very slow. It took about 15 minutes to place our order and then about another 15 minutes for it to be ready. We were patient because not a lot of other options were available in the area. Although the service was extremely slow, I'm happy to say that we received all the items that we purchased. read more

We are traveling and have a travel trailer. The dining room is closed which is understandable. We knocked on door to ask how we could order food. They advised us to walk thru drive thru. We preceded to stand in drive thru with a ton of vehicles. We stood at where you place order and no one took our order. They continued to take orders at other speaker. I've come here a couple times and something's always wrong with my food and usually cold. I had a breakfast sandwich and hash browns this last time and I'll definitely never be back. Cold soggy hash browns and a breakfast sandwich still cold in the middle was not what I asked for. I don't have high hopes for fast food but at least serve me warm breakfast. Honestly if zero stars could be given it would be. Managers are rude to their employees, very inconsiderate to them as well. Was brushed under the table when a lady found critters in her chicken burger. Food is typically cold when coming through the drive thru, they're usually understaffed or over staffed. They always put sauce on our burgers when we go and we always say plain, dry, just meat, cheese, buns, and said veggies. Takes them 3 tries before it's right. Husband and I stopped here in our way to Ocean Shores. Drive thru line wasn't long at all and it didn't take long to place our order: 2 whopper meals, no onions, add cheese, root beer, medium, AND two chocolate Oreo shakes. Pretty simple. Get to the window where they gave us our total and did not give a receipt or even offer one. Get to the second window to pick up our food. We were handed our shakes and bag of food. My husband asked for our root beers and the gal at the drink counter argued with us that we didn't order them and didn't pay for them. Never once apologized for the inconvenience and flat out refused to make the situation correct or even attempt to. Just stood there telling us we never paid for it. We drove off because we were getting frustrated but did not have a number to call because no receipt (seems to be quite common here and now we know why!!). Got into our food on the drive. Fries were decent but my burger was overcooked and extremely dry and cold. That root beer would've been nice to wash it down!! My husband's burger was cold as well. We will never stop here again and I'm surprised that with so many negative reviews dating to when they first opened that nothing has been done to fix things.
