It was ok. We had two beer, wings and queso with chips. Nothin' to write home about. The bartender was really nice.

If there was a way to give 0 stars I would. I first ordered a modelo and bar tender did not pour it correctly. The modelo came out flat. Couldn't finish it, so disgusting so I got a jack and coke. The first one was a jack and coke. The second one was not a jack and coke I waited 30 mins to finally get the bartenders attention. Brought me what was not a jack and coke when I told the bartender she gave me an attitude swearing on her life it was when I clearly know it's not. I asked for another she poured another and it tasted completely different. I have over 7k in points at buffalos never had any issues with any but man this place is garbage. Sadly it's the only spot in the lame town where I can watch all the football games other wise I'm not coming back. read more

Bartender didn't even say hello or welcome before I ordered...she brought my wings without my fries and left without saying a word. When finally came back I asked about my fries and she said they're coming right up....and they showed up after I was about done with my wings 20 mins later without an apology or anything. Never will I return, pitiful display of customer service. No wonder their reviews suck like their service! Your customers are why your employed dummies! read more

Best place to refuel post golf round. Only drawbacks the TV channel selection, got us in here watching professional pickleball, and highlights from 1985. Other than that wings were smackin read more

Traveling through on a Sunday, so stopped by to this familiar restaurant to watch football and break up a long drive home. The positives were that the booth was comfortable, tons of TVs and they had bathrooms. Food was ok, probably about the same as any other. Service was disappointingly slow with some excuses that did not add up. I get being short staffed and am forgiving of that, but not sure that was the only issue here, if it was an issue. read more

Food took extremely long and people who came after me for pickup got their food befor mines. The only Response i got from the lady at the desk was "It coming, it Coming you have to wait" even after i asked her to check in the kitchen and explained that i am waiting too long. read more

Solid spot for watching the game. Not the best wings in town, but burgers and sandwiches are very good. Friendly staff and inviting bar...great for Saturday or Sunday afternoons! read more

Went there about 4pm. They had 3 customers. I was given a table. NOBODY CAME! Meanwhile two other employees leaned up against the bar. Waited close to 20 mins before I left. A drink offer would have been nice at least. It is obvious why your rating is so low. read more

Our waitress very nice and good . Front staff horrible . We where not greeted . Bar tender took almost 1 hr to make our drinks . Floor was super dirty . Food was good . But I like to go where we feel welcomed and we didn't feel welcomed here . read more

Great service tonight from Brittney who was friendly and attentive. The wings were quite good, but I likely won't have the Thai sauce again on bone-in wings. Even a day later, despite washing and scrubbing my hands a couple of times. I still have curry stains on my cuticles. It's fine for the boneless wings if you're having those with a knife and fork, but with fingers is going to be a "No." Lots of televisions, tuned to five or six different sports channels plus a trivia competition on one and the list of beers on tap consuming another. read more

When into the restaurant the kid at the desk said 10-15 minute. Two other groups came In after us. Both groups got called in. Went in to ask when we were going to be seated they had forgotten we were there. The manger on duty was absolutely clueless. And wouldn't know customers service to save his life. Will never step I. Another one. read more

I ordered my food online. It told me my food would be ready at 9:40. I got there at 9:30. Someone came up, asked the necessary questions, name, what I ordered, etc. I sat there for another 25 minutes before my food even came out. They offered no apology or update as to why myself & 4 other people were waiting as long as we were. Food finally comes out, & already annoyed & pissed off, I leave to go enjoy my meal. I get back to my hotel room and my order is messed up.. I ordered two orders of wings, one with fries & a side order of fries. I didn't get the side order of fries. When I called back, they told me I might get a refund, or someone would call. Someone make it make sense. I'm never going there again, I'll much less go to Sheetz. read more

Two stars are for the clean restaurant and the nice waitress. Food obviously sat in the kitchen. It was cold/like warm. One meal was wrong and had to go back after we waited for a good while. The buffalo wild wings in Hagerstown MD is definitely better. We probably won't be back to this one again. read more

Unfortunately this was the worst experience I have ever had at a BDubs. At lunch there and when I went I. We were the 5th table and there were 3 people at the bar, it was slow. We ordered 24 wings, potato wedges and cheese, and it took 1:05 to get are food. Then when they dropped it off the didn't leave any napkins or silverware. The wings were also cold, and they got the order wrong. The server did t come back for another 30 mins. By this time we were just waiting to get a napkin and a check. The server apologized once for the food taking so long, then proceeded to apologize to 2 other tables. The most frustrating thing was after waiting that long, was getting cold food, the wrong order, and then zero effort. read more

We went here last night & had a great time! The service was outstanding, as we had a wonderful waitress (Peaches) & also had the manager & the "captain" greet us & give us samples of the sauces. The wings were very tasty. I liked the boneless & my husband liked the traditional so we were both happy! We agreed that the BBQ sauce was our favorite. Also, my beer was ice cold, which is exactly how beer should be! Great wings & great beer--what more can anyone ask for??? read more

Service has been inconsistent over the many times I've been here but I've never been disappointed by the food.

Went for lunch today with some friends. Food took forever and temperature inside was cold. Waitress said the temp is "controlled by corporate". Yea-right. Well so was your tip for your don't care attitude. Experiences at BWW in Urbana, Md. completely different. read more

Decided to eat in and it wasn't super busy, maybe busier than it has been but there was atleast 3 servers tonight 7 tables, At one point one of the servers was up front could see people stressed. All night slow bringing orders out. Didn't bring our fries out til we were basically done with our wings. Took long to bring out our dips. Next time we will just order to go that seemed to go a bit faster. Rude as hell tonight. Thanks for your service read more

If you like being served wings with feathers and exceptionally slow service, Chambersburg Buffalo Wild Wings is the place for you! The waitress offered a measly 15% off my order after being shown wings with feathers in them. On top of that, I had to find my own fork and napkins--the waitress forgot to give us them. She also seemed visibly angry to help us after we showed her my food. My day is ruined and disappointment is immeasurable. If I wanted food with feathers in it I could've stopped over at Petsmart. A revolting experience I will not be forgetting any time soon. read more

In town for work, visit the area every month. Usually have dinner at Longhorn, wait time at Longhorn was excessive. Decided to try BWW, regret that decision. To start, I'm at hostess stand, she looks right past me and seats others that walked in after me. Large draft beer was over $7, ouch. When my chicken wrap came out, I thought it was from the kids menu. I asked the waitress for side of sauce, wasn't delivered for 10 minute, while I could see her scrolling on her phone through the window on kitchen door before my sauce was delivered by her. Never again will I step into this place. read more

I'm not sure what everyone's gripe is with this location but, I got my take out order at the time specified, during this whole COVID crises with friendly sta. Food was hot and delicious. I've been to BWWs across 11 states for work and this is the only location that packed a fork and knife set in my to-go order. Great job B-Dubs Chambersburg! Keep it up! Haters gonna hate! read more

I love this BWW location. Yes its crowded, yes it's a chain but the service and food are consistently good. We've never had to wait terribly long for a table or food. And the staff has always been very knowledgeable and super nice. The only draw is the parking lot, but that's not the establishments fault. read more

From the start, we should have turned around and left. Three different servers came to wait on our table right after we sat down. None of them communicated with each other and that was apparent throughout the entire meal as various servers came back. A total of four servers interacted with our table. I just went there to eat; not be the subject of a team in dire need of communication skills. Beyond that, the food was mediocre at best. There was barely any sauce on the wings. There was a large chunk of ice that prohibited me from drinking the water. Needless to say I won't be coming back anytime soon. Maybe it's just this BWW. read more

Waited for a good 15 minutes just to get our order taken for drinks. Since we had time to find what food we wanted we put in our order for food as we ordered drinks. Another 15 minutes goes by and we finally get our drinks, but my friend waited at least another 10-15 minutes for his beer. Around an hour in and we still didn't have our food. Once the food finally showed up I was so hungry I didn't even notice they brought me the wrong order. It wasn't until a waiter came by and asked what I ordered and he said I got the wrong wings. I said it was fine and didn't even notice (ordered jalepeno and BBQ wings, they brought out Asian zing and BBQ). They weren't even that busy and still got my order wrong after taking ages. Will never eat here again. read more

This Buffalo Wild Wings has just opened at this location. I was here on a Tuesday evening, meeting a group for dinner. I arrived early to put my name in and get a table reserved, since there were 9 of us. They didn't allow call-ahead seating, which was disappointing since there were so many of us. I feel like that should be available for larger groups. The parking lot is cramped, and I'd hate to have a large truck or SUV. When it's busy, you may have a bit of a walk to the restaurant. It is a super convenient location off of I-81, so that's nice. There's a little seating inside while you wait for a table, but not much. This establishment is smaller than others, and the reason we learned was that it's corporate owned rather than franchised. Regardless of the reason, it's entirely too small. The young ladies I checked in with told me it would be about 35 minutes, playing it safe. That didn't sound too bad considering they were packed! However, just over 50 minutes later we got our table. I understand the wait with 9 people, but a better estimate would have been nice. And again, a call-ahead seating option would have helped. But, they are a newly opened establishment, so I'll cut some slack. The young lady who was our server looked overwhelmed with our group. She handled us with a polite smile and attitude, but you could see it on her face that she was a little apprehensive. In a newly opened restaurant, a server with more experience should be taking larger tables. She got a few things wrong and forgot a few things, but she did apologize for each error and any wait we had, so I can't really complain about here. Plus, our bills were all correct and they didn't charge for a couple of things they messed up on. The manager came by and apologized for the couple of the minor mistakes. This was actually my first time at a BWW. I do love wings, but usually get them from independent establishments. However, we all wanted to try this new place so that's where we landed. You get a lot of flavor options for your wings, that's the best part. Plus, you can do some mixing and matching. I got mild, after being warned that the sauces, are by default, spicy. Good thing, because the mild made my mouth burn! They were good, nice and sauced without swimming and cooked well. Meaty enough, although I've had meatier. The fries were ok. They are thin fries, very little skin, and not grease-soaked. You don't get very many, and they were warm at best instead of piping hot like I prefer. Not bad, but there are better. Most of us at the table got some form of wings. One got a salad that looked fresh and pretty. I had a beer which was delicious, although a bit pricey. Overall I think the food here is too pricey. It was half-price wing Tuesday (thank goodness) and those prices are reasonable. Full price is enough to give you heart-burn before you even eat! I don't think the food is that good to warrant those prices. A beer, snack-sized wings (on half-price wing Tuesday) and fries, with tip, set me back $15 and change. Go to any local Italian restaurant and you'll get delicious wings at a very modest price. Service was fairly fast, but it should be. I mean, wings don't take long to cook. Drinks took awhile, and considering most at the table ordered a soda, it shouldn't have taken quite that long. She brought them out 2 or 3 at a time. This place is too crowded for the poor servers to bring out a tray full of drinks! It's cramped, small, and very loud inside. But, people can choose music to play so you get a variety. TVs are everywhere for the sports enthusiast. Overall: ok, but it's not somewhere I'll rush to. Some people just love this restaurant chain, but I just don't see the value. read more

This restaurant is very clean, friendly and has great food. Our server was very nice and made sure we had everything. The food was delicious and was better than expected. Come here for great service and great food. There's even TVs to watch many different sports. There is also things for kids to do while waiting for food. There is free mini games to play on small tablets and arcade games. I highly recommend this place. read more

If you're a fan of the bleu cheese burger then you probably THINK Red Robin's is the best "yummm?" Yuk! No! You have GOT TO try Buffalo Wild Wings Bleu Cheese burger! First of all, they actually top it with enough bleu cheese you can taste the bleu cheese! Hello! It's kinda the reason you ordered the burger! Then you have options on your sauce! Like 10+! Or at least 8, there were alot! And not your everyday ones like ranch and bbq but jalapeno! And you could add other cheeses and condiments! I'm probably the biggest burger critic and I'll pay double digits for a burger GLADLY but don't play me on what you say is supposed to be on the burger and BWW doesn't play! My burger was double stacked and piled high and they didn't skimp on ingredients! I only wish I had eaten in so I could have told the manager and cook in person how totally awesome my bleu cheese was and I'm NEVER EVER getting one from Red Robins again! Later for them! And my tater tots were fried to PERFECTION! Like they have a fryer angel hovering over the fryer temping the tots and saying "now!" That's just how cooked to perfection they were! Can you tell I'm all about my food!? And seriously I love nothing more than getting what I paid for and expected. But when I get better than, I want to make sure I share it so everyone else knows spend your hard earned money here cuz you won't be sorry! BWW you rock and I'll be back! read more

Love the food at other BWWs, but this place is horrible and I have tried three times hoping it was just an off day. So done with that with gross place. The worst service I have ever received at this franchise The mens bathroom had urine all over the floor to start. I couldn't wash my hands because of the nasty sink area. After ordering two chicken sandwiches and some cheese curds we waited for 40 minutes. We were one of the only few in the there. Not busy by any means. Our food came out wrong and the curds weren't even made. The bartender who took our order was busy with friends the whole time I am a restaurant manager and own one!!! Very good server and very nice waiter but the manager was disrespectful and didn't really make the restaurant welcoming. First time going to a Buffalo Wild Wings. Probably will be my last. I wanted a shrimp sandwich which was listed on their website. Turns out the menu changed and it's no longer available. Ordered a beer at the same time as our appetizer. It finally arrived half way through the main course. I had chicken tenders which were good and crispy. Nothing special about fries but probably because they were barley warm. They also need to do some cleaning. The picture on the wall by the table probably has never been wiped down. The worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been to. The service was horrible and incredibly slow. We had three different waitresses come to our table within five minutes. The last waitress was very rude when we told her we already had two waitresses come to our table. Clearly, the staff was not communicating well with one another. When my order came out, part of my meal was cold and they gave me a sauce much spicier than the mild one I ordered. It was also very hot in the restaurant. Many customers were fanning themselves with their menus. This is definitely not a Buffalo Wild Wings I would return to. read more
