Solid Taco Bell. Nothing special. Like any other Taco Bell chain. I would suggest people order on the app so that the food is ready and you don't have to wait for the food. But that is just me as I prefer to be in and out. They also have those kiosk machines if you would rather to prefer to order in person and they also have person cashiers to help if you need any assistance. read more

I don't do corporation reviews- Walmarts, fast food lalalala but I'm on the road out in many odd to me areas, where it's not so mom n pops. So I started shopping and eating at these places... and Taco Bell vegetarian food is my jam in those realm. They mostly all suck at putting a taco together or making anything as I order it. YET THIS ONE! This is my first time at this location so I don't know if it's a usual occurrence, but DAMN they packed it full and fresh like it wasn't the flat shell with old iceberg and a smear of bean on one corner and the accidentally chuck of chicken on the other corner, with all the cheese outside the wrapper and oops no sauce packets... Overall the service is typically good, however today around 1pm I went through the driveway and ordered a 12 pack and a few other things. When I got to the window there was a lady that was extremely rude when I mentioned that I wanted to make sure the tacos I ordered were Supreme and not just the regular ones she rolled her eyes and proceeded to back away from the window to a suppose tell the person making the tacos to stop. I was then greeted by another lady who was kind enough to finish out ringing me up. I was extremely apologetic even thought I was never asked how I wanted the tacos at the window I still took ownership of not stating that's what I wanted. When I got my first bag it was given to me by the first lady who was still visibly upset over the fact that I asked for supreme. She proceeded to hand me the Box of tacos, I thanked her and was given no response. Now usually this type of stuff doesn't bother me but quite frankly if you are in the business of customer service you should at the very least have some empathy or say your welcome. I feel bad for the lady because it doesn't seem like she is fit for the job and may be taking it out on customer especially when. It's a simple mistake. read more

Taco Bell was one of the staples of my college days. It was a place to grab a cheap eat when I ventured downtown. Fast forward two decades and the fast food chain has grown up a bit. Instead of whitewash and formica, the dining area decor has been updated in comfortable earth tones. Unfortunately, two decades of inflation has not been kind to their offerings. Prices have gone up and the fast food chain is now skimping on toppings and portion sizes. The Nachos Bell Grande I ordered is but a shell of its former self. On the plus side, Taco Bell now has more drink choices and more condiments. So innovation continues. As far as this particular Taco Bell location goes, the employees are courteous. The dining area is comfortable and nicely air-conditioned for a hot summer day, but felt a bit small and cramped. The parking lot too is a bit tight and congested during the lunch rush, and hard to get in and out of because this Taco Bell is located in an island in the middle of Concord Pike. It's a design decision that may have made sense back in the day but is rather questionable now that the road is a busy 3-lane highway. So overall, it's a mixed bag of an experience. I don't think I'd be a regular customer here but it's an option for when I'm tired of the other choices in the area. read more

This location across from Brandywine fire company. Next ski store and near Brandywine YMCA. It has awesome quadrilles and cheesy fiesta potatoes. The service was awesome and the service was so quick. I definitely recommend to others. read more

But when I show up at Taco Bell...sober..:at 1:45am, and get an ass ton of attitude of a young woman on duty who's response over the intercom is "ummm...hi we're out of protein and we close in 10 minutes..." I'm sorry...what? Is this real. I understand you're closing in what's actually 15 minutes (please take the time to learn your math), but you're out of protein? I simply responded with "do you have nacho fries or any food available?" The response I get back..."ummmm we're of food and close in 9 minutes". I get it...you want to close up. You're done with your shift. But to throw this shade that you have "no food". No no no, homegirl. Ignorance to a new level. Thank goodness you had no food available, I'd rather not bother to pay Taco Bell for their food if their low to mid quality staff isn't even going to bother to serve anyone. read more

This location is well maintained and clean. Since they tore down the ski store and redid the place, its been much easier to find parking and get in/out of the place. IN regards to the food, well, its Taco Bell. Either you love the fast food joint or you dont. Im a fan of Meximelts and 7 Layer Burritos which they have made tasty for me nearly every time. There have been some late nights where I may have had a crusty one, but thats not the norm. If youre eating fast food after midnight then you accept the risks... ~_^ read more

I stopped by this location on my way home to DC. First off the cashier, Tirth was welcoming, friendly, polite & patient. His customer service was over the roof! He served my family and i with a smile. I didn't make it quickly to the counter to get my food & he even brought it over to me. Small gesture highly appreciated. I also noticed how clean this location was. Also major thing was the amount of food was perfect. Like my taco had a lot of cheese and lettuce that is rare at most Taco Bell's. This Taco Bell has the absolute best staff of any Taco Bell I've ever been to, and I'm talking Nationwide because I've traveled the entire country. They go above and beyond - at least in my multiple experiences over the years everytime I'm in Delaware. On my way home from Philly a few nights ago I decided to go off the route just to hit this Taco Bell before getting home late. It was around 12:40 a.m. . I ordered 3 chalupas with beans instead of meat, Fresco style, adding potatoes as well. They were getting a shipment in and the grill was down. I could not get neither a chalupa shell nor potatoes on my tacos. Having had an extremely long and very frustrating day, admittedly I was pretty irked about that but it wasn't their fault, so I tried to keep my discomfort to a minimum. Regardless, they gave me 10% off of my order for the inconvenience. These are wonderful people and the food was still just as good. read more

Today was a wash out! The drive thru was closed even though torrential rains have been coming down all week. I walked in to at least 8 people in line, there was one cashier working with the other on her cell phone. I got the impression that the working cashier was new. He really needed her help and she could have taken orders. I stood for 20 minutes. That was enough. This is during the dinner hour! I'm not a regular at fast food places. Now I know why.
