Burger King's food is excellent, like the original chicken sandwich. Also their service is good just for example they just left us with no straws and a medium fry but other than that their service was good. Lastly their ambiance was great for example they had peaceful music and they had nice and kind waitresses. That's why Burger King is four stars in opinion. read more

Waited almost a half hour for food when there was zero wait to order in drive thru line. Only 5 people ahead of us. Crazy. It was actually kind of fun in a way, to see such a high level of ineptitude. After all that wait, the guy confirmed my order at drive thru window and it was totally a different order. I told him that and then he found my order and so we were on the right track... so I thought. Then they proceeded to give us that first (wrong) order instead of ours anyway! Stopped here for breakfast on our way north. While our wait wasn't super long, it was a bit longer than it should have been considering the fact that there was only one order ahead of us. My sausage biscuit with egg was good but would have been much better with a real egg in place of the liquid egg. My order of hashbrowns contained fresh and old......some were real good but most were tough and sucked. The frappe I got was great and Brenda, the gal that waited on us, was very nice. read more

I never have a good experience at the 17 mile Road Burger King but today I'm especially irritated. I went to the window I ordered my food. She repeated it back to me exactly the way I ordered it so I thought things were going pretty good at this point, I ordered a medium onion ring to go with my number two I get to the window, the hemi three fries I told them I ordered onion rings they got the manager the young kid who came up and told me with a smirk on his face, he thought it was funny that I had to go back in line and then I never ordered the onion ring even though I was I know how they are there and I was very careful and I and she repeated it back to me and they made some kind of joke out of it. I'm just not going back there again. I'll spend my money somewhere else. read more

Unsanitary for sure. The person putting our order together used her bare hands at the register and then turned around and stuck her fingers inside the fry cup to position it so she could fill it. The floors in the eating area were dirty, and behind the counter not only were they dirty but they were littered with food, papers and cups. We ordered two Whoppers and neither one was right. The one with cheese had no cheese and the one with no onion had onion on it. While we ate two different people came in from using the drive thru because their orders were wrong. They were very short with the older gentleman in front of us, and was not nice to us either. She looked like she hated her job and she had to be the on duty manager because the others were kids working. We will never stop there again! read more

I had a really bad experience here the other day. I wanted in the drive through for over 20 minutes with only two cars ahead of me. After finally getting my food I noticed that my large fry was half full. Not only that the fries tasted burnt. I went back through the drive through and requested to talk to a manager. To my surprise it was the lady who got my fries and she knew they weren't full. She was very rude. I hope they can do quality check before giving out their food and be nicer to their customers. read more

Well first off the woman taking my order was definitely came off as rude and did not possess any urgency to try to get my order out fast at all therefore having to wait for quite some time for my meal... While i waited i could see one of the workers in the back making the food and very clearly saw him pick his crotch and go back to making burgers... So here comes my meal after the long wait and the fries were very soggy, no crunch at all and all i can think of while eating my burger is that kids crotch hand. 11:20 am, I was the only one in line. Took them 10 minutes just to acknowledge me. Then when I get my food to go and am already on the highway I realize they forgot two out of the 5 things of my 4 for 5$. This is the 2nd time we have stopped at this particular Burger King. The food is good and they get your order right. The restaurant and bathrooms are VERY clean. This is going to be a regular stop. read more

Awful chicken Cesar salad. They give you some nasty Cesar vinagarette to go on it. When I complained, I was told that most people just get ranch. Well, that defeats the purpose of ordering a Cesar in the first place. I'll go to McD's next time. read more

The amount of times I've felt sick after eating at this BK is countless. They hold breakfast sandwiches (and burritos, which hold for maybe 5min. before turning rock hard) under the heat lamp for what seems like hours.
