Long story short, DON'T order delivery from here. Ok, this is the 3rd time I've ordered delivery and each and every time there is at least one item missing. You'll never get anyone to answer the phone here or at Doordash. They both blame each other in the resulting emails. There's another alternative for delivery just down the road. It has been a long time since indulging in BK's flamed-grilled burgers, whoppers, fries, onion rings, chicken sandwich, Hershey's pie, etc., oh my! With a co-worker we ventured one exit away north on U.S. Route 9. Our respective cheese burgers were small filled with one slice of cheddar cheese and pickles. The small onion rings were filling without the grease and oil embedded onto your hands. Staff is efficient for order taking, order fulfillment and keeping the ongoing maintenance and cleanliness. This BK location #1434 contain too many panhandlers wandering inside to harass and disturb patrons endlessly begging for money. My party of two witness two respective panhandlers harassing and disturbing a family of three-- my God, can one enjoy a meal in peace? Parking lot and drive-through are available at this location. I dont know why this place may have such bad reveiws, but keep in mind it is a fast food resaurant. I have to say It was the best spicy chicken sandwich I had ever. My kids enjoy their burgers and chicken tenders, it was a feel your own cup type of place, we only came after our walk in the park and smore adventure, for a quick bite to eat. It was clean and not really crowded at all. It was a couple of other customers having dinner as well, and the workers were nice and patient with me because I didnt really know what I wanted, for my household does not really eat to much fast food anymore, and hardly ever BK. so with that being said, It was an ok experience. Cant say I will be back, but if I did it would be for that spicy chicken sandwich, and stay away from the fries, they just are bad in my opinion, go with the onion rings instead. read more

I know it's Burger King. I wouldn't pick this particular chain as my first choice for anything really, but it's right across from van cortland park and my bf was hungry after our run. I said "I'll get a salad" I saw on the menu there was a "garden fresh salad" or a caeser, both w either fried or grilled chx. I asked for a garden fresh salad w grilled chx. I received a caeser w said grilled chx. I apologetically declined the caeser and re-asked for my garden fresh salad, and was given a pronounced eye-roll from the girl behind the counter. Pretty big restaurant, only annoyance is the random homeless dude that hangs out @ the front entrance, asking people for change. The wrong order was delivered to me and when I called the stored to see what happened to my order the female who answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me. Yes, I wasn't exactly pleasant on the phone because I was irritated about my order being wrong but I when I asked her how the food got mixed up she hung up the phone on me. I called backed about 20 times just to communicate that I replaced my order and ask that they ensure the driver picks up the correct order this time and they refuse to answer my call. I went there today and requested to mix French Fries with Onion Rings like I know they used to do. The person on the drive thru said they don't do that anymore. I asked the manager if that was something new because I had just been there a couple of days ago and they serve me the French fries mixed with onion rings as I requested it. The manager said to me that it was new since last week because the heath department told them they could not do it for food allergies issues and she said they were fried with different type of oil. So I said so they came last week after I came here and she said yes. So I went ahead and contacted the heath department to verify that I was not been lied about just because they did not feel like serving me what I wanted. The health department put me through with a Senior Inspector in charge of the are and he told me that there were no reports on them had been at Burger King in anytime close to even this month neither there was a report of the French Fries and Onion ring issue. Which means that the manager lied to me. I contacted corporate and I explained the issue and they told me that it all depended on the restaurant because some where Franchise and it depended on the owner or manager whether or not they wanted to serve French Fries with Onion Rings mix but that they usually do it in most of the restaurants to please the customer. I am very disappointed that a manager has to lie just to not serve something a customer wanted. I am disappointed that this restaurant has a manager like this. Beware: the people who work at this Burger are in cahoots with a car towing service that will tow your car even if you are a customer. They charged me $141 to get my car back and then refused to give me their names. I am writing a letter to Burger King corporate to complain. UPDATE: After writing two letters to Burger King corporate, the franchisee refunded my $141. It was a huge hassle for me, but the case is now closed.
