The drive thru cashier showed excellent quality quality customer service and was polite and friendly

I went in for lunch and the store was very clean. I was waited on right away and the lady was really nice and respectful. I didn't have to wait long for my food and it was hot and delicious. The store checked to see how everything was and was very friendly. It is nice to see great customer service. I will definitely be going back there often. read more

It's not horrid like the other Yelper's have proclaimed in their fits of displeasure and annoyance. The burgers at this location are good, not the best nor worst but okay. Back to what I was writing about before, the 1 star rating is only for the worst of the worst, such as a cockroach infested restaurant in which all employees call You offensive slurs as they spit in Your soup. Under any other circumstance I would rate this Burger King 3 stars but do to all the 1 star reviews I rate it 4. P.S They have good cheese such as all Burger King franchises. read more

went through the drive thru and told them there was an allergy and asked them to make my sandwich without Mayo and tomato. when I got my sandwich it had both those items and was missing one. I went back through and told them that it could have hurt me. they told me to drive up to the window. once there the manager asked to see the sandwich. she looked at it and said so what's wrong with it? I told her there was Mayo and tomato and was missing bacon. she said "there's no Mayo in here.". I told her it was in the other side of the tomatoes. she just shook her head and said she'd make it again, but I "needed to pull up and not be blocking her drive thru.". are you kidding me?????????? what a sorry excuse for a manager and customer service. This Burger King is awful. Don't go here unless you want to wait a long time for your food and then have them come out and ask you what you ordered. This happened to us. We went through the drive through and ordered our food. They gave us our drinks at the window and then, after having us wait at the window for a while had us pull up. After about ten minutes of waiting they came out and asked us what we had ordered. They had no idea what had happened to our food. When we asked for our money back they only offered a partial refund. A horrible experience. I have spoken to other people in the area and this experience is not unique. Go elsewhere if you can. read more

I will never go to this Burger King again. It was my second time there. The first time was not so good but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. First of all, when I walked in, the place sounded like lunchtime at a high school cafeteria, all from the staff behind the counter. And the silliness and teasing continued throughout my time there. I was finally greeted by a young man on grill duty. Then there was the food...my Whopper was cold and poorly put together. I asked for unsweetened tea with extra ice and received sweet tea with very little ice. With as many fast food restaurants near this Burger King, the owner or manager would want quality food and service. I will choose elsewhere to go next time. read more

Dirty, poorly run and generally not nice. Floors are super sticky, counter tops are un-wiped, hell even the rugs are sticky. Empty at Breakfast, no wonder why. Employees dress for success I think not! Avoid at all costs. read more

Awful service ,cold food. Apparently they were so upset over the Tennessee football game today that they couldn't less about the customers or the quality of food. The manager was so angry that she kept throwing her notebook on the floor. Their credit card machine was down so you could only pay cash. They were out of sweet tea. We will never be going there again. read more

Can I give zero stars? This place is pitiful. They do not keep forks available. I cannot eat buns because of a gluten allergy, and they have no utensils for eating their food. And Slower service cannot be found close by. Even McDonalds nearby serves faster and they usually have people wrapped around the building. Burger King is lucky to have a few patrons, and still it takes forever to get your food. read more

The place wasn't even busy and I was the only customer there. They were busy playing around in the back from what I could hear and see. My first review ever, that is how poor of an experience I've had with this Burger King. Every time I go through the drive through my order seems to get messed up. How hard is a plain burger? I even ask if they got it plain, and they say yes. I live 15 minutes away, by the time I get home, it's not even worth going back. This has happened on multiple occasions where I have tried to verify that they got my order correct and they still get it wrong. Not to mention the place is disgustingly unsanitary and the food is mostly stale and cool. If you're wanting Burger King around the Clinton Area, I'd advise going to the one in AC. read more

I live close by, and used to visit often... I observe every time I go I there, I have gone inside, place not busy, order a whooper with cheese, watch the front counter person take a whooper that is under the heat lamps and give it to the person in the back, they unwrap it, take it apart, put on a piece of cheese, wrap it back up and server it to me... I go to the table and the buns are hard and dry, and the inside is nothing but MUSH... I have taken a bunch of burgers back to the counter because of this.. last time I was in there I ordered a whooper jr with cheese and the same thing was going to happen again as the girl up front started to hand back the burger from under the lamps and I stopped her and told the guy at the register I wanted it build fresh, the teenager said to me that it would not be any different... been there when the female manager was all but yelling at everyone telling each one what to do, but it is the same old disaster every time im there... yes clothing is nasty, stained even the teenagers there have no respect for the very place they work at... one of the girls on break was sitting at a booth lounging way back and had her feet on the cushioned seat on the opposite side.. read more
