Truly so so slow. Has made me late to work multiple times. Fast food does not exist at this place. Half the time workers just stand around... read more

I sat in the drive through for over 20 minutes for a mobile order of JUST 16 nuggets. After getting to the window the worker just sits there and stares at a screen for another 10 minutes. Once they finally approach me they have the wrong bag and ask if I paid. I told them yes and after they proceed to tell me my total. Upon receiving my food it was ice cold. read more

I was looking for a quick bite to eat while I was on the road. We were nearing lunch time and I just wanted something I could eat in my hands as I was driving. I know it probably isn't the best idea to do, but through the drive thru I went. Coming into Chambersburg you kind of get a subliminal message to stop at Burger King. Right before you get to the line of the city there is one location that is kind of just sitting by itself. You think twice and keep on driving. Somehow it lingers in the back of your mind and you wish to yourself that you should have indulged, at the same time you think to yourself I'm glad I did not give in. Just as that thought is about to slip out of your mind another Burger King pops up right in front of you, you basically cave at that point. I pulled up and ordered a Chicken Jr., Cheeseburger, and an order of fries. Minimal wait at the drive thru as everyone is doing it now. Pay and I am on my way. Pull back out on the road and decided to dive into the fries first. You could tell by the temperature of the fries that they were fresh out of the fryer, however that is about the only thing you notice. I bite into one expecting a bit of crispiness but they were all soggy like. Almost as if they took them out of the fryer a little too soon. The Chicken Jr. wasn't bad. Might have cut back on the amount of lettuce that was placed on the sandwich. It was almost the wrong ratio for the size of the sandwich. Then was the cheeseburger. Your basic cheeseburger, ketchup, mustard, pickle, cheese, but it was all between the driest bun I had ever had. I know, I got what I paid for, I should have known better. But I was selfish that day. I didn't want to get out of my vehicle and I kind of wanted to keep heading in the direction I started out this trip on. I can't complain more than I already have, so lesson here is you get what you crave for. read more

The food was sooo salty and my chicken was soggy I wish I didn't get it. Both of my fries were VERY salty, I don't recommend at all. My wooper was very soggy as well. Very disappointing and disgusting read more

We came here for lunch. I had a chicken sandwich and french fries. My wife had a cheeseburger. This Burger King looks new and the interior was clean. The staff was friendly. This does appear to be a place where people socialize. The food was good. read more

I wish i could give 0 stars. this is the worst burger king i have ever ever been to. the service is always slow, which im pretty sure is is due to being low staffed however if they treated their employees better im sure it would change! i waited 30 whole minutes for my food and when i got it, it was cold. i said something to the manager(Pam) she snatched my bag, scoffed, rolled her eyes and yelled back to the kitchen to remake it. i saw her rush the ONE employee they had on the line making food. ive also heard of the establishment being very dirty by the night shift managers. when i asked for corporates information she said "we dont have it,look it up" this is a horrible place with horrible people read more

Not much time for a proper lunch today, so I popped into this BK for a quick Whopper. The crew was a little horsing around but that didn't seem to delay my lunch being prepared and trayed for me. The Whopper was assembled properly and the fries were done right. This BK has the Coke Freestyle machine. The soda and condiments area was tidy and the rest of the dining area was clean. read more

See all

Food was great, quick service, friendly staff. One of the best Burger Kings I've been to.

So you know the new hand breaded chicken sandwich they have? Well apparently once they run out for the day they aren't making more, at least for people of color. And they aren't even apologetic about it! They act like they're McDonald's or something! Pump your breaks BK, you barely compete with Wendy's to be turning away customers so rudely! But it's ok, Popeyes has a better chicken sandwich AND they aren't racist! And you had the nerve to close for Juneteenth like you cared! read more

I went here one day before I got on the road to go on vacation and they just opened the new store we go in and order... the food came out quick but it was so cold I didn't even want to eat it the fries tasted stale and soggy the impossible whopper was nasty threw it away and they were so loud and obnoxious never again read more

Ladies and gentlemen, let me just say that in this establishment you get both food and a show. Ordered 2 family meals 3 hours before closing and manager(or what I assume was a manager) started having a full meltdown over how they would run out of meat and some other crap. Proceeded to slam things around and repeatedly curse and scream about it for the rest of my waiting time. Not only that but they were talking literally 5 seconds from where I was sitting saying things like "She looks like she hasn't worked a job like this" baby I have worked on food service for YEARS. I know how this is, however never have I acted like a child in front of customers. Not my issue this is the job you chose. I made a move and stopped working at such places, maybe you should go see a therapist to help you with your attitude. But nonetheless, awesome show 10/10 recommend. Shouldve recorded but didn't have time lol. Anyways peace and don't eat here :) read more

While doing our biweekly shopping we stop by to get something to eat. We were quickly disappointed not at the food but the Chaos in the store. They seem to have recently open they talking, arguing almost each other so loud all the customers on the floor can heard them. Was not a great experience. The food was great the service and management such specially the trainers. read more

Burgers are dry never have lettuce like they are supposed to and if you order or request changes to your sandwich they always mess it up

Legit didn't get a single burger correct out of 4, after taking forever to get us our order. After all that, we didn't even receive napkins.

The crew was clearly horsing around. It took my friend and I 10-15 minutes to get our food when it wasn't a complicated order whatsoever. The tables were dirty and I found hair in my food! I will not be returning to this establishment. read more

Always have to wait at least 10 minutes at the window. Several times I have had them mess my order up.. I've gotten sick off their food and I refuse to go back read more

Usually luke warm food and orders are not correct. Plus if you order French toast sticks, half the time you don't get any syrup!

This review doesn't necessarily pertain to this Burger King specifically but to all burger kings in general. If your looking clog your innards with some form of convenient food I would drive up the road to Wendy's. For a place that calls themselves the king of burgers, it's sad that that they get the socks knocked of them by Wendy's. Burger kings burgers really don't deserve to be called burgers when stacked up against the mighty baconater. The new bacon BBQ from bk looked promising but once again I was disappointed with the lack of actual meat compared to the amount of other junk (aka pickles, tomatoes, lettuce). Points for the BBQ sauce but still not the same heavenly experience as eating a baconater. In my opinion Wendy's is still the standard for fast food burgers. read more

I went in this place almost a week ago and made two separate orders through the drive thru. I get to the window to pay and I pay for my first order with a card, the lady seemingly forgot I had a second order so I reminded her and she gave me my food. I had the money in my hand to pay her but she closed the window and I drove off assuming she just charged my card for both orders. Didn't make a big deal of it. I find out yesterday that not only did the lady that gave me my order that day called me a thief but another one of the girls that works there, was talking bad about me to my friend when she went to order food from the drive thru. My friend told me everything she said. This girl called me a thief and talked about how my friend needed to get a better babysitter/friend because whenever I go there with my 4 year old god daughter (my friend's child) I get a big sandwich for myself and a small sandwich for her. Not only that but the woman that took my order that day was supposedly going to go to my job and talk to my manager about me "stealing". Unprofessional and disrespectful. I go to this BK often and I'm respectful but I will not go here anymore and nor will my friend. The manager guy that's there however was very kind and understanding despite how upset I was when I walked in there to confront his employee. read more
