This is my regular burger king and ive never experienced anything as obnoxiously rude as this. My boyfriend and i went through the drive thru because we were ordering for other people. We were using a friends card during checkout and had some difficulty with it failing so we asked them to swipe it instead. From the passenger seat all i see is laughing and big smiles on everyones face (Hassesm especially). Considering the fact that it wasnt our card my boyfriend and i were surprised that it failed. So i handed over my phone and payed apple pay. We spent $50 at this establishment but were laughed at because of a failed transaction??? disgusting. the extremely fat man hasseem/hakeem and the young hispanic cashier needed to be checked and i made sure i did. I had coupons so it was a no brainer to what I was going to have for dinner. Me and a friend of mine went through the drive-thru and ordered our food. She had the whopper meal and I had the impossible whopper meal. At the window they honered both our coupons with no issue. Total came to a little over $11. When we got back we ate and everything was fine with no issues. I cannot eat these things regularly so I savored the moment. read more

was visiting family on the east coast. took about 15 minutes before they even took my order and there was NO LINE. the man at the drive thru window literally didnt even know what i ordered when i got up to the window. so i had to say my order back to him. then i got my items and they didnt say "you're all set" or acknowledge me or anything so i thought i was still waiting for something, and then tells me i was holding up the line. read more

Used a coupon today for a whopoer meal. My fries were all the little left over bits from the bottom of the fryer rack and my whopper had a strong smell like someone handled it with perfume or lotion on their hands. This is for the Burger King that's connected to Popeyes on Rt18 South. I've been coming here for years and never had an issue until 2 nights ago. I ordered the 4 cheese whopper with extra pickles, fries and onion rings with a bottle of water...after 2 hrs my stomach didn't feel good so I laid down. I immediately ran to the bathroom and puked up everything. My tummy hurt so bad I was crying from all the pain. I didn't know whether to puke or use the toilet. I will never again eat or order anything from this location again. All I can think of is - it had to be the meat. It's really crazy because my husband got food poisoning from Burger King (Rt 18 North) and he actually ended up in the hospital. In 3 days he lost 22 lbs from the sickness (puking and diarrhea). He warned me to stop eating this crap and I should've listened. read more

every single time I go to this burger king the food is disgusting. that is why I went out of my way to write this review. it's not just bad, it is literally disgusting. and the soda is always just seltzer. the last 5x I went there I paid for a soda just to take a sip and it's basically seltzer water. the mayo tastes like it was left out over night (something my husband notes every time we eat there. Monday 7pm - place is empty except for an elderly couple, the staff and me. I place my order (2 whoppers with cheese and extra tomato - on sale 2 for $5). It took a couple of minutes during which I heard the manager say (twice), "Quattro Tomato," to the person in the back. I guess he was looking out for me. :^] I sat down and ate two of the BEST Whoppers I've had. They were very delicious and tasted fresh - including the bun. As the old couple got up and were walking out, the gentlemen said, "Good night, guys!" Then, like a freakin' commercial, the four employees chatting behind the counter turned, each raising a hand in a wave, smiled big big smiles and said, "Have a good night!" I'm lovin' it!! read more

Very poor management. I went there after a long time and once again they got my order wrong and missed 2 items. I came to know about it 20 minutes later after I got back home. I called them up immediately and the person who picked up the phone told me that I could pick it up next time I went there. He asked me to tell the manager that Eric served me and I would get the two orders that were missed. I mentioned that to the manager after 3-4 days after this incident. He was so impolite and didn't even want to talk to me. He Just told me that there is no one by name Eric and he walked away. I am not new to these kind of wrong orders and missing items when I go here. Happens over & over again even after management changes at this place. There are a lot of fast food places where the managers behave so impolitely and without any courtesy in E. Brunswick ... I really don't know how they stay in business. Btw, there was another Pizza place called Pie Five where the service was atrocious like this - it is good to know that they closed down quickly after they started business. read more

Went to Berger King(east brunswick) today in years. Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese. Told them I only wanted onions and ketchup. Got the burger with ketchup, no onions and pickles instead. Since I can't have a lot of salt, I had to open the sandwich and take pickles off. Also ordered onion rings (small) they were terrible. Ate one and threw the rest away. Won't be back. The staff need better training. The woman taking our order was extremely rude. I was trying to use a Burger King coupon but I guess the code on the coupon got torn and she didn't know what number to key in. She walked around asking everyone what code to use. Everyone said they didn't know. She comes back and says to me with an attitude 'I don't know what code to put because you lost the code.' I understand the coupon got torn but the employees should be able to figure out which code they need and without an attitude. I left without purchasing, and instead when to McDonald's where they accept competitors coupons and did so with no attitude or issue. This will be the last time I visit Burger King. read more

First off they shouldn't even get one star!! Service was horrible!! Waited at the drive thru for almost 30 minutes with only 2 cars in front of us. When we got to the window we were given the wrong order then after giving the food back to them we were told to go wait by the bushes. So far we are now waiting 45 minutes for food!! I don't normally leave reviews but after 3 strikes of poor service (which has gotten worse after each visit) I just had to say something. If I could give zero stars I would. The food at this place is always lame for one reason or another but I've given them chances because it's the closest one to my home and I know everyone has a bad day. Unfortunately, that's not the case with this place. I'm not sure how they are even able to stay open. The associates don't seem to care much at all and if you have an issue with something management gets involved and you would think that's a good thing...nope they are nasty and have no problem telling you to visit a different burger king. I mean really? That's great customer service, right? I'm so done with this place...it no longer exists to me. I had family in the car who experienced my last visit in the drive-thru and they were in awe when the manager said to visit another shop with her nasty tone. Its a hit or miss here. My lunch experience. Sometimes its a normal wait time in drive thru, but most of the time the drive thru wait is very slow and the line goes through parking spots... (a "slow" person must of designed it) walk in wait is even slower for no reason, there's like 2 people in line, even employee's here seem "slow"...maybe thats why its just so damn "slow" to get your food here? This review isn't about this Burger King but I could not find the one I was looking for (this is for the Burger King that is connected to the Popeyes farther down route 18). So I went there last night and the counter was closed and I understand that it was drive thru only which was fine (my boyfriend was getting Popeyes so we were inside). There was another customer that was inside that had just gotten Popeyes and got to order at the counter and when I went over the guy behind the counter was like sorry we're kinda closed up here. After about 10 years, I wanted to have Burger King meal.
