I even asked if the total was right because it was $6.52 and that seemed cheap to me. Perhaps it's cheaper because there was no egg? I appreciate the much quicker than the McDonald's up the street. Not wearing masks. The front people are but the people making the food are not. I also placed a mobile order. I was not taken care of until all of the people placing orders were done. I went there once. I asked for my drink with no ice. She put ice in it. I told her I didn't want ice so she poured out the drink and refilled the same cup with my drink. Didn't get the cross contamination effect. I guess I won't be eating at a Burger King in Claymont. read more

I went through the drive thru tonight (11:40pm) and the guy working it was more interested in joking around then taking the order, which provoked me to leave. I understand it's close to closing, but I just wanted to order food. Not have a stranger joke around with me without taking the order. This place is an absolute catastrophe! Definitely will drive the few extra miles to Aston if I ever want BK again. The staff is rude, never get the orders correct, and told me it was my fault when I ordered delivery through their APP never got my food and refused to refund me. I'll let the fraud department at the bank handle that. So disappointing that they refuse to own their own mistakes and blame a paying customer when they mess up. Sorry BK, I've given you multiple chances and I don't even like fast food, but figured I'd give the Impossible Whopper a chance. You have failed miserably and stolen my hard earned money. This Burger King is always clean, the staff is always friendly and kind, and the orders are ALWAYS accurate. They are open later than most all other BKs in the area, which is helpful after a late night at work. I cannot stress how hard the staff here works to ensure that the food is fresh, and exactly what you order. We drive here from PA. read more

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with no tomato add cheese. Well I got the sandwich with no tomato and no cheese. So essentially I paid them 60 cents to take the tomato off of the sandwich. I'm to blame as well, you would think that I've been to this Burger King enough to check my order before I leave, but I was in a rush and neglected to do so. I never heard of a restaurant that stops serving breakfast at 10 am. I pulled up to a drive through Burger King located on Philadelphia pike in Claymont Delaware at 10:15 am Saturday morning and they tell me I had to buy lunch at 10:15 am. I will not recommend your restaurant because you are not flexible enough to serve breakfast up to 12 noon. Most people want breakfast on weekend up to noon. read more

This happened 2 me twice and now I'm the fool for giving them another chance. I ordered a whopper with nothing on it but ketchup and when i got home i got a burger with everything on it and it was cold,that tells me this this was not made when I was there since i live less than a minute away. Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered my food through the app. I drove up to the drive through and it took over 20 minutes to get from the speaker to the window. When I finally got up there they did not have something that I had ordered so I had to substitute. Then I get my food and my onion rings are half full. I get home and my order is incorrect. I literally threw my food away after I watched the girl LICK GER FINGERS after eating fries- in between taking my payment and giving me my order. COVID or not, that's so nasty. Everyone who was working during Labor Day was incredibly nice. Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever. This morning I went to this location to purchase a sausage egg and cheese croissant with a large hash brown and an apple juice. They had no apple juice left they had no hashbrowns left. The person who took my order proceeded to give me cold french fries. Shouldn't you have a temperature monitor to check the temperature of the french fries and food the fact that this guy gave me cold french fries was a turn off completely from this Burger King. When I went to call Corporate surprise surprise they outsource to a foreign country and the representative told me that they had no way to directly connect me to corporate but the representative can talk to Corporate this proves there a Burger King is not trying to make things better for the customer. If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I recently moved into an apartment around that area and have been there a few times. On the first occasion I had been there, I ordered chicken fries with honey mustard & a mango smoothie, as I am allergic to strawberries. They gave me a strawberry smoothie, and no sauce. I asked for sauce, and was told I had to pay $.30 for two dipping sauces, despite the fact that every other location gave me two included in the meal. I reached out to customer service and received no reply. My next visit was tonight, my friend was craving chicken fries and I reluctantly told her about this Burger King. First time around the drive thru, they got my order correct (hooray!), but didn't give me a receipt or sauce for my two chicken fry meals. We went back around and again and were given one sauce for each of our meals, and when we asked for it we were told "we don't it right now, we have a lot of cars - I don't know what to tell ya." And waved along. Both of these times, and my two other visits in between, have one thing in common: HORRIBLE customer service. I understand it is a fast food place and not a lot is to be expected, but most places are at least slightly cooperative when they make mistakes, and sometimes even apologetic. This Burger King has very bad service. They have young people who apparently don't know what they were doing. We didn't get to order because they kept telling us to wait but we come here for fast food not to take their time. I really like Burger King but this one is really bad.
