Traveling through on a Sunday, so stopped by to this familiar restaurant to watch football and break up a long drive home. The positives were that the booth was comfortable, tons of TVs and they had bathrooms. Food was ok, probably about the same as any other. Great service tonight from Brittney who was friendly and attentive. The wings were quite good, but I likely won't have the Thai sauce again on bone-in wings. Even a day later, despite washing and scrubbing my hands a couple of times. I still have curry stains on my cuticles. It's fine for the boneless wings if you're having those with a knife and fork, but with fingers is going to be a "No." Lots of televisions, tuned to five or six different sports channels plus a trivia competition on one and the list of beers on tap consuming another. read more

Someone came up, asked the necessary questions, name, what I ordered, etc. I sat there for another 25 minutes before my food even came out. They offered no apology or update as to why myself & 4 other people were waiting as long as we were. Food finally comes out, & already annoyed & pissed off, I leave to go enjoy my meal. I get back to my hotel room and my order is messed up.. I ordered two orders of wings, one with fries & a side order of fries. I didn't get the side order of fries. Unfortunately this was the worst experience I have ever had at a BDubs. At lunch there and when I went I. We were the 5th table and there were 3 people at the bar, it was slow. We ordered 24 wings, potato wedges and cheese, and it took 1:05 to get are food. Then when they dropped it off the didn't leave any napkins or silverware. The wings were also cold, and they got the order wrong. The server did t come back for another 30 mins. By this time we were just waiting to get a napkin and a check. The server apologized once for the food taking so long, then proceeded to apologize to 2 other tables. We went here last night & had a great time! The service was outstanding, as we had a wonderful waitress (Peaches) & also had the manager & the "captain" greet us & give us samples of the sauces. The wings were very tasty. I liked the boneless & my husband liked the traditional so we were both happy! We agreed that the BBQ sauce was our favorite. If you like being served wings with feathers and exceptionally slow service, Chambersburg Buffalo Wild Wings is the place for you! The waitress offered a measly 15% off my order after being shown wings with feathers in them. On top of that, I had to find my own fork and napkins--the waitress forgot to give us them. She also seemed visibly angry to help us after we showed her my food. My day is ruined and disappointment is immeasurable. If I wanted food with feathers in it I could've stopped over at Petsmart. In town for work, visit the area every month. Usually have dinner at Longhorn, wait time at Longhorn was excessive. Decided to try BWW, regret that decision. To start, I'm at hostess stand, she looks right past me and seats others that walked in after me. Large draft beer was over $7, ouch. When my chicken wrap came out, I thought it was from the kids menu. I asked the waitress for side of sauce, wasn't delivered for 10 minute, while I could see her scrolling on her phone through the window on kitchen door before my sauce was delivered by her. I love this BWW location. Yes its crowded, yes it's a chain but the service and food are consistently good. We've never had to wait terribly long for a table or food. And the staff has always been very knowledgeable and super nice. The only draw is the parking lot, but that's not the establishments fault. read more

From the start, we should have turned around and left. Three different servers came to wait on our table right after we sat down. None of them communicated with each other and that was apparent throughout the entire meal as various servers came back. A total of four servers interacted with our table. I just went there to eat; not be the subject of a team in dire need of communication skills. Beyond that, the food was mediocre at best. There was barely any sauce on the wings. This Buffalo Wild Wings has just opened at this location. I was here on a Tuesday evening, meeting a group for dinner. I arrived early to put my name in and get a table reserved, since there were 9 of us. They didn't allow call-ahead seating, which was disappointing since there were so many of us. I feel like that should be available for larger groups. The parking lot is cramped, and I'd hate to have a large truck or SUV. When it's busy, you may have a bit of a walk to the restaurant. It is a super convenient location off of I-81, so that's nice. There's a little seating inside while you wait for a table, but not much. This establishment is smaller than others, and the reason we learned was that it's corporate owned rather than franchised. Regardless of the reason, it's entirely too small. The young ladies I checked in with told me it would be about 35 minutes, playing it safe. That didn't sound too bad considering they were packed! However, just over 50 minutes later we got our table. I understand the wait with 9 people, but a better estimate would have been nice. And again, a call-ahead seating option would have helped. But, they are a newly opened establishment, so I'll cut some slack. The young lady who was our server looked overwhelmed with our group. She handled us with a polite smile and attitude, but you could see it on her face that she was a little apprehensive. In a newly opened restaurant, a server with more experience should be taking larger tables. She got a few things wrong and forgot a few things, but she did apologize for each error and any wait we had, so I can't really complain about here. Plus, our bills were all correct and they didn't charge for a couple of things they messed up on. The manager came by and apologized for the couple of the minor mistakes. This was actually my first time at a BWW. I do love wings, but usually get them from independent establishments. However, we all wanted to try this new place so that's where we landed. You get a lot of flavor options for your wings, that's the best part. Plus, you can do some mixing and matching. I got mild, after being warned that the sauces, are by default, spicy. Good thing, because the mild made my mouth burn! They were good, nice and sauced without swimming and cooked well. Meaty enough, although I've had meatier. The fries were ok. They are thin fries, very little skin, and not grease-soaked. You don't get very many, and they were warm at best instead of piping hot like I prefer. Not bad, but there are better. Most of us at the table got some form of wings. One got a salad that looked fresh and pretty. I had a beer which was delicious, although a bit pricey. Overall I think the food here is too pricey. It was half-price wing Tuesday (thank goodness) and those prices are reasonable. Full price is enough to give you heart-burn before you even eat! I don't think the food is that good to warrant those prices. A beer, snack-sized wings (on half-price wing Tuesday) and fries, with tip, set me back $15 and change. Go to any local Italian restaurant and you'll get delicious wings at a very modest price. Service was fairly fast, but it should be. I mean, wings don't take long to cook. Drinks took awhile, and considering most at the table ordered a soda, it shouldn't have taken quite that long. She brought them out 2 or 3 at a time. This place is too crowded for the poor servers to bring out a tray full of drinks! It's cramped, small, and very loud inside. But, people can choose music to play so you get a variety. Come here for great service and great food. There's even TVs to watch many different sports. There is also things for kids to do while waiting for food. I'm probably the biggest burger critic and I'll pay double digits for a burger GLADLY but don't play me on what you say is supposed to be on the burger and BWW doesn't play! My burger was double stacked and piled high and they didn't skimp on ingredients! I only wish I had eaten in so I could have told the manager and cook in person how totally awesome my bleu cheese was and I'm NEVER EVER getting one from Red Robins again! Later for them! And my tater tots were fried to PERFECTION! Like they have a fryer angel hovering over the fryer temping the tots and saying "now!" That's just how cooked to perfection they were! After ordering two chicken sandwiches and some cheese curds we waited for 40 minutes. We were one of the only few in the there. Not busy by any means. First time going to a Buffalo Wild Wings. Probably will be my last. I wanted a shrimp sandwich which was listed on their website. Turns out the menu changed and it's no longer available. Ordered a beer at the same time as our appetizer. It finally arrived half way through the main course. I had chicken tenders which were good and crispy. Nothing special about fries but probably because they were barley warm. They also need to do some cleaning. The picture on the wall by the table probably has never been wiped down.
