Burger King - Burgers Near Me - East Brunswick, New Jersey

This is my regular burger king and ive never experienced anything as obnoxiously rude as this. My boyfriend and i went through the drive thru because we were ordering for other people. We were using a friends card during checkout and had some difficulty with it failing so we asked them to swipe it instead. From the passenger seat all i see is laughing and big smiles on everyones face (Hassesm especially). Considering the fact that it wasnt our card my boyfriend and i were surprised that it failed. So i handed over my phone and payed apple pay. We spent $50 at this establishment but were laughed at because of a failed transaction??? disgusting. the extremely fat man hasseem/hakeem and the young hispanic cashier needed to be checked and i made sure i did. Never again will i give my business to this place. read more

I had coupons so it was a no brainer to what I was going to have for dinner. Me and a friend of mine went through the drive-thru and ordered our food. She had the whopper meal and I had the impossible whopper meal. At the window they honered both our coupons with no issue. Total came to a little over $11. When we got back we ate and everything was fine with no issues. I cannot eat these things regularly so I savored the moment. read more

Drive thru never makes my order right. Always missing something. Tried calling them but no answer. Happened 3 times out of 10 orders this year. My order number is for today is 69. Store number 1742 in east Brunswick. read more

Used a coupon today for a whopoer meal. My fries were all the little left over bits from the bottom of the fryer rack and my whopper had a strong smell like someone handled it with perfume or lotion on their hands. I guess they keep a special section of old food for we poor folks that use the coupons... read more

too many times going through the drive-through my order was wrong. By the time I got home I didn't feel like going back. I should not have to check through my order every single time when I get it at the drive-through to make sure it's correct. read more

How idiotic is this management? Why is it always so slow and the food taste gross compared to other stores?? HIRE MORE PEOPLE

This is for the Burger King that's connected to Popeyes on Rt18 South. I've been coming here for years and never had an issue until 2 nights ago. I ordered the 4 cheese whopper with extra pickles, fries and onion rings with a bottle of water...after 2 hrs my stomach didn't feel good so I laid down. I immediately ran to the bathroom and puked up everything. My tummy hurt so bad I was crying from all the pain. I didn't know whether to puke or use the toilet. I will never again eat or order anything from this location again. All I can think of is - it had to be the meat. It's really crazy because my husband got food poisoning from Burger King (Rt 18 North) and he actually ended up in the hospital. In 3 days he lost 22 lbs from the sickness (puking and diarrhea). He warned me to stop eating this crap and I should've listened. read more

every single time I go to this burger king the food is disgusting. that is why I went out of my way to write this review. it's not just bad, it is literally disgusting. and the soda is always just seltzer. the last 5x I went there I paid for a soda just to take a sip and it's basically seltzer water. the mayo tastes like it was left out over night (something my husband notes every time we eat there. Got an eggnormous burrito this morning and it tasted like dirty mop water. avoid at all costs seriously. read more

BOYCOTT. Going through my burger today out of curiosity, I spotted literally something green. Taking it out and looking at it on a napkin, it looked akin to that of a booger. I threw it out of disgust but I should've taken a picture of it. And from below comments about phlegm being upchucked into the trash near the soda fountains, honestly I don't put it past these sick employees to put some booger read more

Waited 25 minutes in line when their was only 1 person ahead of me. Ordered a whopper melt small meal. Got cold stale fries, a cold burger that was not toasted, and a flat coke, disgusting after taking one bite I threw it out. Very disappointed and will not be coming back read more

Monday 7pm - place is empty except for an elderly couple, the staff and me. I place my order (2 whoppers with cheese and extra tomato - on sale 2 for $5). It took a couple of minutes during which I heard the manager say (twice), "Quattro Tomato," to the person in the back. I guess he was looking out for me. :^] I sat down and ate two of the BEST Whoppers I've had. They were very delicious and tasted fresh - including the bun. As the old couple got up and were walking out, the gentlemen said, "Good night, guys!" Then, like a freakin' commercial, the four employees chatting behind the counter turned, each raising a hand in a wave, smiled big big smiles and said, "Have a good night!" I'm lovin' it!! read more

Very poor management. I went there after a long time and once again they got my order wrong and missed 2 items. I came to know about it 20 minutes later after I got back home. I called them up immediately and the person who picked up the phone told me that I could pick it up next time I went there. He asked me to tell the manager that Eric served me and I would get the two orders that were missed. I mentioned that to the manager after 3-4 days after this incident. He was so impolite and didn't even want to talk to me. He Just told me that there is no one by name Eric and he walked away. I am not new to these kind of wrong orders and missing items when I go here. Happens over & over again even after management changes at this place. There are a lot of fast food places where the managers behave so impolitely and without any courtesy in E. Brunswick ... I really don't know how they stay in business. Btw, there was another Pizza place called Pie Five where the service was atrocious like this - it is good to know that they closed down quickly after they started business. read more

This is the WORST BURGER KING I was ever at. Went to the drive through and had to park to wait for food. FOOD WAS ICE COLD!!!!! When they came out to deliver they forgot my shakes and had to go back in to get them. Then I get home and they never gave me the fries I ordered!!!!! Never ever will I go back there again! read more

Went to Berger King(east brunswick) today in years. Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese. Told them I only wanted onions and ketchup. Got the burger with ketchup, no onions and pickles instead. Since I can't have a lot of salt, I had to open the sandwich and take pickles off. Also ordered onion rings (small) they were terrible. Ate one and threw the rest away. Won't be back. Horrible experience read more

The absolute worst Burger King in the city. They didn't have almost any soda and the soda I got was flat. They didn't have any sauces and terrible service they need to be evaluated by the management because they should not be open. read more

Its a bk joint. 5 stars for what it is Always gets my order correct and food is as good as bk offers read more

I always enjoy when an employee hacks up phlegm and then spits it in to the garbage right next to the soda machines that I'm at getting a refill. If you also enjoy that then this BK is the place for you. read more

This is THE LAST TIME I'll ever even drive by this place . Incompetent employees ... Don't listen .. Mess up orders.... As usual. This place is good for one thing... Getting attitude when THEY MESS UP! read more

The staff need better training. The woman taking our order was extremely rude. I was trying to use a Burger King coupon but I guess the code on the coupon got torn and she didn't know what number to key in. She walked around asking everyone what code to use. Everyone said they didn't know. She comes back and says to me with an attitude 'I don't know what code to put because you lost the code.' I understand the coupon got torn but the employees should be able to figure out which code they need and without an attitude. I left without purchasing, and instead when to McDonald's where they accept competitors coupons and did so with no attitude or issue. This will be the last time I visit Burger King. read more

Fast food should be just that. FAST. That was not the case here. A few cars in drive up so I walked in. They appeared to care more about the drive up than the inside customers. read more

F*** this Burger King can't believe how long I have been going to this Burger King and not realizing that there mozzarella sticks are really stale. I realized this when I went to the one Burger King in old bridge when there mozzarella sticks were good. Ps. They mess up every order so if your hungry good luck. You will probably realize when you get home you don't have your food or some food is missing... read more

First off they shouldn't even get one star!! Service was horrible!! Waited at the drive thru for almost 30 minutes with only 2 cars in front of us. When we got to the window we were given the wrong order then after giving the food back to them we were told to go wait by the bushes. So far we are now waiting 45 minutes for food!! Never again will we come back here. read more

Went here around 10pm on a Saturday and staff literally made us wait in the parking lot so they could bring our food to us. What kind of BS is this? read more

This place is close to my home it far form any business This place is typical No different from mcdonalds nor any other place with a Burger King sign read more

Its a hit or miss here. My lunch experience. Sometimes its a normal wait time in drive thru, but most of the time the drive thru wait is very slow and the line goes through parking spots... (a "slow" person must of designed it) walk in wait is even slower for no reason, there's like 2 people in line, even employee's here seem "slow"...maybe thats why its just so damn "slow" to get your food here? But the food here is normal burger king so...good luck if your not in a rush. read more

I don't normally leave reviews but after 3 strikes of poor service (which has gotten worse after each visit) I just had to say something. If I could give zero stars I would. The food at this place is always lame for one reason or another but I've given them chances because it's the closest one to my home and I know everyone has a bad day. Unfortunately, that's not the case with this place. I'm not sure how they are even able to stay open. The associates don't seem to care much at all and if you have an issue with something management gets involved and you would think that's a good thing...nope they are nasty and have no problem telling you to visit a different burger king. I mean really? That's great customer service, right? I'm so done with this place...it no longer exists to me. I had family in the car who experienced my last visit in the drive-thru and they were in awe when the manager said to visit another shop with her nasty tone. All this when during the corona virus epidemic, where so many people are suffering in many different ways from being unemployment to being sick and this is how you treat people? read more

This review isn't about this Burger King but I could not find the one I was looking for (this is for the Burger King that is connected to the Popeyes farther down route 18). So I went there last night and the counter was closed and I understand that it was drive thru only which was fine (my boyfriend was getting Popeyes so we were inside). There was another customer that was inside that had just gotten Popeyes and got to order at the counter and when I went over the guy behind the counter was like sorry we're kinda closed up here. LIKE WTF that is totally unfair and even though the food was good I can firmly say I will never be going back. read more

I wish I could post this minus a star. the owner of this location on route 18 north must be so rich that he does not care how his/her store is performing. After about 10 years, I wanted to have Burger King meal. I walked in when the place was empty. a cashier with the biggest attitude was standing behind the counter and completely ignored us. when I tried to place my order, again, he turned the other way like he was still dealing with some "ghostly customer" because there was no other customer. when I asked him if he is ready to take my order, yet again he tuned the other way. finally I got mad at his stupid attitude and decided not to spend my money at that shit hole and left while reminding Edwin the cashier finally woke up and starting talking back which of course I did not hear............ read more

this place is complete crap!! we literally had to tell them our order 5 times..we went up and they kept forgetting our food so we had to keep telling them over and over. the manager, Grace, was extremely rude as she told us to hurry up and leave because she had more customers. really? it wasnt our fault they kept forgetting our requests. NEVER coming back again. experience was terrible. read more
