Drove 20 minutes down here and just like every other fast food restaurant in Minnesota closed but says they're open 24/7

ONE STAR IS ONE TOO MANY I like fast food. I like Burger King. This Burger King is the absolute worst experience at any in over 50 years, by a long shot. This Burger King Looked Abandoned: I was short on time so went against better my judgement. It was filthy, you couldn't see through windows, litter was everywhere, the doors were locked, and someone left their sandwich disassembled in front of the doors. The Service Was Rude: After a long wait (I was the only one there) at the drive through someone finally blurted out "we're cash only'". I was surprised but said "OK" and I placed my order. Her response, "do you have cash?" We got through the order and I drove up. She eventually handed me my bag of food without acknowledgement, she didn't say thank you, sorry about the wait, or anything. The Food Was Awful: BK buns can be chewy but these taxed my jaw, the cheeseburger had ketchup squirting out the sides and I'm sure they used a whole jar of Mayo on my whopper Jr. Fries were cold. The worst thing about it was I realized it's the second time I'd been to that BK and I had a similar experience the first time. Hopefully I'll remember to pass it by the next time. read more

Burger King - Burgers Near Me - Brooklyn Park, Minnesota

I just had to try the BK Halloween Burger! Ordered a Double Whopper with Cheese and Bacon version of the Halloween Whopper, and a medium order of Onion Rings, and a bottle of water. Burger was made to order, was tasty, onion rings were hot and crispy. Yes, the legends of what the BK Halloween Whopper does to you are indeed true! :-) read more

The food was fast, good, & hot. The new manager was very sweet. I was confused about the coke machine (I missed seeing what I was looking for) and Maria (manager) came over to help me without the normal fake smile you sometimes get when people become high maintenance. She was very genuine, and I appreciate that. I came with my grandson so he could play in the playground. We've been looking for a place that was safe & CLEAN! What a great find! We will be coming back again soon. The whole place is a complete turnaround from what it was just a year ago, thanks to the new manager & her excellent staff. Fantastic!! read more

This place sucks. I came here to bring my kid to play on the playground and I was disappointed with everything.i ordered small fries and 10 piece nuggets, she had both ready for me right away, literally in 20 seconds. They were gross and cold and obviously been sitting out for a long long time. It also was unreasonably expensive, almost five dollars for just the two items. The playground for the kids was a joke. I know how it used to be, and what it is now is a disgusting cesspool. There's only two tunnels and one slide, theres no smaller slides for smaller kids like my two year old, everything was sticky and very very dirty. Clearly kids would spill things up there and it was never wiped off. It's just the worst place I've been to in a while, no wonder burger kings are closing everywhere. read more

I think they need new head seats or something because they clearly can't hear. Forgot half of our food in the bag and it's taking 20 minutes to get half of our food that they forgot .... read more

Why are they still open? Lol Don't know what the workers were doin but, the first and last time I went there they splat BBq sauce all over my burgers. Like what did I ever do to you to deserve this s*^#. Been like a yr and a half since, was hoping they got shut down by now. Trash workers. I swear they gotta be doing some illegal s^%# there if they still open. That's how bad they are. ‍ read more

This bk has got to be the worst one I've ever seen. No timely orders are taken. Rude staff. We had to call them to tell them people were in line waiting. But don't worry. you'll see them outside standing doing nothing. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

Yes, 5 stars for a Burger King. Read on. Its Burger King, the food is the food, nothing special, you want fast food and you are at 85th and 252 this is one of your choices. 5 Star because of the staff! The weekday morning crew is the best in the business. If you are in customer service, manage a restaurant you need to go through the drive through and order breakfast and learn a thing or two. These lady's bust their backs to get you through quick, with the most positive and friendly attitudes i have ever scene in Fast Food. Sincere and friendly. If i managed a restaurant i would be knocking their door to hire them away. read more

I ordered 5 burgers and there was literally no customer and I only received one. Like wtf kinda of service is this? I didn't check the bag until I got home because there was no customer, how could you possibly get this order wrong? read more

i ordered a burger and it was cold and bacon was cold and ask for new one. they called the police on me and never gave me food or refund and threw food away. Don't go here ever.. read more

Worse Burger King, I've been to. Food looked like it was picked out of the trash. Rude employees.

This place sucks. I literally waited 30+ minutes in the drive thru the other night trying to get food... the staff was incredibly rude and the food wasn't even fresh! No apologies for the wait time what so ever. I know it's just burger king but come on.... read more

Sunday 2/28/2016 My son and I was in the area, we stop in to get some food, I notice they had hotdogs too, I order 2 chilli dogs and one regular, a whopper meal. When we got our food and went to sit down to eat, the 2 out of the 3 hotdogs was burnt beyond human consumption! I should have took a picture, the 3rd wasn't too badly burnt , so I took it back and told them straight up, these are burned, and not even close to the picture! They took them back and have the person make new ones , I couldn't see the person's face due to the metal shelves , but that big person then annoyingly threw them in the trash. Be careful when getting these , they try hiding the burnt side by flipping it the other way, but these two were dark as coals and dryer then jerky! Almost forgot , my whopper had very little veggies, one slice of tomato , I almost question "what exactly was SUPPOSE TO BE THERE! since mine was so empty . Will NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN! Just look at the reviews online and you'll know to stay away too from this place. read more

I stopped by this location to be greeted by a rude employee with an attitude. I didn't even bother ordering food since the drive through employee was so rude. read more

I don't care for fast food chains, except for Chipotle or something, but to be fair and objective as possible with this review here's the spill: Thumbs up: -variety -you get what you pay for, affordable prices $ -friendly staff -what's a fast food joint without: fast service with a smile, convenience, grease, and a heart attack burger - all available here. Thumbs down: -not much veggie options -it's fast food, need I say more Don't expect much and you're golden. For fast food they got the ABCs down. BKs rocking it. 3 stars as high as I would go for fast food franchise like this, you dig? :) read more

The French toast sticks taste like chicken nuggets. Seriously gross. They must be fried in the same oil- but this is breakfast- now questioning how often they change the oil....!? read more

So we went here just for a little snack and the card machine was broken the icee machine was broken and when we got up there we paid for the food and they said they don't got change like what?? The worker had a very bad attitude and the Manager never going there again. Wow. read more

I understand Covid can affect a lot of services but my gosh this location was just simply awful... Gave me the merchant receipt, my card seem to always get declined at this location. The food was cold, the drink was warm, there wasn't even any ice in there. If I could give it ZERO star, I would. Not going to that location ever again. read more

This has got to be the worst Burger king. Everytime I'm their either their freeze machine is broken, or icecream machine or their out of something. You order food and it takes a very long time to receive your food even through drive thru. In addition to that the food is old. The fries are soggy. The Chicken nuggets are hard as rocks. If it's not old food it's messed up orders. Won't be returning to this location read more

horrible customer service i simply said "hello?" at the drive through because no one was speaking through the speaker for about a minute and even after saying "hello?" a couple of times i got no response so i was about to leave before i decided say "hello?" once more and that when someone through the microphone said "give me a second!!" in a rude and nasty tone i will not be returning read more

If you want to lose faith in humanity stop by this location to eat. My expectations for fast food service aren't very high in the first place but the service at this place is awful. The food always tastes fine to me but the service is always slow, they mess up orders all the time and they're rude. Also if you ask for any dipping sauce forget about it. I went today and ordered 3 ranch sauces and they of course didn't give me any. I then asked for the three ranch and she gave me one. I take my dipping sauce pretty seriously so I said can I please have two more and she said they weren't allowed to give any extra sauce. I said ok can I pay the extra 25 cents or whatever it is for extra sauce since some places charge you. She then said there's no button for that. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Since when did ranch become such a hot commodity that burger King had to ration it out. This place is a joke. Never again will I go there since everytime I leave that place I'm usually fuming at the stupidity I've been subjected to. In all fairness I have had a few positive experiences but the awful experiences far outnumber the bad times which is why I'm adding this to my list of places to never go to again. Sincerely, Ranch lover. read more

If you like cold French fries, messed up orders, no dipping sauces and dry patties, then this is the place for you! Sketchy parking lot, even sketchier inside. Staff is nice & friendly, though. read more

I have been coming here off and on for years. It seemed like a slow day because I could hear all the employees in the back talking and I waited for about 5 minutes before a girl on break got up to help me. She seemed new but did the best she could while her co employees finally surfaced and walked around looking at their phones. The place gave off a weird vibe like the inmates were running the prison and my food was coldish when I got it. It looked like they had done remodel several months ago but it was dirty and unkempt, despite the employees obviously having time on their hands. Overall a poor experience and I'll avoid coming here again. read more

With a newly remodeled building I thought I might find a good experience. Instead, I was served the coldest Whooper imaginable. Stay away from this location. Awful! read more

Just got breakfast, it was very disappointing. The eggs were scraped together, over all food tasted poor. Services was slow but ok.

DO NOT BUY FOOD AT BURGER KING ON 8510 Edinburg Centre Dr. In Brooklyn Park. The employees and managers are all very rude, unprofessional and incompetent. I was cursed at by the staff and the manager. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and I had been waiting behind two cars who were also waiting for their food. One of the drivers who had been waiting for his food got out and came to the window to let the staffs know that he had been waiting for a very long time. He stood there for about 2 minutes and they handed him his food and he left. I was still waiting. Another car was ahead of me and we waiting for about another 5 to 7 minutes. Then, as he was about to get out of his car, they brought his food. Now it's my turn. I waited about 4 to 5 minutes, then my first order came. The staff left and 2 minutes later, came back with another order. I asked for my two chicken sandwiches. She told me with an attitude and an eye roll, "you have to wait another 10 to 15 minutes. Drive around the corner." I told her I have been waiting way too long to wait another 10 to 15 minutes. She said "well it's either that or I come make it by myself." I told her I cannot move again, and yelled "ya'll and ya'll hungry asses always trying to order all this food" she left, then another staff who I think was the manager came and started saying "these are teenagers and ya'll have to watch what you say to them. If you assault them you will get in trouble." I ask her what am I getting in trouble for? She just cursed at me and my kids and my sister calling us "hungry asses" the last time I recall, that is no way to talk to your customers especially if I am paying my money for service. She then proceeded to tell me "well, the car before you just ordered 15 sandwiches." I asked her if that was my fault. She said "well then that why you have to wait instead of ya'll coming here and ordering all these food. These kids are teenagers and they're stressed out." I told her to go back and check her camera and see if I said anything to your staff other than I'm not leaving until I get my sandwiches or my refund. As the manager walked away, I told her I asked to refund my money. At this point, I cannot trust them to make me any sandwiches. She then asked me to drive around and she took my card. She came back and said I will get my refund within 3 to 5 business days. I think the best way they should have taught their teenagers at this burger kind was to teach to come out and apologize for the delay and politely ask me to wait a little longer. I will never eat at this Burger King and this is not where I am going to stop with my complaint. read more

Service with an attitude. Had to wait while cashier was playing with her cell phone, doesn't even look up at us and mumbles "canni help". Yes just like that. Clearly overheard the drive thru person complain about the "stupid white girl" that was ordering. Food was even worse....cold fries, heated up mayo made my wife sick, and we got the wrong order to start out with. Then an AA person behind us gets a cheerful hello and attentive service. Talk about biased! This location defines the word ghetto. read more

this location is ridiculous came in to eat a late dinner with my daughter (about 830pm) there was no customers in the store we were waited on (kids meal hamburger only ketchup and extra pickles and the 2/$5 chicken sandwich with fries) and then we waited and waited and waited... then another Lady came in and ordered like 6 sandwiches or more there also there was like 1 car in the drive threw when we got there. it must have gotten busy out there cause they were pushing out sandwich and food but still we waited when I said something I was told we have to take care of drive threw first so 10 mins later we still are waiting and the lady behind me got her food first I was like seriously how she get her food before us when we were here first I was told she can't control what they make first.... when I finally got the kids meal the burger had cheese not sure what part of hamburger with ONLY pickles and ketchup was not understand so had to wait another 5 mins to get my food and then had to reminder her of the hamburger..... also after I had opened the cheese burger closed it handed it back to the lady she put it back on the warmer and it was put in a different order.... disgusting...... read more
