This Burger King restaurant does not even deserve one star! It has been filthy, and the employees do nothing to help! I watched while they made my burger-less cheeseburgers, 4 out of 22 were empty, and the girl who was making them at the time, had shoulder length dreadlocks, and her dreadlocks were going into the food whenever she leaned over! They dropped the french fry cups on the floor, and picked them up piece by piece, and put them back in the dispenser, but my sone had enough, he told the young lady, that he used to work in fast food, and they would throw those away, so she did, or didn't! The floors are all greasy, doors were broken, no signs, cigarette butts all over the outdoor eating area! They didn't even give us a receipt. I just ate from Burger King it was a horrible experience. To start, the microphone on the ordering is broken, I had to repeat my order three times. The microphone again stopped working so I pulled up to the window. At the window, I had to repeat my order because the employee had it wrong. She told me the total was $17.86, I told her I just ordered two sandwiches and onion rings, because they didn't have fries. When I got home to eat, the food was Awful the burgers were wrong and the onion rings were hard and stale. I cannot believe I almost $18.00 for a Burger king meal, never again... I came here 5/1/2022 at 8:15 pm... here were no lights on outside, the entire restaurant was dark. As ordering drive thru I mentioned it was dark and she (order taker) ignored the issue. Bad for franchise owner... ouch. Then ordered 2 impossible whoppers, 2 large fries and big fish. I asked for no katchup and no tomato on one. It was wrong they still put it on. Also, I asked one with cheese( they charged me ) no cheese on it. Big fish for my mom was old and stale and hard/chewy to eat. On 4/16/24 at 3:00 PM, I realized why this place is never busy. There is a short, stout, blonde young girl named Anna with the worst possible attitude for working with the public. I waited a very long time at the drive thru. After a number of, "hellos and is anyone there", I drove to the window. She rudely said, "The headset was off." After a long pause she said, "I can't take your order here. You'll hafta go back." And snootily turned her back and shut the window! She has been rude to me before on a previous visit simply because I asked a question about my order. I left and went across town to the Burger King on the South end of town. Worst BK I have ever been to. They were out of chocolate shakes, coke, marinara sauce for cheese sticks. Onion rings and burgers were old and cold. The franchise owner needs to wake up to the new competition surrounding this location and that employees are doing EVERYTHING possible to shut it down: twice-cooked meats (first cooked, trayed, then re-cooked to death [ie burnt/scortched] for your order!). Came here the other some times in march 2023 went through the drive thru no answer so I tried to go inside and the doors were semi locked in the middle of the day around 330pm saw an employee coming to the door just to bolt lock the doors without telling me they are close or nothing. Typical Burger King not my first choice in fine dining but in a rush it was a must. The service was good I had blinders on but it looked clean the food of choice was the low fat "sati-fries" (not sure of the spelling all of you Burger King Junkies know what they are) and a double whopper with cheese with 12 pickles. The high light of this dining experience was the super cool Cola-Cola Machine with unlimited choices programmed in (how do they do that, forget it I don't really want to know). The restaurant wasn't packed out it was abut 1:00 PM one kid sleeping in a booth, one older lady reading a book, a man and a woman who appeared to be having a office friendship relationship of sorts. The food came out quickly and the burger was well put together. I won't say I won't be back but it could be awhile. read more

She shouted to another employee she neede something pulled, again no explanation. Very unprofessional, employee had her children with her. She kept leaving the front counter to help her child in the bathroom. Her husband or bf was also there in the dining area watching a sports game very loudly on his phone all the while not helping her with the child. 1032 N Woodland location. I dont go here often at all, but when I do its always a problem. They are approaching the incompetence level of McDonalds. Even the English speaking employees dont seem to either understand our language, or dont listen. Order wrong almost every time. If I do go back, Ill have to employ my practice I have to use at McDonalds which is to check the bag every time.
