Took a detour on my way to Hershey for grabbing a quick breakfast. A mile away from Elizabethtown exit sign. But it was easy to navigate, able to locate the place, and then went through the drive-thru ordered egg and cheese on a croissant. The food was ready in a minute and then it was hot and tasted good. We were heading home from vacation in Maryland so around lunch time we decided to stop for food and we came across this Burger King. The customer service was pretty awful other than the nice lady at the register that assured me the incorrectly made food was not my fault. The complaining about ME, their customer, came from the back, which was completely unnecessary hence the fact I very politely came up and asked for a remake since the food handed to me was wrong. The food was fine. Area was not very cleanly. For some reason the ketchup was like tomato soup??? But the nice lady at the front did offer me ketchup packets. read more

Stopped here for lunch. I had the chicken sandwich meal. It came a small fries and a Coke. My wife had the whopper meal with fries and Coke. Total cost was $21 which was reasonable. The mail was good. The service was also good. What I liked about this Burger King is that the employees kept it very clean. There was a full-time employee who was responsible for cleaning tables and the seating area. Many fast food restaurants no longer have a full-time employee cleaning the dining area. This afternoon I was on my way home from Virginia. I decided to stop at Burger King to get lunch. I pulled around to the back of the parking lot to let my dog out for a potty break. I was than planning to go inside and order us some lunch. While standing outside with her, I hear someone hollering. I turned around but could not see anyone. After a pickup truck pulled from the pickup window, I realized it was an employee. I said to her, what? She said where's your bag? Confused I said what bag? She said the one to clean up your dogs poop. I said my dog didn't poop. She continued to argue with me while waiting on customers. She said you can't come here to let your dog out. She told me there was a dog park nearby. The next thing I know she left the window and came outside to confront me. She said I stepped in dog poop. I said I didn't care, it wasn't from my dog. I asked why she was out in the grass. She said didn't you see I was at the dumpster. She was inside waiting on people! She didn't have anything in her hands. I said why would you go into the grass to go to the dumpster. It was sooo bizarre. She repeatedly told me my dog could not be going on their property. First of all if I was just stopping there for a dog potty break, why would I get off rt 283 and drive to Burger King. I was stopping there for lunch. I left there and went to the Burger King in Mt. Joy for lunch. I found out from the employees there that the crazy was the manager. I would like to know when it became illegal for a dog to pee on Burger Kings grass on the back of the property? This Burger King has got to be one of the worst Burger Kings around. The service is usually slow but today beat them all hands down. Was talking to people who order who was waiting on their order. They said it took around 15 minutes to just order then they were waiting a half hour and still didn't get their order. I waited about 10 minutes to order and when I heard this I left. Drive thru was backed way up. This Burger King needs a management change real bad and people who have more then 1 speed. If you wanted it your way you needed a lot of time as you could order a steak faster. read more

Avoid this BK completely. I say this only after dozens of visits whereby the food is cold, hard and hours old, despite my asking them to make the food fresh. They have made the food at times, but my last visit, on 11-23-2020, was a miserable experience. The phone number does not work, in case you may try to call and speak with the manager. My two sandwiches were not worth my time. Whopper was hard and cold, missing ingredients. Chicken sandwich had a smear of mayo, wilted lettuce and was lukewarm. Food came fast, and the employees were helpful getting us ice when the soda machine did not work. Food is edible- it is typical fast food.

We were heading over to see my cousin's new place, and so we met my family at the Burger King nearby for a quick bite before heading over. Now I know BK is a fast food chain staffed by workers who are not always the brightest bulbs on the string, so my expectations there are pretty basic - fast, hot food, clean eating space, maybe even a smile or a "thank you" as I hand over the money. Unfortunately, our visit to this place fell way short of even those simple requirements. We stepped up to the counter and the guy who took our order. He was friendly enough, but that is where the good news ends....We ordered our food, which took nearly ten minutes to come out. So we finally got our food and went to try and find a table. The place was filthy. There were four tables large enough to seat our family, and every single one was covered with remains from previous customers. I went and got some napkins and dampened them with the water dispenser at the soda machine to clear off our spot. So we eat, the food was fine. Except my mom's milkshake didn't have any whip cream on it (and of course she didn't want to make a fuss so she ate it as is). So finally we go to leave, and all of the trash cans in the place are filled to the brim and there's no place to throw our stuff out. Several other people came in and ordered take-out items while we were eating, and as they walked out the door each of them was grumbling and complainig about the wait. The worst part was, the place was practically empty of custormers - we saw like 10 total people for the 30 -40 minutes we were there. So it wasn't like they were so busy that they didn't have time to clean up a bit. And, there were like 5 people "working" back in the kitchen, so the staff appeared to be there. We are basically simple people, who are a bit picky sometimes but are generally pretty easy to please. Let me tell you, we will not eat at this place again if it's the last food that is left on the earth. Please beware. I stopped inside to place an order, which I did and paid for. Waiting for this order I noticed that the young man at the burger station in the front middle of the kitchen was wearing his mask under his nose. I brought attention to this and the young man shook his head no and continued to wear it as such. I asked for the manager, who reluctantly, with her back to me, continued with her work, ignoring this request to bring this situation to a proper outcome. Since the young man, who would be preparing my meal, continued to defiantly keep his mask below the nose, i requested to cancel my order and get my money back. The Asst. Manager then attended to this, and even defended this cook and that it was hot back there. I have went to many fast food places like McDonald's and Wendy's, but I will say Burger King is probably my least favorite. First, the burgers have so little meat, you might as well eat the buns by them selves. Second, the fries are HORRIBLE. They were WAY too soggy and are not salty. I don't expect much from Burger King because it is fast food however every time I am at this Burger King I have a terrible experience. The employees are rude and/or my food is wrong. A concrete example is the chicken sandwich I just received. It is more fat than actual chicken and it was half the size of the bun. If I could give half a star they would be lucky to get that. Whoever manages this place should just quit and they get someone who knows how to run it. Food is never fresh. And with the look of the people that work there(not so fresh) I am afraid to ask for fresh food in fear of what they would do to it. Once we went in to eat after months of not hoping things would change and there were dead bugs on back of booth. Table was actually sticky and the ice machine had no ice for the drinks.
